Last night (on November 1st around 6: 45pm), my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru to get dinner. We waited at the window for 8 minutes for our food without being told there would be a wait. Not a huge deal and we were excited to be getting fresh food. When we got home (about a 2-3 minute drive), our fries, onion rings and burgers were cold and tastes like they had been made quite a while ago. I ate mine as is as I was hungry but my boyfriend had to microwave his to heat it back up. I ended up getting very sick about an hour and a half after eating my burger, throughout the night and I am still feeling sick now (11: 30am the next day). Of course, I can’t say for sure that it is the burger that caused it but considering the quality of the food and the aftermath of eating said food, I can say with confidence that I will absolutely not be returning. Extremely disappointing as I just moved here from Winnipeg and DQ was a staple for us when we wanted to eat out.

Went through the drive-thru and had ordered the new caramel fudge cheesecake, and asked for/was charged for extra cheesecake. There was a total of 5 tiny squares in it, thats less than what ive gotten other locations on a regular portion, let alone paying for extra. Seems like this is common at this location based on previous reviews.

Bathrooms are BAD. The washrooms needs an complete overhaul beginning with replacing the seats. I wouldn't even use them. The toilet paper dispensers were empty and there were no paper towels. If the washrooms look like this, what care is being put into the kitchen for cleanliness?

We had a taste for ice cream and this did the trick. Getting less and paying more is a trend with Dairy Queen.

Fries were not completely cooked, and also the chicken strips have gotten extremely smaller. Also had to go back in a second time because my drink was completely watered down. Shouldn’t they be checking the machines regularly? !

I gave one star because I can’t choose zero. Their chocolate ice cream cake is sour! It’s so disgusting! Just wondering how long they didn’t clean and sanitize the machine.

Deep frier needs to be cleaned. Strawberries for the sundaes nd banana split we're not good.

Worst service ever. Two male workers are rude and dirty. The cook doesn’t wear gloves and touches the screen and scoop the food with his hands. I asked to change my food but serves me the same food and the guy with gold earrings got mad at me and very disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to do customer service

The poor staff was overwhelmed. I think perhaps they were very short staffed. It made for a less than clean workspace which is a little unnerving when dealing with food.its not the first visit where we have seen the staff struggle.

I was there yesterday evening and ordered kids meal with chicken strips, two double cheeseburgers, when we got them they were ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Staff was not very good at communicating, also waited 8 minutes in the drive through line, during which is suspect our burgers sat out while the chicken stops were cooking. Do you guys not have a warming spot to hold food temporarily for orders?

Staff was working hard however did not see them wash their hands going between till to food. Tables were dirty. Air dryer in women washroom broken and no available paper towel. I will not be visiting again.

Staff are ridiculously undertrained and very rude. I had asked for 2 parfaits with the buy one get one 99 cent coupon presented and she did not ring it through. When I asked her for the second parfait she said “maybe try again next time” to make matters worse I waited upwards of 30 minutes for 2 parfaits and 2 milkshakes. And a soda that I didn’t even get to drink because it was 99% water. Will not be returning

My wife found a coupon that stated buy 1 ice cream treat, get another for 99 cents when I went through the drive thru, the manager didn't except what I was showing him, so.i paid full price & left unhappy

Not a clean establishment at all. Dirty floors, counter, seating areas had chocolate finger prints all over. Doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. I don't like to complain but come on! You can't be that short staffed.

Ordered 2 blizzards that were served with lids on and completely melted. Sent an email to the DQ relations and they mentioned they would forward my complaints to the location about 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything yet and will avoid this location from now on.

Very disappointing. Went in the grab an icecream cake, they were decorated so poorly. No pictures on top anymore. Can't even get any writing. We haven't eaten it yet, I hope they still taste the same.

Everytime I go there, they're always so nice to me. They give us fresh fries and they're so friendly.

Out of the past 3 visits they got our order wrong twice. While our order on the third visit was correct my blizzard came with a nice free footlong hair coiled in it.

The guy taking our order was nice but the girl in the window had the worst customer service I’ve seen. Order was also wrong and poorly made waste of money and time

Ordered a birthday cake through Skip for a long distance friend and asked them to write HBD somewhere. They really went above and beyond. So grateful! Thank you to whomever helped with the order you're a sweetheart!

One washroom inaccessible. Other washroom was very clean but needs repairs. Only hand dryer is broken and labelled broken, but no paper towels provided.

My son and I went for $6 meal deals we ordered two and it cost me nearly $19.they charged $7 for each meal, they charged $3 for my son to have a SMALL blizzard instead of the ice cream they charged me. 50 for his honey mustard sauce because he didn't want the gravy, they called it an "extra" sauce. Most of the tables were all dirty and WE were the ONLY customers in the whole place there was NO excuse for that. My burger literally fell apart because the bun was so dry and it was the tiniest freaking piece of meat I have EVER seen in my life I am not kidding when I say the slice of onion was TWICE the size of the piece of meat I took it back and told them not to bother giving me a new burger because I would just get another burger that fell apart and I would take chicken, the guy STILL tried to give my another burger and when I refused he brought out the chicken strips right away " funny they were ready even though we were the ONLY ones in the whole place " (so he tried to snow me and hope I would just shut up and take the burger)! I will NOT be going back to Woodgrove DQ again when the businesses start being that CHEAP about every tiny little thing they lose my patronage AND my respect. TERRIBLE experience, Shame on you DQ for being so CHEAP and NOT keeping CLEAN establishment! !

If I could give a no star rating I would.
1. I asked for writing on my cake. Apparently all 6 employees on board don't know how to write a simple happy birthday on a cake.
2. I ordered a 6 strip chicken basket. The guy asked me twice how many pieces. And still gave me a 4 piece and when I corrected it to whom I'm supposing was the supervisor on duty. He argued with me then aggressively gave me the extra 2 pieces. The number 4 and 6 do not sound anything like each other.
3. I asked what kind of dipping sauces they had for chicken strips and the guy looked at me like an alien and had to go ask his supervisor what I meant. After a minute talking to the guy he came back with the guy and I repeated. "I'm just asking what kind of dipping sauces you have. " he then gave me the list. Which upon checking the bag when receiving my food they did not give me any sauces. Then they gave me ONE sauce for 6 strips and when I asked for a second he let out a huge sigh.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced.
