Manager should be fired very unprofessional and bullies his employee and threatened a to give you a 90 day ban for calling him out on how horribly he treats his staff and laughs in your face. Looks like it’s time for a new manager

Sweet treats are amazing but my grandson gave me some special gummy’s and I’m now discovering that Dairy Queen closes at 10: 00, somewhat disappointing as I know many people would love to get some late night cream (the ice type hehe)

Poisonous experience, the girls working the drive thru were extremely rude! They handed us our drinks and ice cream 4-5 minutes before our food was ready in 33 degree weather! It was soup by the time we got our food. I watched them stand around taking their time laughing while I waited. I told the girl that next time they should wait for the food to be ready to give the customer their ice cream. She turned to look at her coworker, chuckled and said, “ya, I think that would be a good idea”. It was condescending! I’m not hard to please! But if I’m paying 10$ for a blizzard you better be able to turn it upside down! I asked for the manager, she said the manager wasn’t there, did I want to speak to the assistant manager? (All with a smirk) I said yes please. She went and retrieved the assistant manager, I told her that the young girl was rude and that I wanted them to remake the blizzards, I opened the lid to show her and the blizzard poured out like a cup of milk. Am I missing something? Don’t blizzards need to be so thick you can flip them over? Because of this situation I forgot to ask for the dilly bar that they forgot to give me on my last visit! This is the last straw, I won’t be back to this location!

This DQ does not take part in the DQ rewards program, or at least it has never worked the three times I have tried to go there. Will not be going back anymore after I asked why they never seem to work and the manager had no answer.

I drove to this location today. Showed the lady at the drive thru my app that says they have a buy 2 singles for $6.00 or 2 doubles for $9.00. She would honour the 2 singles for $6.00 but not the 2 doubles for $9.00. Said I have to show her a 5 digit number that doesn't even show up on the app. Deleting your stupid app and not returning. Same thing happened at the Lakeshore DQ yesterday. I stupidly bought the 2 singles there. Not today! You're a very greedy business.

Legendary service at this DQ. Whomever is running the late night drive thru should get a raise

I visit DQ's throughout the Okanagan Valley at minimum 5 times a week at various locations. The one at Gordon and Harvey stands out as the best. It's so well run and organized I have never had an issue with the food or the service. Very impressed!

Stopped through for a turtle blizzard snd oh my what a product! Best ice cream I think I've had in years, customer service was fantastic, service was fast, I will be back a little more regularly! Strongly suggest!

Ordered a pecan mudslide at the drive-through. Was greeted at the window with a different item, and when I told her that was not what I ordered, she went and got her manager, and I was treated very rudely by him as well at the window told me they don’t serve that here And snarkly gave me a refund. I had no problem getting the exact same item on the west side. Customer service was definitely at a zero.

Decent DQ, food quality is usually fine for what it is and the staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit of a pain, and the machinery is very loud, louder than average for a DQ.

I have been to many DQ's but this one had a good ambience, well layed out and looked good both inside out. Staff was welcoming. Despite of all the other reviews this was close to our place and thank goodness I tried this one. We were visiting from Calgary.

This is a typical Dairy Queen. You've been to one you've been to them all. It gets 4 because sometimes if your in the drive through a person may come to your window begging for money. Overall, hot eats and cool treats!

Update April 2023: drive thru. At the window we asked for three different flavors of blizzard and all of them were either not there yet, or just sold out. This is very typical of this location. Every other location in the franchise has the new blizzards right away. And they are rarely sold out. So we decided whatever we have points to spend on the rewards app so we will just get free blizzards of whatever flavors they do have available. We let the lady know over the intercom that we were using rewards points. Once we got to the window we showed the app for them to scan the barcode and they scanned it on both of our phones. Then the lady told us that she needed the manager. He comes over and tells us that they don't do the rewards yet. So we drove away. Why is this the worst location in town? Why can't they keep up with the rest of the franchises? As a franchise restaurant aren't they obligated to have these things like new blizzards and the rewards app available for people? Maybe the company needs to take a hard look at the franchise owner and take away this location from them. Please don't support this lazy behavior, I know I won't be.

Best birthday ever! Came in and got a BOGO blizzard. The manager also let my friend make her own ice cream! 10/10

This location is so incredibly slow. I went through the drive through for a small sundae and by the time I got to the window it is melting because it has taken so long. Always a wait

Bad experience the past couple of times I've visited. I had a coupon for buy one get one 1.99 Blizzard and the scanner wasn't working & they wouldn't just honour it. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, in which the drive thru person confirmed multiple times, I get home and it's a coffee crisp blizzard - not sure how the mix up happened. Anyways, disappointed but hoping DQ can make it right.

The DQ Dilly bars were very good. Young guy behind the counter was enthusiastic and helped me by putting my order back into the freezer while I was busy elsewhere.

Chris was fantastic, had an issue with the food we ordered and he helped out! Great worker and very kind

Went through Drive thru. Service was great and accommodating. Lettuce was wilted with black edges. Once I picked those off my burger, the taste was standard of most DQ's

Solid 15 minutes for 3 wraps and a med fries, ate my ice cream in the drive thru before I got any food and the drive thru is empty

I find this location is pretty consistent for offering decent speed on there food menu items compared to other dairy Queens. And this is during time is where I know that they are short-staffed to the point that one person is serving both drive through and front counter.
