The store is clean and the entrance is spaceous. The staff is pleasant. We had good service. And our food was ready in an appropriate amount of time.

If you're looking for a cold treat DQ is the place to be! Chicken strip in a basket meal is also a good treat for two

Didn't realize changing the fries to poutine costed more. The server just asked if I'd like poutine. The the coffee and burgers were cold.

I've been to many Dairy Queens, but this has been a favorite for my coworkers and I. We can always rely on our orders being prepared quickly and efficiently. Staff are always so upbeat and professional. Plus, you can always trust that they have an ice cream cake ready to go when you randomly need one.

Clean. Staff is efficient. Not busy when we were there. Nice selection of ice cream cakes and ice cream pies. Had a sundae.

I heard the veggies aren’t that good I believe it too i had a couple wraps and everytime i ordered anything with lettuce it was soggy and unappetizing

Everything I order my kids bday cake there they go above and beyond in customer service. Always call to check with you if they have concerns on your choices. Top notch service. Pay these people more money. They aren't mcdonalds

8$ for a mini blizzard on door dash and they mess it up! The prices are outrageous and it's even worse that they can't get it right!

It's Dairy Queen so it's delicious but. Hopefully it was just a bad day but those bathrooms were a biohazard.

Edit post response: I always think highly of a business that responds to reviews so points for that! For the record, service was friendly, food was delicious, it was just that the bathrooms were pretty bad the day we were there. Fix that and it was a five star visit.

Poor service. Kitchen closes before store hours. They don't have a "scanner" so you can't use the dairy queen app. What a joke

I haven't been to a DQ in ages.don't have one in my wee town, and it's a long drive to the View Royal outlet. Went to Can Tire to buy my granddaughter a basketball hoop and ball, success! Lunch time. So walked over to the DQ with a plan for an Ultimate burger, a nice treat for Grandpa. Place was empty, lots of chairs semi-grouped in clumps, made me ask if there was inside dining. Yes, she said. One staffer on duty. I did a quick walk around to survey the place, extremely disorganized, only a few tables available, all but one needed a wipe-down. Floor needed a sweep. I went back to the front counter and read the overhead menu boards, didn't see the Ultimate. I asked if it was still on the menu, staff turned around and looked, then said "We have". English deficiency. I asked her what is in the Ultimate, and she pointed at the burger board, but it's not there. She points again. Still not there. The place isn't very clean, and the one clean table is surrounded by random chairs just like someone's garage or basement. Too low effort. Time for me to go. Somewhere else.

It was ok. The place is a mess. You can't dine in. There's very little outdoor seating and it was filthy. Patio tables covered in old ice cream and bird poop. Service was quick, but we were the only ones there and it was simple cones. No washroom availability (which is actually illegal at a place that serves restaurant food). Won't go back until they have their hygiene issues worked out and dine in available.

Dropped in for a quick treat, fast and yummy but my son's Blizzard didn't have much stuff otherwise it was great!

I'm not really used to getting ice cream from there and I had gotten one sometime ago and the lady help me figure out which one it was she was so patient and sweet I wish I had her name but she was really nice it makes such a difference when you go somewhere and people are actually helpful and sweet like that

Good and fast costumer service. Nice and friendly people. Got some onions ring and fries which were really good.

My sister and I live close by and order often with this location. It's always quick, even with a line, and we're never disappointed with the order. Service is also great 9 times out of 10.

Today we had a small issue with an order (I am guessing an honest mistake was made) and spoke to the manager, Parmjeet. This manager was very kind and courteous, and solved the issue quickly:)

Peanut Buster parfait and 39 degrees. Perfect. Didn't intend to eat the whole thing, but whalla, it was gone.

Friendly and smiling staff. The 1/2lb burger is tasty, super dense, and filling, though on the greasy side and could use more vegetables. The Girl Guide Cookie blizzard is my new favourite flavour.

The soft serve ice cream here is always top shelf. I'm not sure who enjoyed it the most, the grand children or the grand parents.

Staff are friendly. Service is slow even when it's not busy and guidelines don't seem to be as strictly enforced. There food is on par but if you're in a rush, I would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Order accuracy tends to be a bit so-so. Have needed a correction everytime I've been to this particular location.

I'd give 5 if they'd make my special Tiktok Blizzard with cold fudge and that cookie crumble from the bottom of the ice cream cakes.

But alas, the person at the counter said they can't because they don't have the ingredients. Which feels like a fib, because they somehow manage to make the cakes in the store. Maybe they didn't feel like it because it was 25mns before closing when I went in - so I get it.

The DQ on Sooke road makes it for me and they go above and beyond, so I guess I'll have to go there instead. You've gotta try it.

My chicken sandwich was terrible. The lettuce and tomato looked like it had been pulled out of a garbage can 6 weeks ago. They also screwed up the the bill and coupon, and did not give me my receipt.

Couldn't seat because of Covid. Thats not a problem. Washrooms closed. THAT'S a problem. Food was good and hot but two stars when you're uncomfortable!

The food was ok charbroiled meh! The outside area to eat was dirty and did not see any employee come to clean area between customers. Realize the tables are closed indoors but the area outside is open for seating. Need an extra employee to clean

It astounds me that some Dairy Queen's can exist and not be able to serve chocolate soft serve in a cone because "it doesn't come out right, or it doesn't work". Clearly it works at 95% of the locations but some it just doesn't? This isn't the first time I've had it happen at a DQ. Clearly it's not a priority for them sadly.

