This location is always pretty solid. Normally get the bbq strips and poutine, always pretty consistent.

Customer service is really bad, the two East Indian servers keeps on gossiping with each other let me waited in the counter for a while, they forgot to give my other order and needed to comeback again to get it because the two servers are two focused in their conversation gossiping in the counter and in the kitchen, I needed to call their attention just to be entertain in the cashier, they worked like they hated their job. I will never go back to this particular store location ever.

The employees there are soo rude. They dont listen to you, they cutt you off while youre talking, they do not smile. I ordered a large blizzard. And it was an inch and half under the rim so i sent it back to add more ice cream the lady did not say anything rather rolled her eyes. I paid $11
Blizzard but i am not getting a medium rationed blizzard. Not when there attitude is like that.

The worker today around 4ish dropped the icecream cup on the floor, picked it back up and still served it to the car in the drive thru COMMON! Not even worth the one star.

To whoever was just in the DQ drive thru (4: 00pm ish) close to 152/20, you ordered a small blizzard (had chocolate sauce in it) and something else. I just witness the girl drop your cup with the ice cream in it on the floor AND STILL SERVE IT TO YOU even after I spoke up and said that’s not acceptable!

I was inside at the till waiting to pay when I saw all this occur.

Edit to add: I just called the store after I left and I spoke to the supervisor and let her know how disgusted I am. I’ll be calling the health department tomorrow!
Fire that person immediately.

Do you like incredibly slow service and surly employees? Do you like burgers with wilted lettuce looking (and tasting) like someone sat on them? Do you enjoy drinking watered down soft drinks that taste suspiciously like machine oil? Then by all means go here. For everyone else that wants a GOOD experience, go elsewhere, this location is absolutely horrible! I have given this place far too many chances at redemption over the years and have always been disappointed. If I could give this location negative stars I would.

Smaill line up at the drive - thru, but took over 30 minutes to get to the cashier. She told me had to pay cash or go inside to pay - very aggresive and rude attitude. On my scale 0 out of TEN.

I will not go to that dairy queen again.

My family and I came here to order blizzards and what we got in return was soupy soft serve. The worker could not even turn it upside down to show us at the end as it was already melted and liquidy. She gave it a slight turn and handed it to us. I will not come here again as I didn't get what I came for and the ice cream was already melted when we received it. Wasted my money.

Not satisfied, expensive for what you’re getting. The ice cream was good but the fries were hard almost as if they were undercooked. Mcdonald’s does it better

White Rock stable. Great ice cream and service. Hot food is underrated. Chicken strip baskets are good. This was my first job many years ago!

Hi there we waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes only to find out after advising the order taker that we wanted to use the Deals BOGO medium dipped cone from the app. When came to the window to pay and pick up the waitress in the window tells us “oh we don’t accept the bar code from the App we don’t have a scanner. ”

It would make sense to place a sign before customers line up to order “ This store does not participate in the Bar codes and Dairy Queen App promotions. “

“Please put a sign so we don’t waste our Time. ”

Staff are always super friendly and the desserts are always done perfectly. Strawberry cheesecake blizzard with brownie bits is the best.

The staff was fairly quick with orders. However they seem to be skimping on icecream sizes for everything except the blizzards. We ordered a few sundaes and they were significantly smaller than what we have received in the past. Kids were a bit disappointed.

Picked up a customised birthday cake (had a picture put on the top). The cake was good but seemed pricey at $50.

The experience overall experience was good. They do have peak times, that seems really busy. Sunny days and evening that are sunny get busier, with being short staffed. I noticed some items have increased quite a bit. One especially gone up in price. Box of dilly bars only came in box of 6, not long ago per Covid 2020 could get box [email protected], now for box 6 it is 15.95, I think just 2021, box of 6 was 12.95. I feel that is way to high price now. To purchase one dilly bars@ 3.95 each that high as well. Other items have also gone up in price some.

The overall experience of this location, is going downhill, after all the money that was spent to renovate it. I think two years ago, things are breaking down and not being maintained like it should, for all the expense that was needed to do the renovation. I feel the staff and owner of this location need to be more proactive, when comes cleaning and doing needed repairs. If you wanted a good customer base, you need maitain and clean things regularly, and make your customer base feel welcome and comfortable, in a well maintained and clean environment. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to be served when there was no line and staff could tell that we were waiting, plus after paying a large price for a rare treat, quantities were small. The blizzard delivered to us was not presented by being flipped upside down, which ruined the DQ experience that they are known for. We were quite unpleased with the whole experience altogether and the food that was presented to us. Unnecessary plastic was also used to fit the containers into the drink tray which we thought was not environmentally friendly and wasteful.

