Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Cashier interruptede 3 times to bark commands to co workers and staff.
Cut me off several times to ask me what I was already trying to tell her the. At the end got my order wrong. Despite me giving it to her 3 times.
Honestly I know Cranbrook isn't a shining example for food service but this was asinine.

Cranbrook DQ DOES NOT follow franchise standards.
Every other DQ I've been to gives 3x more toppings in their blizzards, poutines etc
Not to mention, it's standard practice for them to hold the blizzard upside down when handing it to you.it shows the thickness of their ice cream. They do not do this here.
My husband's blizzard was SO bad the other night it was 95% ice cream only.
Anything you order that requires toppings is less than what it should be.

Had to repeat order 3 times. Still missed one dipped cone. Also ordered 2 boxes of dilly bars and 2 of buster bars. Got it half right as got ice cream sandwiches instead of dilly bars which we ordered. Didn't check boxes till we got home, and live 20kh out of town. Going to call manager to see what can be done

I usually stop here while en route to Nelson. Today I ordered the chicken fingers, poutine and a dilly bar. The blonde lady that works here is an absolute angel. I got a water for my pup and she offered us a bowl for it. So sweet and kind. My dog enjoyed a couple of the chicken fingers too. We both agreed they were delicious. Poutine was nice and hot and full of cheese. Just the way I like it! Thank you for going the extra mile for me and my pup. Great service! And food.

This is a nice location to have a nice meal, I tried The Loaned Triple cheeseburger was amazing, good meat taste, and of course the best ice cream in town, my favorite Cherry Blizzard and the mango frape.

Service depends on who is the cashier, there's a tall guy very kind and gentle and who brings nice customer service.

The only thing I don't like was the lemonade, you felt a bunch of sugar in it. Maybe there could add to the menu one option of drink with less sugar.

Definitely, this is a stop when you are in Cranbrook

A good ice cream will have a good creamy, texture and taste. You will taste the flavors and they won’t have the artificial taste to them. The first ingredient should be cream, and that is the experience you would have with Diary Queen ice cream, it’s really good.

I always prefer a a drive through which is sometimes faster depending on the time you get there, there are times where there’s a long queue outside the center, but it’s worth the wait I would say.

DQ is one of my favourite places to go for ice Cream.

Cheery, mint oreo and oreo blizzards options are top-notch, I never try food choices, but Ice cream is the best.

They have a lot of Gluten-free Ice cream options, you should go and ask for them.

The service is good and fast.

The atmosphere is not bad, the place is clean and comfortable.

The prices are not highly

Have been coming here for 16 yrs.
Staff are wonderful and have never had a complaint about the food.
