Worst service and attitude of all the ford dealers. Leave you on hold until the phone cuts off, reception just as rude or ignorant and everyone looks and acts like it's the biggest imposition to help you.

Since this dealership changed hands in the last 2 years, it's brutal. I had a deposit on a new vehicle, which never was delivered. (Although I understand that is not at fault of the dealership.) They agreed to refund my $1000 deposit, and asked me to come in to get the refund. Not sure why this could not be done over the phone.simple refund to credit card. So I arranged a time to come in and get the refund. It's 150km round trip from my home. I arrived, no one had any idea how to do the refund, I waited for 30 minutes (while sales people hounded me to buy something else) After 30 minutes, they said they could not find the file. And said they would call me later. A week later, some called and said they would send a cheque, and that cheque did eventually arrive. What a run around, and really for nothing. I have purchased a vehicle there once before, and never again.

Amazing experience here buying a car with Paul. The manager is extremely nice too, and so is their finance department. The experience even after sales is amazing. Very happy to have come here

Go Auto has to be the shadiest auto group around. They prey on bad credit and locking you into long, high interest loans. They don't care one bit about customers, they just want to milk every last penny out of you. That has been Jared Priestner's model from the beginning!

Bought a brand new Lincoln in 2021, been having issues with back up camera ever since, now that go auto has taken over they won’t even look at my car, even thou i got all the warranty that was offered to me. This place has made a change for the worst and its nothing like it use to be which is sad

I’ve been bringing my F150 in for service here regularly. I’m always happy with the friendliness of that advisors and they always have my truck finished by the time I’ve been told it would be done.

I recently placed an order for a 2023 F150 Hybrid, now I need to wait until Ford assembles the truck in 7-9 months.

On August 13th, we bought a 2017 F150. Trevan help us reach the goal and unbelievably arranged to have the truck detailed and out the door the same day. This is only due to the fact that he rolled up his sleeves and help the service team reach this goal. I cannot tell you how impressed, beyond belief! Mark and I wish you all the success possible. I hope all readers will ask for you personally. Get some cards. Thanks again.

Absolute worst experience. Dreadful.
We were treated terribly. Left waiting in the lobby. We came with cash and they gave us the run around.

So went to Ocean Park Ford and factory ordered a brand new truck with them.
With Ocean Park it was the absolute best experience.

I have always found Dams to be a dealership with integrity. I have purchased five vehicles from them and have always found the experience satisfactory to extremely positive. I will continue to take my Ford vehicles to this dealer for service. They will be on the top of my list of Ford Dealerships when purchasing a Ford product.

We loved the friendly nature of the dealership. Nikhil was our salesperson and couldn't get any better, he was wonderful throughout and made sure we understood every detail about the car from start to delivery. Finance team was super easy to deal as well. Highly recommend!

Not a good dealership. Salesmen are distant and off-putting, financing department is pushy and gives you zero time to gather your information. They pretend to sell your vehicle interest out from under you while you're at work instead of being patient for the weekend. What a joke of a dealership I'll take my money elsewhere.

Tyler from this dealership is a horrible salesperson and he will lie to you don't buy from him.he's very shady He will play games with you and try to see how much money he can get out of you. Definitely not looking out for your best interest. And they will make your credit score go down lots getting every single bank to check your credit.

I have been servicing my Transit T350H at Dam’s Ford for over 5 years. The staff are great to deal with and provide honest, straightforward answers. The quality of service is very good. Never had a problem with them.

Such a breeze to deal with, from sales to finance, everyone. Except that finance approval took longer than expected, we had a splendid experience and our salesperson Nikhil was very patient, understanding & helpful. And such a vast collection of used trucks did a big part in us getting the right one!

Terrible service with language discrimination. Sold the F150 which we already paid the deposit for before we got back from a trip. Customer service just wants to get away with it and the manager never called back as promised. The situation is still unresolved now.

Do not recommend as the whole thing felt like a scam. Also keep in mind that Ford does not and cannot intervene in sale issues with a dealer so be careful.

We went in and called after deciding to purchase the vehicle. We spoke to Nick and we’re asked to send our credit card via text which was an odd request- the dealership was close to closing so we called first thing the next morning where they refused to take the deposit. Talib did say that we could hold the vehicle for a $2000 non refundable deposit rather than a $500 refundable deposit quoted by Nic.

We weren’t even sure if we wanted to finance or pay cash but they quoted us a financing amount of 2% over what our bank did then told us they couldn’t finance at all two days later claiming there were issues with our credit although our credit is good and our bank offered us the loan with no problems.

They gave us 24 hours to get things together with our bank on a work day then refused to sell us the vehicle because they felt we weren’t moving fast enough.

Overall, pushy, disorganized with deposits at best, unethical and unprofessional with deposits at worst.rude in hanging up, Talib spoke over me and it was overall it was really a soured experience.

