Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Spent $25 on three blizzards. One Blizzard, asked for Skor, they gave me Smarties. Drove back and asked them to make me the Skor Blizzard I asked for, the worker argued with me saying I asked for Smarties, which I didn't - I hate smarties. They got the manager, and he said they cannot make me a new one and I would have to pay, because they will just throw this in the garbage. I politely said no, I am not paying and you have to make me what I ordered, and they begrudgingly did so. With customer service like this, accusing me of lying, I find it hard to believe this business will be successful for much longer.

Owner doesn't even read the reviews, copy pastes the same "we are sorry you didn't like the experience" replies, even on positive reviews. Totally out of touch

My experience at this Dairy Queen location: let's start with the two staff members today, who were very friendly and helpful. Let's talk about the food. I ordered a cherry shake, which was absolutely delicious, and 6pc hand-tossed honey garlic chicken strips with fries. The honey garlic chicken strips were drenched in sauce the first couple of bites, perfect couple pieces later, it was too sweet to finish. Fries were very good; they reminded me of McDonald's or BK.

If I could give zero stars for this location I would. The staff at this location are incredibly rude and lazy. They do not wash their equipment. Avoid this location! The ladies at the 227th and lougheed location are much friendly and know how to do there job.

The women at the window were very rude, and as a result of my question about a product she gave me the smallest portion I’ve ever received. Also they don’t clean there orange Julius machines and the drinks taste terrible. I would give zero stars if possible. Also I went three times before this review.

The gentleman working today was super kind. Asked me how my day was going (i was having a very bad day) the interaction honestly turned my day around for the better. Super nice service. Great team here.

Went in here to order dinner for my partner. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger, a small skor blizzard and small fry. The cook proceeded to make a double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger with a small fry. When I brought this to the cashiers attention I was berated to the point where I just left and bought a mushroom and swiss burger down the street at white spot. Wont return.

Waited so long for food in an empty lobby. Workers where just standing there talking while i waited for my 1 burgers

Disappointing that they can not do spina colada blizzard. No coconut. They don't even have colored nuts, just the ones that go on the peanut buster parfait and they are unchopped

A solid dairy queen that gets the job done quickly. Noticed when I got home the cake I had ordered had a small gash on the side but nothing too distracting.

Dairy Queen has become a 1000% for profit franchise.

The quality has gone soo far downhill that it's all about getting you to that cash register as fast as they can. Everything is just slopped together as quickly as possible so they can rip off the next customer waiting in line!

All their Sundaes and Premium Sundae 'Treats' have about the same amount of ice cream as a $3 McDonald's cone, for upwards of $12. Ice Cream cakes for $50! A box of Dilly bars that used to be about $5 not too long ago are now $20+!

But because when you think of ice cream, DQ is basically the only ice cream "restaurant" that comes to mind. Therefore they can monopolize on that and charge whatever they want.

I went in Sunday around 1: 00 to grab lunch. Parking lot and drive thru were both empty. I went in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one came around so I left. As I left I saw someone standing in the back on their cell phone.

They forgot to flip my drinks and I didn't say anything because I'm so shy. Other than that how can they mess up.however the girl was super not customer friendly. She may have had a hard day or something So i don't care, but no smile or nothing,

It says 10 pm close, that's only for drive through. It's actually close their door at 9: 30 pm.
