Great ice cream treats! We were there May 25 after 10pm and the cashier gave us incredible customer service! She even hand delivered our order to us, thank you once again.

I appreciated the great service. The two ladies were very nice and polite. The guy that was there, was tidying and cleaning. Nice to see a well kept environment.

It's really a stupid thing to complain about but if I'm gonna spend like 20$ on two large icecream cones could I actually get swirls on top? Q-Q

A number of their products have changed over the last year or so and gotten much worse and way more expensive, biggest example being the dilly bar, the new ones are terrible and cost more with less in the box. Inflation strikes again but even more than just that.

Dont they know we do it for the fudge? Thats some expensive vanilla ice cream (8 bucks now wow, double the price!). This is after asking for them to put more on due to clearly not enough fudge. Wont be back.

Closed 25 minutes early. Doors locked up and staff refused to open. Despite having a clear hours chart posted.

Extremely POOR. I asked for half a pump of chocolate and half a pump of
Caramel, but apparently this request is FAR beyond the skill level of this DQ. So even though I was not asking for more sauce they wanted to charge more. So obviously making more money is far more important than having a happy customer will never go back there again. All other DQ's I have been to, have no problem with this request. So in Vernon prices go up and customer happiness goes down.

To busy at the time we went, around 8: 00 pm drive thru long and they forgot part of our order. Stuff was tossed into bag poutine was on its side leaked on other food not a good experience

The food is alway great, and Jai and the staff are always helpful, friendly, as well as quick with the food.

As always the blizzard is great. Also the staff is super nice, fast and attentive.
I had strawberry cheesecake+ peanut butter cups and a Hamburger.
They bring it to my table and were fast to respond and serve my need especially the person serving the products in the front desk.thank you specially when most places here seems to not be too cool with foreigner speakers (in a turistic town!)

This is the most unprofessional dairy queen, was treated disrespectful at the window for asking for more choclate as what I was given was not regular standard and a complete joke for 5$ I got a dipped cone with no chocolate fully and a hot fudge sundae with I kid you not a dime sized pump of chocolate, asked for a little more and the employee had the audacity to argue and say "oh my god" giving my husband and I so much attitude. I asked for my money back as she refused to remake and deliver a proper product. Looks filthy in there too should certainly not pass a health inspection. Vernon residents can do better than this place hi ho off to another establishment I go. I mean honestly management if you're going to offer such a reduction to scrimp and scrape people will gladly go elsewhere. The presentation of the ice cream was just aweful.

Take my wife from Carehome out for a soft ice cream cone. Usually go to BK or Micky D. Usually pay $2 per cone or $1, on special. Decided to try DQ today. This our first & last visit, as the. Price for a DQ come is $3.99. WOW!

Not sure why the frozen cake freezers are blocked from customers, although the staff came quickly to help us. They even added a name to the cake we chose.

Always a good exp. Amazing customer service. The manager was born to be in customer service. Hes an absolutely fantastic people person. Only gave it 4 stars cuz it's really cramped and teeny. The line up to order and the crowd of people waiting for their food often intermingle and its hard to tell where the line ends. But otherwise it's top notch for a fast food joint.

Been a year since I had their mushroom burger.ho hum.probably best to try burger with cheddar cheese next time.but 9 bucks with children's size fries? Up ur game dairy queen

It would be 5 stars if the drive thru wasn't so slow. Everytime I order something from the 2 for 5 menu they need me to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes

So disappointed. I love DQ and have had 4 bad experiences at the Vernon location now. They don’t fill any of there ice cream treats all the way anymore. Literally pay full price for half filled containers. Burgers are cold, fries are cold. Not the same quality it should be for DQ. Head office should really take a look at this location.

They try and it's dairy queen! Same delicious ice cream. Staff are friendly but very hard to understand on speaker. At least 1 in 3 times i order same moolatte it is wrong kind or made incorrectly. Food, except for children strips, is horrible.
Overall dairy Queen is great for going to get ice cream but that's all

OH SNAP! WHAT has happened to Dairy Queen. I ordered my all time favorite the Ultimate burger, it was the worst I've ever had! The burger had old lettuce, the meat was cold and dry with no taste. The hamburgers had a stench odor. The pop was watered down and flat.
Goodbye Vernon Dairy queen, I can't even give you 1 star. But see I have to to post.

Terrible staff. What they don't understand is the lawsuit will be against them not anyone else. If you want to require people to wear a mask provide them. If not don't discriminate. Or tell me made up laws.

Bought lunch for the staff today; quick service, great food, all around great people doing a great job. Bravo!

I have ordered online and in person numerous times. They are always accurate and are always friendly. Last time I was in there they noticed my cup had a tiny crack and double cupped it for me. It's nice to see a fast food place go the extra mile.

Same as all the other DQs which is good. Staff need to practice on the English speaking. Took quite a bit to get our order straight and still ended up getting charged $20 for 1 meal and and salad that should have been about $15. Each item was priced separately not in the $8meal deal.

