They did a wonderful job accommodating my requests for a birthday cake! Every staff member I talked to was kind and tried their best to help. Much appreciated to Sharon for the cake decoration!

Well if you want half cooked frozen in the middle beef burgers definitely come here!

I can’t express in enough words how thankful I am to the cake decorating staff at this DQ location! Thank you for accommodating my husband’s requests for my birthday cake! Although you were unable to print edible images (note to reader: it seems to be the case at many of the other DQ locations in Vancouver), you were still able to produce the theme we wanted. The cake decorating staff, with a big thumbs up to Sharon, truly went above and beyond in researching the theme and promptly replying to his emails (even late at night). Apparently, our theme was very unique. Good to know for next time! We would be more than happy to come back here for future birthdays or other celebrations!

This location did an absolutely amazing job at creating a Pokémon cake for my son. It’s just like the photo I sent, super job!

Ok yesterday I called manager about this
The person at counter totally incompetent and should not be working till after 4 times her redoing my order what was simple
2 DOUBLE CHEESBURGERS AND I SAID MAKE ONE PLAIN AS ITS FOR A KID I GET MY ORDER ITS 1 DOUBLE CHEESBURGER AND A SINGLE PALIN BURGER BUT WAS CHARGE FOR 2 DOUBLE HAD NO TIME TO PLAY GAMES AND LEFT

DQ is very average fast food. Cannot believe the price now. $18 for a small chocolate shake, a small dipped cone, and a medium oreo blizzard. I cannot justify that so we probably will not return unfortunately.

Seem this store haven't received the notice about the pandemic being over.
It is very hard to communicate with the cashier since she wears a mask behind a plexiglass and a table. So, to make sure you don't understand, the music is super loud. Worst DQ I have ever been.

The lady was rude and got frustrated when I asked about the menu. I read the menu out as I was ordering as the menu says 2 cheeseburger for $6 add fries and drink. I was just trying to add fries and drink as the menu suggested. She did not want to help me and got obviously flustered at the fact that I was asking about it. Perhaps it was because I was asking questions since I didn't exactly know how the fries and drink portion worked. I feel she could have just told me that if I wanted to add the fries and drink I would need to pay $7 more to do so. She was just not nice, but the younger gentleman was nice, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

Dumb business model at the restaurant on Victoria drive. Apparently they close the hot foods menu by 9 pm weekdays without notification. They only serve cold after that. So basically anyone who works late and gets off from work late and hasnt eaten dinner yet can't order anything dinner-like here at that time. Only junk food from that point onwards. Terrible business model.

Ordered a birthday cake for my toddler second year in a row and both times the staff there offered heartwarming and professional communication to clarify & confirm on the graphic will be on the cake. Last year was garbage truck, this year I uploaded the forklift image with my order. The wonderful staff called shortly to clarify and she actually remembered my garbage truck order last year, expressed that she understood what I have in mind! Really appreciate it!

Brutal, trying to order is impossible. The cashier is wearing a mask over her mouth but not nose, just to make it harder to hear through the 5 foot plexiglass left over from vivid, then they have an extremely loud blizzard machine right next to her, so should any conversation make it through the first 2 layers, an extremely loud blender will make sure it doesn’t happen. The lobby was dirty and not cleaned and the food mediocre. Blach!

Similar to another review, poor attitude from the Asian female manager (about 5 feet tall.) My family purchased a log ice cream cake for my birthday. They wanted a writing of Happy Birthday on the cake, but the manager was so rude when she refused. Poor attitude. Even if the writing ran off the sides, we were willing to try, but she blatantly and rudely refused, and didn't even give us the option.

Stupid plexiglass up everywhere. Can't hear the people with masks on. Not enough staff working. Dirty tables. Never going back to this location.

I ordered a chocolate sundae.
The chocolate sauce was so sweet that it hurt my tongue and I gave up after eating 3 bites.

Normally I never write reviews but this one deserves it.
Its Mothers day and my moms birthday so I came here to get a cake as soon as they opened so it wouldn't be busy. I don't know if it was just out of laziness or they just wanted to up sell me but initially the worker named Max told me they couldn't write on the log cake and that its just not possible, I must get a flat cake. So I asked what is preventing them from writing on there, how is it not possible? Then was told that it would fall off the sides and that its translucent I cant do it. So I said that's ok just try your best please, I've had writing on log cakes before. Reluctantly he said ok well I just need to let you know what your buying into then. At this point I got the vibe that they really didn't want to do it so I left and went to a different DQ location where they were able to write on a log cake with no hesitation at all. This wasn't the first bad experience I've had here but it sure is the last. I wish i could give it zero stars!

They not only got everyone's order wrong. All burgers had a disgusting amount of mustard. The buns were soggy. Gross never will eat here agian!