Good deserts but I want my blizzard to be suspended upside down for a full 5 seconds before you get more than a 3 star from me grill & chill. Anyone can turn a milkshake sideways.

I like the items that they sell, but when you pay 5 dollars for a small dipped cone, you find yourself saying I wish I would of just drove a little further and buy frosty.

The burger and fries were good. The reason for the low score was because I couldn't get any bars at all due to the concrete building so I asked for the locked guest wifi password. After about 10 or 12 attempts to connect one of the women working said oh it's not working. Nobody working had a clue what was going on even after asking the manager and showing him what I was typing for a password. Not a good experience I must say.

Used to love this location. Now they are the most expensive of all the Dairy Queens. They are also cheaping out on products. McDonalds is a far better option and half the price now. And they won't fight you when you tell them they didn't put hot fudge on top of your peanut butter parfait.

Very busy spot but service was fast and friendly. Dairy Queen is a fave spot in the summer time!

Worst customer service and really rude. I ordered 3 dipped cone in drive thru. The indian lady has to get well educate about how to serve a customer. Would not go back. Highly not recommended

New owners? Guy says he is the owner did not like my coupon said it had been altered. I got it off of CouponsBC.ca.
Made it sound to people around me like I'm trying to cheat him out of $1.50. I'm wearing my business shirt with my name and business on it I was embarrassed.
At the same time he is rudely pointing at people to move up to the next available till. Very loud. I've been going here for 35 plus years. I'm less than impressed. Also heard people complain their orders were wrong. We as a rule purchase 8-10 cakes a year from them and many meals. I'm done with this new owner and his new staff who are treated badly from my stand point.

Long lineup all the time and super slow service.

Not very satisfied with the order today. I had a blizzard and a milkshake. The blizzard was almost completely liquid. This is not the first time it happened. I called the owner, and he did not m offered me a refund at first, we had to fight for it. He was also rude to my boyfriend on the phone, saying that we gave conflicting stories, which we did not. Not worth driving out there for, when the refund is only $5.

I have very mixed feelings about this Dairy Queen. Firstly, their ice cream treats are excellent. Cakes, cones, blizzards- the whole lot of dairy products. But at the same time, you have to take it for what it is. DAIRY Queen. When it comes to other food, that’s a different story. Usually mediocre. Unfortunately, this DQ has the honour of worst burger I’ve ever had. The cheeseburger was hotter than the sun, the bun was soggy, the cheese was molten and dripping everywhere, the patty was burnt, and the lettuce was dark green and wilted. Left much to be desired, and I’m surprised I didn’t walk out with third degree burns. But like I said- their ice cream is delicious.

Two orders i have gotten through the drive thru were runny and disgusting blizzard the ice cream was liquid to much chochlate sauce the service is terrible the owner is rude and not compasionate at all i will never come back and I highly recommend you save your money and sanity and not go there either you will be disappointed this place has gone down hill

I see all the complaints about terrible service and long waits, and these are going backs months. Today was still long waits, and the guy serving us needs to speak up, especially when he takes your order. Won't go back.

There was a whole servings worth gone from the crevasse in the bottom. It was also made wrong the first time. Bad bad bad!

The banana split, one of the signature offerings, was small.the ice cream wasn't even the same amount from one end to the other. They used a bruised banana, making sure to hide it on the bottom side of the treat. All that after I had to wait for 4 minutes for someone to notice that I was waiting at the counter

I went to Dairy Queen drive thru March 30th 2021, When I got home to eat, all 3 of my burgers were severely burnt even the bacon, I eat flamethrowers a lot and these were completely inedible. I called the store to complain and was told I need to bring my burgers back for inspection, really? She began talking to her colleague in Punjabi, not knowing i understand and said this guy wants a credit says we burnt his burgers quite rudely, but then said I could come get new ones. I went thru drive thru as I don’t have the time to drive back for new food, so I was hoping for a credit for the next time I come in, they declined and said they can’t do that, in the end I was left with indelible burgers, and no credit because I didn’t want to drive back to have the food Inspected because they can’t cook a burger, I will not be back to this location

Giving 1 star because this is the lowest allowed to give. First time trying out DQ, and promise it will also be the last time. Store was not busy at all that day (no drive thru, only 1 customer before us), but 2 of the staff behind counter just walked by, pretended not seeing us. Third staff finally came to take order, no smile, and showed no willingness to help. When we tried to use coupons, she pushed them back and rudely said "you are allowed to use only 1 per visit, read your coupon before using them. " That lady did not confirm what we ordered, and walked away right after taking payment, showed no appreciation for business, physically or verbally, almost felt like she is just taking the money we OWED her. Covid might be slowing down the traffic, but your quality of service will be the one killing your business.

