The so called manager is an absolute disgrace to this franchise. He’s been nothing short of rude and unprofessional to customers. Multiple disappointing experiences at this location. I’m not sure how this guys is still employed

This place needs to work on its consistency in volume of ice cream you get. My partners blizzard was overflowing while mine was under the rim about an inch

Zero customer service skills from a few staff. I have been very patient with the staff I have interacted with, and of the few times I have visited only 2 women at the front have been good at customer service and 1 man who was a cook in the back who was polite enough to explain that something went wrong with my order. Other than that, I've been ignored when I've asked politely for some help, I have gotten an "uhdunno" when I asked if I could order and a point to the fridges without a word when I was looking for dilly bars but couldn't see them. Hillside location has much better service and the people are almost always smiling and are willing to explain things in a nice manner. The problem is how far it is for me, compared to the Fort Street location. If anyone can do something about this, please do so. I am tired of dealing with uninterested and rude employees here. Thanks.

Edit 2023: wow has this place changed, the manager puts his all into customer service, he is well organized and polite.
