My husband takes my Audi Q3 to be serviced by Jameson and his team. They always do an excellent job and I highly recommend them!

I brought my car to Dales for new tires, wheels, and suspension, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Jameson patiently walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of various options, offering valuable insights for someone like me, new to vehicle modifications. His assistance was invaluable, providing me with helpful tips throughout the process. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and intend to return to Dales for all my future vehicle services.

I have dealt with this company several years ago and had nothing but excellent things to say about them.
There was a several year break (as my wife and I both bought new vehicles) but as time went on, now we are in need of routine repairs.
It was very refreshing to go back to find the team just as friendly and professional as they’ve ever been. The number one concern to anyone who isn’t a mechanic, is trust. I feel I can trust their skills and advise when doing all repairs. I like to be told what may need to be addressed immediately, and what I should budget for in the next while.

The guys are really nice to deal with and unlike the dealership down the road they'll service your vehicle with some competence and not overfill your oil and stuff. However they do upsell a bit hard, I came in with rims and springs I purchased on my own so they sold me on lower control arms, I didn't really need them but just went with it because I did need someone with a good reputation to put my parts on. A year down the road the strutt mounts crapped out on me, but they told me it's just the positioning and it's nothing to worry about so I ran with a knocking sound for a while until I went elsewhere and just put stock strutts back on, tossed the aftermarkets in the trash, everything runs fine and no knocking.

They do regular service here as well which I preferred over dealer, but again it was pricey and they required to come back every 5K instead of 10K, at the time I didn't care because I'd take 6MO to hit 5K so it made no difference, but obviously you can get synthetic good for 10K done for less.

If I still lived in the area I'd probably keep going because it was a super convenient location for me and booking a spot was easy, tradeoff was totally worth it so I can't be too negative. Also, maybe if you come in with a nice big money making build you'll get the kind of service where people put up 5stars.

I’ve been getting my maintenance and repairs done at Dale’s for years and they have always been reliable and honest. In this day and age of dishonesty and unreliability I can say that Dale’s is the exception! If you need any maintenance/repairs done to your vehicle just save yourself the hassle and bring it to Dale’s.

Used Dale’s a few years ago for some mods on a Focus RS and a Durango rt and work was excellent. I plan on going back to them again with a 2021 wrangler Rubicon diesel and an old Silverado I just picked up.

I am extremely particular on who services my vehicles, so when it came to getting an alignment on my 45-year-old collector car, I did my research and took it to the experts at Dales.

The team at Dales listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

When my car was ready for pickup, Jeff the technician who completed the work on my car made it a point to come out to meet me and explained all the adjustments and how my car would handle on the road.

After 3 hours of touring this weekend, my wife and I are ecstatic with the car’s precise handling!

High quality for a high price. Got an alignment for a Miata, came away with perfect specs. But it does cost more than most shops would charge.

The guys at Dales were friendly and had great communication with me from start to finish. I had an inspection on a truck I purchased and the digital report was great with photos and a clear work order provided for the work that needed to be done. It is helpful going back to the the dealership I bought it from to ask for this work to be completed.
I would recommend Dales Auto to anyone looking for excellent communication and friendly service. This is the third vehicle of mine I have brought in and been very happy with their services.

4-wheel performance alignment. Drove way over from Burnaby to have Dale’s fix up the rough home garage self alignment on my Subaru STI. Speedy, well priced, and pleased with the service!

I stumbled upon the website for this shop and was pleased with the review's. I decided to try them out. They are very professional, transparent with information, and the work they did shows quality and care. Going in I had a general idea of what needed to get done and the list they provided back to me was everything I was expecting with a cost list broken-down for me. Overall I do recommend them and I will be a return customer in the future.

Excellent service from Jameson who is consistently very informative with repair suggestions and recommendations and delivers with top notch and timely results.

I initially went to Dale's and there was an error in communication within the shop on what I needed and unfortunately had a negative experience trying to get my vehicle in, since then the owner Jason has contacted me and assisted me in making the situation right and I applaud them for going out of their way to rectify the situation in the most professional manner possible. I will definitely be going back to dales in the future.

One of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had!
I had a bit of a sticky situation with the engine my 2016 Subaru Sti. Jameson and the guys provided a full, in-depth diagnosis with a step-by-step transcript through the whole repair, as well as kept me in the loop with any hidden issues that came up. They even found a few hidden electrical issues. My situation was a bit dire, but the peace of mind they offer along with their warranty is priceless.

Worked with Jason to put together my dream off road ‘starter package’ for my new Forester! Needed something that could tackle our rough backroads and Jason and the team left no stone unturned. I was not content with my suspension setup after installing it with another shop. When the break-in period ended, I decided to contact Dale's.

First impressions were through the phone. Zack and Jameson were very friendly and informative of their services and what needed to be done for my vehicle.

Manners and transparency are very important to me.

When I got the car back, I was extremely happy with the way it handled and felt. Literally a night and day difference, even just driving on straight road.

The bill of service is clear, and the alignment results are informative. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I had some substandard alignment and lift work done on my 2015 Tacoma TRD which resulted in some serious tire rub on the frame and a rough drive. Jameson explained it all to me in detail (for the layman) and he and the team at Dale’s had it all fixed up with exceptional pricing and service in a day!

For those of you Tacoma owners wondering if you 33” tires will rub or if they already are, these guys can do an alignment to fix the issue or if you have very aggressive tires they can do a cab mount chop/relocate at a very good price.

I will be back for the rear suspension upgrade.

Had trouble finding a shop to do a wheel alignment on my RHD Mitsubishi Delica. Dale’s squished me in for an appointment the very next day and they got it done quick and painless. Needless to say I’m taking my Delica here for any future mechanical needs and will be recommending them to other Delica owners.

