Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I’ve been coming to this place for 30 years and never had a problem until the last 6 years. The ice cream is fine but never filled to the rim. The food is never great, it’s ok or it’s not. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful, and disappear in the back too often. I try to avoid this place, but come back with hopes of the service we used to get. Always ending in disappointment

Just horrible drive thru service this afternoon. Waited. 20min for 2 Dilly Bars that were soft and partially melted. Staff l was not happy or friendly. It didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Unacceptable!

Literally the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Probably the worst tasting burger I have ever had. They microwaved the burger. It was soggy with grease and the bun was super hot. It then quickly became hard as bread does when it's put in a microwave. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. It was a huge waste of $9 for 2 tasteless greasy pucks of meat in between rocks. I thought they were supposed to be grilled. No grill flavour at all. It was so bad I'm writing corporate. I have never written a review this bad, but I can't emphasize enough how terrible it was.

The store was very clean. I tried their poutine and it was hot and really tasty. I ordered their cake and got the way i wanted. Very pretty. Not many vegetarian options but i loved whatever i ate. Must visit.

This place is the absolute worst literally just stood here for 20 mins at the counter while the staff chatted away in the back about what, I’ll never know. Finally scream to the back like are you gonna help me or not I’m here to pick up a cake and I have been standing here for 20 mins. Dirty looks from the crew and finally some young lady comes strutting to the front like she’s all that and a bag of chips to help brings me the cake and it’s not only terrible but my sons name is spelt wrong. It’s four letters and I spelt it literally 14 times on the phone using the phonetic alphabet to make sure she understood. They then accuse me of not knowing how to spell my sons name and tell me I’m wrong and I told them to spell it that way. Like yea okay I don’t know how to spell my sons name. It’s also not a hard name. Long story short don’t go here there rude, dismissive, and just all around lazy. If there’s a manager reading this I want my cake money back since asking for you yielded me a dirty look and no response. Thanks.

Made my birthday really special. Great staff. They greeted me very nicely with a smile. Recommended me really good deals. The crispy chicken sandwich was really good. Loved it

Little bit Expensive resturant but was all worth it. Lady that served me was very nice and friendly. Great staff.

I called to inquire about missing items In my order but got no apology! Then received I call back stating I said it but they didn’t charge me so essentially not our fault! Fries were all just half full! For the price I feel ripped off!

Service sucks, went through drive thru, noone in the lot, she had me wait to take my order. No greeting, kept my change and walked away.

She seemed to forget what customer service is. Wonder if she would have been happy if her nail stylist treated her like that. She had extremely long fancy nails

1st i went order was complete and exact and it was so fast. Second time i went by the drive thru and one item was incomplete.

I can't believe I paid $12 for a burger with no combo here. The bun was stale and as hard as a cracker. Never coming back.

Super busy. Couldn't get into parking lot because of drive thru traffic. Staff workers worked hard to keeps lines inside and outside moving.

Man this nerd that served me my blizzard. Didn't do the upside down thing. My fiancee who doesn't know about the blizzard upside down rule asked what it meant. I went to show her and the ice cream was runny as hell, the entire thing spilled out. He knew there was an issue with it and served it because there was a lid on it and I asked him. It

I phoned the same location they said we could have a free cake? Diarrhea, again? I guess we won’t eat the chocolate portion

As usual confirmation why I go to this location once a year. Asked for medium skor Blizzard with extra skor. Got home skor top 1/4 of cup remaining 3/4 zero skor. Can't win my experiences always over priced under whelming treats. Hince why I always ask extra extra etc & pay the extra extra. They still rip you off. Also don't reply with your standard copy paste were sorry pls come back or hey reach to this site and complain again. How about you reach out to the store and correct the wrongs. Why isn't the District Managers or owners being notified immediately and remedies done for the customers. You take our $ and not give us what we ordered and no $ back or gift card coupon etc? Read all the previous reviews & responses it's pitiful.

This DQ is always lined up (drive thru) when I come but the line goes pretty quick. The sauced and tossed honey BBQ chicken strips are awesome, you must try them. Very good customer service and food, also the ice cream has never disappointed.

The shop is a bit outdated and has little secular indoors, other than that the food is basic fast service quality and the workers are very efficient given how many are booked at a time. Blame that on understaffing from the management not the workers multitasking that like a boss.

Came for a dinner. Decided to order the chicken strip meal deal. Asked what sundae I would like I asked for hot fudge. He said there wasn't any out front
Then asked could I change it to a blizzard. He said sure but the one I wanted had hot fudge. It wasn't busy at that time. Why could they get the fudge out. Took my cup went to get iced tea no ice tea. Had my meal brought to me and the strips were tiny and not many fries. Bit disappointed. Only good thing was the ice cream was creamy.

This was the DQ location I grew up on. Depending on service and food, it’s always 50/50 whether you get someone that is friendly or not so much, and 50/50 that your food will be cooked right or burnt/undercooked (but for me, usually over). Always nice to come here to grab a strawberry sundae and a chicken strip basket once in a while. Used to order that a lot from this location as a kid.
