Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a medium Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard with extra cheesecake pieces. I received a medium size cup of ice cream with 7 pieces of cheesecake and enough strawberry flavor to leave a pinkish tone in the top 1/3 of the cup. With a gratuity I paid over 10$. Upon returning 2/3 of the ice cream, I left it on the counter, said I was unhappy with paying 10$ for a cup of ice cream with a tiny bit of toppings. The cashier said nothing. If I could have reviewed with zero stars I would have. I keep giving this location another chance but I'm always disappointed This spot is a joke and I won't order anything from here again. I will however tell as many people as I can.

When writing a review for a fast food place, expectations are lower than a regular restaurant, in this case I will start with the service or the lack of it, I went there this past Sunday I was craving a Flaming burger, honestly the sandwich was really good tasty and hot, fries were really good (on the tiny size they serve) anyways the food was good.but service was awful had to wait over 25 mins to get my order, not that the place was packed it was just soooooo slow, while I was waiting for my food there was a delivery guy waiting as well and I assure you, He was getting a bad review over this as well I felt bad for the people waiting for their food.anyways I will came back for sure knowingly what I'm getting in to, long wait for a good burger, hopefully next time they will have more than two persons working there, the cashier and the lady making the sandwiches.

Great customer service, ran out of a certain option and custome an order for me. Great service

Bought a strawberry Shortcake blizzard with cookie dough pieces.

Almost no shortbread, and absolutely no cookie dough. Wont be coming back to this location.

The place is great. Generally clean, friendly staff, good food, great location. The one issue I have is the PRICE. I have been going to DQ for years but we are breaking up. I refuse to pay the over-the-top prices anymore for simple ice cream. McDonald's is next door and I can get a similar product for much less. DQ' seems to be marketing nostalgia but the "nostalgia" of eating at DQ is only worth so much. There is nothing nostalgic about the prices. This is where the 1950's diner fantasy ends.

I love their blizzards especially the Reese's pieces cookie dough one.