This shop rips off first visit customers! Will never come back and will never recommend anyone to this shop again.
Brought family members vehicle in for an alignment and was quoted over $4500 worth of work! Ended up paying $165 for nothing.

Work Order was in family members name not mine!

AC was on the fritz. Mostly it had stopped working but everyone once an a while it would work fine. Brought it into another shop but after having it for a few hours they still did not know why it was cutting in and out. Brought it in to Dales and they figured out what was wrong with it and got the AC working again.

I have a Mercedes Benz that I usually take to the Mercedes dealer for service. I got a quote from Mercedes for brakes, rotors and calipers and found it very high. The Mercedes Service depot is pretty good, nice people but It doesn't hold a candle to Dales Auto Service. Dales Auto is professional, engaging and really fast too. Right from the beginning I was sent pics and movies of the progress as it happened. Dales Auto used the proper Mercedes parts, did more, did it faster and did it for less. Honestly, this Mercedes dealer could take a lesson from Dales Auto. I am a client for life now. I can see why Dales gets such good reviews, well done Jason, Holly and Jameson! THANK YOU!

Bought tires & wheels. Had a 2.5 “ lift & Trailer hitch installed.
Spent a lot of money at Dales. Products I bought were all good, however the service was not up to par! Every time I brought it in for a balance & rotation it was a total hassle!
They booked a week in advance and wanted my vehicle for the entire day.
I told them many times about a steering wobble but nothing was ever done!
After a while they were no longer interested in doing tire servicing, stating I needed new tires when there was still 30% tread left.
Only interested in making money, not giving good service to the customer!

Good service, nice front counter people, only bad thing is the parking situation. Other than that all good

Took my vehicle in for an alignment. In a super casual check in was told there's a "mandatory" inspection (nothing about this mentioned on the phone call when booking appointment.) that has to happen on top of alignment. Then told to sign a digital pad saying I'm aware of this. No fee discussed at this point. Not until I call back later that I find out its $143+tax and am told "but if I end up doing alignment with them the cost is $0.00". Then I'm contacted by text message and email with an inspection report which didn't explicitly state it had failed. I then had to call back and confirm this fact. To which I'm told there are 3 components that needed fixing before any alignment can take place. And as such was presented with a quote for almost $5000 of repairs. All in all I was denied an alignment and in lieu of my requested work slapped with a $165.06 "inspection fee". This "mandatory" inspection is literally daylight robbery, where they can 'choose' which jobs they do or do not take on and bleed people of their hard earned money for something they did not even need/want. Congrats Dale's, you've extorted $165.06 from me, enjoy it cause it is the last penny you will ever see from me.

Apparently not that 'transparent' as clearly I was not informed properly. Also I still have the printed quote for $5000.

Ordered a steering box from Dales, parts arrived and fit perfectly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will purchase from them again for sure.

Really bad compagnie charge me 170$ to tell me they can't not do alignement on my jeep cause of bushing supposely bustes but when to another place and they did the job well done so I would say 1 star is too much for them

Jameson and the team at Dale's Auto were fantastic. Great customer service and you can tell that they really care about what they do. Brought my RS3 in for the first time and I'll definitely be back!

Dales, specifically Jameson went above and beyond helping me diagnosis and repair problems on my Subaru after going here I will not be going to many other shops as they basically do everything from simple oil changes to alignments and everything in between, they definitely make you feel good about doing business there And explain everything very throughly so I know exactly what is happening and how much it will cost this helping me significantly because I am a young man in in early 20’s

I’ve used Dale Auto Service for a number of years now. I actually read a lot of their reviews before trying them out, after being disappointed at many previous garages. I am delighted that I did. Easily the highest quality of service I’ve seen in the lower mainland for an auto shop. Happy to leave a review to help others find this great garage!

And just collected the truck today from another upgrade that I’m looking forward to trying out - Full Halo Lifts Aluma Series Ultimate Suspension. With SPC Performance Front Adjustable Upper Control Arms.

Always easy to book, drop off and pick up the truck. Communication for queries or questions are always answered promptly and in detail. Follow up is always excellent also, with real-time emails of work progress, and highly detailed breakdown of itemized work orders.

From desk, Holly and Jameson along with the whole crew out in the back shop are great. Easily 5 Star.

Great staff that was very knowledgeable about my car and the issues it has. They even found problems my previous mechanic overlooked. 10/10 will be seeing me again.

The staff at Dales are amazing, Jameson, Mike, Holly, Nate, Johnny. They listened to what I wanted and helped guild me in the best direction to reach those results. They did a full new engine and fuel system. They also diagnosed my suspension issue and repaired it.

First off I want to thank the front office staff for their professional and courteous service. From the minute I walked in I knew that my vehicle was in good hands.the service was conducted on time and on budget. I will be returning again for regular services. These mechanics make you feel at home and taken care of. I recommend anyone in the area to take their car there for any required service, you won't be disappointed.

What a great experience, I phoned in to make my appointment; they ANSWERED! Very polite and knowledgeable so naturally I booked. I had text message reminders close to the service day and had a hiccup in my schedule, they were able to move my appointment on a moments notice. In today’s world flexibility is key so nice touch guys! I showed up for my appointment and both Holly and Jameson were there ready to rock. Drop off took less that 60 seconds and I was on my way. Part way through my day I received a text that my vehicle was done and pickup and payment took about 90 seconds. The team was so awesome I ended up staying another 15 minutes to chat about life and made some new friends in the process. The best part was driving my car after service, no complaints. Highly recommend, services as expected, delivered on time, superb process.

We just had my
Mothers truck repaired, she then needed her Expedition be repaired as it broke down. The guy who answers the phone gave her attitude and not helpful in assisting arrange a tow truck to bring to the business. After many years of our family bringing our vehicles there, we won’t be returning.