We really liked Noc when we met him but were shocked at how little actual customer service there was in the actual buying process.

Absolutely horrible service - waited 5 hours at the dealership and the car was not washed or clean inside. Issues are already coming up again after they supposedly fixed them. Not impressed for the amount we paid for a Service Plan Package.

Just bought a F150 from Brandon at Dams Ford Langley. Got excellent service and delivery from team despite the transitions they are going through. They did not miss anything and did a really good deal with very fair negotiations. Stellar Service

The service department is very busy. I have to admit, they all handle it very well and definitely care about your problems. Warren helped me a lot and even though it wasn’t done he helped me get into a car. The one other thing I’d like to point out is Jennifer in service does an amazing job too. As I waited there for Warren to finish with his customer I was listening to her speak to multiple customers. I was so blown away by how she spoke to people and how much she cared. I am in the same business as them and it’s not easy. Keep up the good work guys!

Dams Ford looked after my truck needs from ordering what I needed to delivery if a spectacular vehicle. I have the new 3022 F450 King Ranch which is my second new truck from Dams. Incredible purchase, manufacturing was perfect and service has been excellent. Thank you Ford.

I have always received great service from Dams Ford. From the Sales Team working together to get me the vehicle I wanted, not the one they wanted to sell.to the Service Department (specifically Tony D) listening to my concerns to provide the best solution.
Each time I went for regular service, I was given an estimated completion time, but they always completed it quicker.
The showroom is clean as expected. The service bays are shockingly organized and clean.
Keep up the great service Dams Ford!

Upon picking up my car (2019 Mustang GT) I noticed that the bumper panel (one piece) was slightly out on the side where the tire had been removed and following the body line noticed that it was quite a bit out under the light than the other side and also saw there was a little foam piece wedged under my light. I called and left a voice mail because they had closed shortly after picking up my car. I said it's nothing major bit, something happened and I'd like it fixed. I received a call from Warren on Monday morning who ensured they would review the tapes and get back to me (around 9: 45am) I received a call back from Alf, the service manager, later that evening and asked that I bring my car in the following day. When I arrived, Warren, Alf and one other person had a little chat in their office (still not acknowledging me) after this Alf walked out and said "alright, let's see it" when I showed him and explained "hey, I know it's nothing major but, it wasn't here before" he spoke to me in the most belittling tone and said "how am I supposed to know that? " After conversing a bit more and telling me it was probably from "the hot weather" he proceeded to then look at me and PUNCH the panel back in with the side of his fist angrily and said "there it's fixed". After, I stood there for a second shocked that this happened I continued to be belittled when I asked about the rest of the gaps on the bumper line and was told "well they're mass produced so. " there's more details but, I have run out of space.

I have done a few services on my Ford truck including a recall and I'm very pleased and satisfied with the work they do. The service team is very knowledgeable and outstanding! I'll be back at Dams Ford for any of my repairs and services! I recommend them to anyone I know!

Occasionally you come across someone that causes a person that DOES NOT write reviews, to write one. Why this is unique is that I am in the auto repair business and own 3 repair facilities in Washington State. Recently my wife and I purchased a Transit van up in Ladner and thought we had all our paperwork together to import it back to the US. Not so. We got turned around at US Customs and needed to have proper "Ford Dealer Approved" documentation as well as there was an open recall for the driveline coupler which is a "no no" for import or export.
We needed the help of a Ford Dealer and so we asked one of several independent auto repair friends in the lower main land area. We were highly encourage to take the vehicle to Dams Ford. In this process we met some amazing people like Warren and Tony in service. It ends up, Tony took on our project and the rest is history. A wonderful history too.
In my nearly 40 years in the auto repair industry both dealership and independent, I have really seen it all when it comes to terrible service and amazing service.
Let me be completely clear here. Tony Damonse may be the best if not one of the best service advisors I have ever met or even heard about for that matter. As you might expect, I have a very high standard for my shops, that every client will receive exceptional service. This I can fix at my own shop, but usually challenging for me when I need service elsewhere. Let me just say, Tony Damonse is flat out a rock star! If I could give him 6 stars I would. Every step of the way, he gave me the answers I needed to get this van repaired, certified, and on our way across the border. From his crystal clear texting, to his invoicing that left no detail to wondering, Tony provided everything we needed. Specifically, his punctual texting or voice mails keeping us updated as to the status of our van moving through the process to completion. Note: he even found the part the van needed was on back order but.he found one in their stock that was pending for another client that had not responded to schedule the repair so he found a way to have that part transferred to our account. Amazing. The Dams way I'm sure.
Bottom line is this, I can tell you first hand, if you need service and have not had the best experience, do yourself a favor, and come and have Tony or one of his other fine service associates at Dams Ford take care of your needs.
Tony should be teaching customer service and service advising.