Went to get blizzards, and only the drive-thru was open, even though the dining room has been open for over a month with mask use. The lineup was huge, and probably the slowest served drive thru in town. Many people pulled up, and left because they either didn't want to wait in the lineup, or wanted to use the dining room, and couldn't. Over a half hour in the lineup? !? ! I find other DQ's are much faster.

Heatwave got the place busy! Drive thru was lined up full, staff got everyone through quickly order was correct.

It amazes me that large businesses like this can still operate and not even allow patrons to use a washroom. You can't tell me that your operating costs to clean a bathroom, which allows for hand washing and better hygiene are to high to allow this. Will not support again.

The person who took our order did NOT understand English. The order was totally mixed up and it got too busy to get corrected.

I'm a fan of their ice cream and double cheeseburger with bacon thats about it and most of their staff seemed unenergetic to help customers.

It was my birthday and due to Covid you cannot go inside, went to drive thru. I had received a five dollars off my birthday cake coupon for my birthday, but due to app issues it stated my location was closed into use the coupon at another location. I asked to speak to a manager as it was an app glitch and they said “sorry nothing I can do”. But there is something you can do! Give me a dang cone, it’s my birthday. I ended up contacting the local store with no answer so I contacted head office and all they did was give me a buy one get one free blizzard treat that expired in 5 days and I was on the island for two weeks! I responded that that would be of no help to me and if there was anything else they could do with no response. Horrible horrible horrible service, this is what you call a greedy corporation.

Sad as I believe their franchise. After 25 years visiting this location I will no longer! I give the benefit of the doubt before I write a review but I tried that so here it is and don’t send me some generic link to fill out because I already did and this was their response

Service was great, staff very friendly, some customers were cranky about waiting, but hey its 37` outside, covid season so one has to wait a few minutes, not a big deal. Enjoyed our visit

The food is typical but you know you hit up the Queen for the blizzards! Perfect cool down in this hot AF weather.

Very very good service and very well done Covid-19 measures. The manager on duty worked very hard to ensure distancing, cleanliness, and good service. This was the best fast-food experience we had this summer. Clean, fast, and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Hands down the staff at dairy queen rock for weeks on end there drive thru is constant and inside is lined up.there efficent and working constantly no grumbling and always friendly plus deal with lkne ups of skip orders awesome job dairy queen and staff 10 thumbs up.

Foods pretty good, milkshakes are the best in Vernon. Hamburgers aren't the best, a bit dry. Service is good, and fast.

Not very good. I got a box of buster bars, that are not cheap. They had no fudge or peanut in the middle like it is supposed to have. That's the best part of the buster bar. Sent a complant in about a week ago and I have still not heard from anyone.

The food was cold. The chicken strips were tiny. The only part of my meal that was delicious was the ice cream sundae. Im glad I ate that first as the hot food was not hot and far from appetizing.

Absolutely no face masks or gloves.ppe.at all! They're shoulder to shoulder in take out room. Nothing to stop the spread of covid 19!
They handle the food with bare hands and no masks around the food either! Non of them have been checked for covid 19 either as i asked them today. I called manager and she just snubbed me off. Careful eating there

Sat and watched my cold, haphazardly thrown together chicken fingers sit for an eternity while the small group of Chatty workers had a little gossip session.doesn't happen very often but the meal was gross on top of the long wait. I'm nervous to go back

I bought 3 chicken wraps. When I wanted bbq sauce i was told a dollar. I said i now didnt want the wraps. I was refunded my money and told to never come back to store. They also saw me go into a company vehicle and called my employer.

I had the most wonderful experience at a fast food restaurant ever at Vernon's own Dairy Queen. We went in to get a ice cream cake for my son's birthday party. The staff were extremely helpful and fun. I had my toddler with me and some of the staff came around the corner to give him a high as he was trying to get their attention. We ended up ordering dinner and had a great time. Good food, fair prices, and amazing atmosphere.

Sure wish the Dilly and Buster Bars had more chocolate on them! They disintegrate on the first bite

Okay, so usually the service isn't the most amazing but it's honestly pretty good. But this time we had a guy named Raj as our cashier/server and he was absolutely magnificent. He was not only kind and friendly but he was also prompt in service. Another thing was that this was real actual kindness, not kindness that is fake and only to impress customers. His kindness as a person really made my day

Its pretty good the ice cream is really good here, i like the variety of ice cream here, the only problem i had was with the bathroom its in a really strange spot

It was ok.except the ice cream qe order the cones where broken and received terrible customer service. And for me i like to keep receipts to track purchases and no one offers them anymore and when you ask for one its like a whole ordeal to get it

No happy my order of a banana split, well it had bananas and ice cream but little to no topping the girl said sorry that's how we are told to make them now. We oay premium price for the split and get nothing.