Worst food experience today! Order a big meal for the family and kids and got it only half my order correct and all the wrong drinks and burnt burger Patty's! Horrible

Check your order before you leave the window. Often find error in my order. By the time you figure it out it's too much trouble to go back.

Don’t bother paying for “extra stuff” because you will not get it. I bought a Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard and it didn’t have a single piece of cheesecake.

Dining room, bathroom still closed when every other fast food has opened. Takes 20 minutes to get a simple combo

Taste good, don't make me wrong. However, wait a long time to get your meals every single time with no surprise.

I usually have good experiences with DQ but not today. I ordered a 1/4 lb Flamethrower which came as 1/2 lb covered in bacon that had been burnt black and ruined the entire burger. It bothers me that staff felt it was passable. I opened the burger far from DQ so it was thrown out instead of returned.

Worst customer service ever! Very unfriendly staff and very disappointed with the food as well as the service. Will never go here again and I will be telling everyone I know! Do better people! It’s not hard to be friendly and serve people well.

They seem to rush you threw the drive thru ordering process a bit to the point of not quit listening to you, also there root beer tastes kinda funny with out Ice (the way I like to drink it) just saying

Service was good, ice-cream was at the top of Dairy Queen standards. Only negativity I have from my experience (and why I can't give 5 stars) the drive through intercom needs to be upgraded as the employee had to have us repeat ourselves several times to get our simple order correct as he couldn't hear us.

We always get DQ birthday cakes. This year we put a picture of our daughter's favorite character from Animal Crossing (a video game) and a cute caption. The decorator took it on herself to match the colors if the cake to the picture and added the writing to the photo image in a perfect font. It took it to the next level. Thanks DQ! Awesome job.

Good Restaurant. All of the staff should wear face masks. Time to open some tables with approved measures for customers to eat inside

Missing too many items on the menu. Person taking our order when we were driving through the drive through had trouble understanding our ask. Very frustrating experience

Bought some sundays through drive thru on tuesday evening. All was good except the boy who took cash from the customer ahead of me was also the only who grabbed our spoons for us.we used spoons at home instead since I feel like that was a really bad call. He wasn't wearing gloves or a mask either. I feel a lot more comfortable ordering from McDonalds and tim hortons in terms of drive thrus at this time.definitely something they should be more aware of and protecting their staff and customers better. Can they maybe have spoons all prewrapped or something so they aren't touching the actual spoon or at least make sure they leave that task to the kitchen and chill workers not to the money handlers.

Waited in line up only to have to come back and get in the lineup again because they put so much mustard on the burger it was no longer a burger, it was mustard on a bun

During this Pandemic I was surprised to see how careless the employees were in handling my purchased goods. No gloves or masks on any employees that were visible through the drive-thru window, and very little care was given when handing over the items. If the undeniable urge hits you for an ice cream cone like it did me, I would steer clear of this location and head to the one down by Hwy 10

Quick and fast service, got some burgers and fries and an ice cream cake, they were quite busy because of the drive thru, we went inside and ordered for takeout. Dairy Queen's food is always good!

They are doing awesome job and following the new rules. Be nice if pick up the dishes follow the rules. They didn't follow the arrows and less than 4 feet away from people.

Terrible service during Covid. No gloves, no mask, full contact touched our cones. Messed order up but nothing offered to correct their mistake. Will Not return to this location!

I drove all the way to Dairy Queen because I saw the advertisement for the 80th birthday. They did not acknowledge the deal and repeatedly told me that it did not start today even though all the marketing advertised that it started yesterday until the 15th. Complete waste of my time. Very disappointed.

Excellent service with clean and best products, friendly employees and environment, sooooo tatsly ice cream and cakes for every occasion, superb products, fast service, I will definetely recommend to everyone for best service by owners and employers.

Worst staff ive encountered at a DQ before. Also perhaps the slowest. Still the ice cream sometimes cant be beat. Ah well. Sometimes you just have to grin and bare it.

Out of all the Dairy Queens i have been too this one reminds me of how it used to be. The staff are so friendly. Its clean. It always reminds me of the old shops. Where staff were happy to help you.

Fast and caring staff, clean and best food and environment, great taste of food, very good service, amazing care taken of costumers, best place to go.

If there was a negative number I would have chosen a -10. I put an order in for my daughter's birthday cake 2 days ago and came to pick up the cake and it wasn't prepared. It was forgotten. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Her birthday party is less than 2 hours from now and she doesn't have a cake.

Clean premises with fast and friendly service for those walk in and order. I can't speak for the drive thru as there is ample parking space.