Lost 40 dollars because they confirmed my skip order before they said I had to come pick it up instead of getting it delivered. Wasn’t able to come pick it up and so they wouldn’t give me a refund. Horrible system

I like to order from DQ coz it has good quality products especially Ice cream and fast food. More importantly the staff is really good. Whenever I order the service I got from Kitchen staff was very fast. I would appreciate the staff ppl working long during covid 19. Thank you so much.

Missed an item. Ordered and paid for a poutine. Only got fries. EVERYONE on like is wearing their mask wrong. Below nose or lower. Would suggest avoiding for incompetence and plague vector.

Recently I visited this place, a friend of mine took me to Dairy Queen and I had ultimate experience in ice cream. The staff is friendly, well trained. Everyone were dressed properly and following all covid procedures. Good place for family too.

Excellent food service and freindly staff.caring about customers and their requests.placed an order online and as walk-in and always satisfied with them great combo of onion rings and blizzard made my favorite food choice.must try once in order guys️. Giving a cheerful hands to the kitchen staff to make customers happy and loving DQ.

First time using the app had a glitch, clicked redeem and no code would show.asked for help, Manager could clearly see the deal and that nothing happened when i hit redeem and told me to call the 1800 # and it has nothing to do with them. Attitude was clearly that he couldn't care less. Are you kidding me? Over a 1.50? Had to pay full price. And pick up counter crammed into corner with delivery people and customers all crowded together. Terrible social distancing and poor response from a MANAGER (and I have his name if the owner wants to know) lost a customer not over paying full price but his complete lack of customer service when I asked for help. The owner will be so proud!

A few nights ago I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. Got home and there was no chicken breast on my sandwich. It was a slice of tomato, some bacon, lettuce and ranch.
After filing a complaint, I received a phone call which explained that the cook was new and it was only her second day.
I am to be compensated with two free meals, and 2 free blizzards. I just received another call from the manager, that they have my name in the register and to mention his name the next time I go in to claim my meals.

Speedy food, freshly made, but my burger looked like it had been squashed before it was served. Not how food is normally presented here, so a bit disappointed.

Always fast and yummy. My fave is the 7 buck cheese n bacon burger with fries a soda and strawberry sundae!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Horrible - zero stars. Ordered blizzard and paid for extra toppings. This store is chincy and I basically paid for vanilla soft serve. Maybe 5 pieces of topping on the top. Never ordering here again. No refund and no sorry. Ruined my “craving” -_-

Not a fan microwave heated burgers. Had the cheese burger and it was served in paper wrap when I opened it there was a melted mass that could not have been picked up by hand.messy not appealing at all.have not been there for years and won't be there for many more years.

Ordered a blizzard cake. Admitted they ran out of PB cups so none for the top. FORGOT to put the brownie in the cake. Sprinkled a few on top. Barely anything in the cake. RIP OFF! Add the wrong gel colour and they basically messed up anything they could and could have cared less! Used to be great with cakes. Not anymore. Won't be back.and it WASN'T "A CRAVING"! It was a birthday cake! Thank goodness for the new Millstream DQ!

Needed an ice cream cake.walked in.wasn't very busy yet. I was debating whether to have writing on the cake, when they asked me on their own if I needed any. They are probably supposed to do this already, but I'm sure some would not have. I appreciate the customer service.as it is sorely lacking in many places these days.

Since moving into the area in May, have been a few times. It's always mostly clean, the staff are friendly and when you remind yourself their food isn't bulk made like McDonald's, the wait is worth it. Especially for their chimken. Better chimken strips than KFC. I always enjoy the small chats with the front staff. Made the lassie behind the till tonight laugh at me comment of how they must be sold out of pumpkin spice due to all the white girls wanting their fix.

Soda was flat, the guy at the counter said it is normal for this location not have any fizz and there's nothing he can do.
The cake fridge was noisy as hell, even when sitting in the most remote table. Poor staff members, need to endure that noise.

This location is always dirty both in the dining area and behind the counter. There is never more than 2 people on. Obviously putting profit before service. Tonight I spent 10 min in line and another waiting for food that sat there until I got someone to grab it.

All the classics you would expect from DQ plus a full menu of modern eats. Store is still modern and staff are pleasant.

Showed up a few min before they closed tonight and the girl ran to lock the door. Considering they are supossed to be open till 10pm and we only wanted an ice cream cone. I'd advise changing your open sign to 955 if your gonna close early.

Horrible, slow service. They have replaced every useful person that worked in the evening with bumbling oddities. I witnessed one customer who waited close to 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich.

This Dairy Queen is staffed by the most incompetent, unqualified, lazy brats on the island. Have fun being served the most poorly made ice cream and food at any dairy Queen you've ever been too.

Really really slow. It took probably 20 minutes to get two meals. The chicken strips were overcooked in the end too.
They did get our order right at least.

What has happened to the buster bar. There used to be 3 layers of fudge, nuts. Top, middle and bottom. Now your lucky to get one tsp of fudge somewhere.

Long line, treat prices continuously rise, and then they offer discounts to make you feel like you've gotten a deal. Yadda yadda yadda

Literally the WORST service it was dead quiet and it still took OVER 25 minutes for me to get two burgers and when I got them they where a MESS. You can see the worker in the back putting the burger together and when the manager went back there he just stood there and did NOTHING, seriously never going there again.