I arrived at 9: 45 am walked inside of dealership and waited 30 min for someone to acknowledge me. Multiple sales reps walked right by me ignoring me, not even a "hello" or "hi". I was seriously intrested in purchasing the mach-e mustang, but after receiving no acknowledgement while in the dealership and a general lack of common courtesy, I've decided to buy a tesla model y over the mach-e. The Tesla showroom was incredibly friendly and acknowledged me right away. Answered all my questions and was able to take the model y for a test drive. Tesla > Ford no question! Don't waste your time at Dams ford in Surrey. Showroom was clean though.

DO NOT BUY CAR HERE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMS. I bought a used 2016 Ford Focus from them in 2019, which they claimed to have no accidents before, and they even showed me a Carfax report (which I highly doubt is an altered version). Recently I decided to sell my car and I retrieved the Carfax report by myself. I then realized that it had a major accident in 2017, and it took more than 14000$ to repair the car (note that a brand new For Focus cost around 20k). But Dam Ford had never told me about it in any circumstances. I had zero experience with buying car, and I had very little knowledge about car, so Dam thought they could sell this car to me, and lie to me like that. There is no way I can get my money back as almost 3 years have past. Just note that they are a bunch of SCAMS and never buy any car from them.

Another disappointment from the Service dept and Service Manager at Dam’s Ford Lincoln!
Three weeks ago I used the online tool to book my scheduled oil change. I made note that I would wait while my vehicle was serviced, and that I didn’t want the complimentary car wash. I set today (Sept 02,2021) at 10: 00 for my appointment.
I didn’t receive an appointment confirmation, so today at 09: 00 I called to confirm that my appointment was set. It was, so I made the 30 minute drive to the dealership. I was met by a smiling rep at the service counter, and because I drive a Lincoln, I was escorted to the “special” service desk. I checked in and confirmed my service requirements. The pleasant and professional young service rep confirmed my request to wait while my vehicle was serviced. She then advised it would be at least 3 hours before my vehicle was ready. I didn’t understand the duration required, and confirmed that I only needed a simple oil change. She apologized and indicated that was how the service bays worked. I then questioned why I would need to book an appointment for a specific time, when the service practise was to get to it, when they get to it? She said the appointment time was the time I would see the service adviser (her) and not when my vehicle was serviced. I found this unbelievable, as I could have walked in off the street and talked to any service advisor I wanted to. Again, she was very professional and apologized for the process and the suggested wait. I then asked to see the service manager.
The advisor went to the offices seeking the service manager while I waited in the lobby. She returned indicating that the manager was advised, that he saw me, but that he was currently on the phone. I indicated I would wait, and she said he would be with me shortly. I waited 10 minutes in the service lobby, then went to stand by my vehicle just outside the windows of the service area. I continued to wait. Another 10 minutes went by and the same young service advisor came to see me at my vehicle. She again apologized and said that all the managers just went into a meeting. She seemed embarrassed that she had to deliver the news. I expressed my disbelief and displeasure and questioned her on whether the service manager still knew that I was waiting. She said yes, he was aware. Unbelievable! What better reason to be late for a meeting than to be dealing with a customer issue?
She asked if I would like him to call me. I said yes. And, as I write this review 3 hours later, still no phone call. This service manager doesn’t deserve his/her position, and the flawed processes existing in his/her operation will see many more customers become “former customers”…. Just like me.

I work for a large roofing company and we take all our trucks there. So I take my 2020 mustang there for the service. Its convenient drop it off in the morning and ready for me at the end of the day. If you own a Ford I would highly recommend this dealership for service or a new vehicle. Great job see you soon.

I just wanted to say that Tony Damonse on the service team is an absolute gem! I called over to source a spare key for a car and he was quick to help and very friendly. I work in the industry and I was very impressed with his willingness to lend a hand. Kudos Tony, Dams Ford is lucky to have you!

For the past 10 years I have been taking my Motor home to Dams for servicing and repairs plus I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKS from Dams about 4 months ago. Last week I brought my Motor home in for repairs but was told at the truck shop by Dave that they wouldn't honor my extended warranty. I'm afraid Dams will never get my business again.

Picked up a used truck from this dealership today. We bought it sight unseen, but John and the team did a fantastic job getting everything ready for us and the truck was immaculate. These folks are the real deal and go above and beyond to help their customers out. They are a fair and honest outfit, and were a pleasure to do business with.

This location is great staff & there professional & accommodating. One thing I need though is there to be more courtesy vehicles available, the demand is much greater than whats in stock. Craigs my representative which I think his track record speaks for itself.

Didnt have a great experience at the parts counter or service counter. Staff came across as to quick and not polite.

I didn't buy a truck here, and probably wouldn't in the future based on my experience w/ service.
