Was impressed by the efficiency of the staff. The food was hot and tasty too.will stop again.

Very rude people the drive through they always always make people park in A or B and take half and hour to longer always is that it is that it run

Got the chicken basket, and it was real yummy. I'm aways impressed by how clean this location is, it certainly helps to have better experience when a place is clean. The staff is very friendly, and seem to enjoy their work, I observed them helping each other in their tasks, thanks for helping brighten my day.

Just went through drive through orderd 4 blizzards and one iced cream cone, they messed up the order and only brought 3 blizzards to the car and one cone, when asked where the 4th was the guy was super rude and told us we didn't order it, also told us the blizzards that was wrong was correct and walked away leaving us with melting, incorrect iced cream. And one person at home had to go without. They also refused to give the transaction record.

Not their best effort tonight. Made a special trip ti Ladysmith to get a Loaded Steakhouse Stack burger like I've been seeing on TV. I asked for the smaller one, meaning 2 patties and not 3. When I got home and looked there was one patty and it was a very lacklustre burger. The patty did not taste freshly grilled, it was small, it must have had sauce in there somewhere but all-in-all it was a bland burger. Which is sort of a good thing since I no longer crave one, but do I feel like I got what was advertised, and my money's worth? Not al all. Back to A&W for me.

I thot this was suppose to be char broiled. The burger didn't taste anything like that. Won't go back

Every time I go through the drive through, my order gets totally screwed up. Last time decided to order inside instead. Totally screwed up, no apology from rude and unfriendly staff. I do enjoy their burgers but I will not longer be going back as the poor and unfriendly service will lead me to go to one of the many other burger places in Duncan.

I’m conflicted on this review. I like the staff and the foods good and the place is usually tidy inside. My one star rating is based on their ice cream treats. I went through drive through today and our two Blizzards, that are usually filled to the top of the cup (up till about 2 months ago) were about an inch from the top. Also my medium sundae was in a medium cup but it was the size of a small with about half the amount of caramel there used to be. I cannot continue to spend almost 30 dollars on four treats when the prices keep rising and portions are being cut to where it’s embarrassingly noticeable.
