Damso Modern Korean Restaurant

I’ve tried many Korean miso stew! Damson’s flavor is my favorite! Good food, good price and good service! Recommend for all of you!

New ownership really turned this place around.

We used to be frequent visitors of Damso, but after our last visit a year ago we were determined not to come back.

We decided to give it a try again and discovered the ownership and menu changed.

It was an amazing meal and probably our best one yet. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Don't go. They even said you have to eat all the meat before you can order a refill. They gave All You Can It an hour, but it took about 10 minutes for the meat to come out.
When I ordered the next order, there was only half of the meat left, and they said it wouldn't be available.
I experienced the worst
(Soybean paste stew was delicious)
I wish they would raise the price and improve the quality of the meat.
Almost as sick as a grade 5 pig.

This is my third visit, and the pork belly and brisket soybean paste stew are so delicious!
I see some bad reviews, but I think Damso is a really delicious BBQ and Korean restaurant, so I'm posting this review.
Pork belly sometimes has some fat, but when added later, there are good parts, and the soybean paste stew with brisket has a lot of ingredients and the soup is delicious!
My friends who visited with me also said it was delicious, so I plan to visit again next time

It was nice to get a discount on some alcoholic beverages if you choose unlimited refills. However, I was disappointed that there was too much fat in the pork belly. The first pork belly that came out was 80% fat and 20% meat. Fortunately, it was a little better when I refilled it. There was too much oil and fat in the soybean paste stew. Although brisket is originally a part with a lot of fat, it would be a good idea to scoop out some of the fat floating on top of the soup before serving.

I went to eat with a friend, but the food was too salty… The owner is very nice and I am very satisfied with the servers. Highly recommended

Best Korean taco I know! A small place with simple menu in the westend. Known for there fried chicken and pork belly but I just come for the taco and a beer Lola approves;)

Disappointed. Was really looking forward to all you can eat pork belly as I'm visiting from away. Although my friend was there 10 minutes earlier, I, unfortunately, arrived 2 minutes after 8pm cut off! I totally get rules but when only 2 minutes beyond cut off and with some tables empty.doesn't feel very customer service centric! I won't even comment on the host's disrespectful attitude towards the situation!

I ordered the signature cowboy ribs and fried chicken. The cowboy ribs are really delicious and as delicious as sunnongdan. It’s wonderful with cheese. The fried chicken is relatively average and the price is affordable.

My favorite things I had and recommend the short ribs, fried chicken and rosé tokbokki. It tasted extremely authentic and I could tell the chef had added his own spin on the dishes. They have a good selection on the menu. I've been here years ago and I could tell the place has changed, I think for the better. The quality tastes better and I am enjoying the new additions to the menu.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I saw some comments that were stating staff was rude, however this is not true for my experience.

Overall, it gets a 5/5 for me. It's a small hole in the wall restaurant and serves great quality food. I wouldn't let a couple of bad reviews deter you from trying. Just a heads up too, if you are going with a group make sure everyone has arrived before going in. I am definitely coming back more often!

I haven't been to this place in a long time! Menu has changed a bit since I've last visited, but fantastically delicious all the same!

The bone soup has a strong smell and the staff's attitude is bad and needs to be improved.

When the owner changed, the overall quantity and taste changed, and the time to order meat was reduced to an hour, but they didn't tell me the last call, so I opened my eyes and went to Kobe.

Please be aware of one hour limit to ordering food. They do not warn you before the time is up. Also, the quality of food has decreased substantially since the new management took over.

This place is amazing and affordable eat all you can, good quality of food and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. My new favorite place

Super delicious, the food is very good, we ordered fried chicken and pork belly and it was exquisite. We also ordered grape soju, very good, I got a little drunk.

DELICIOUS! I eat the all you can eat pork belly first time and worried its not satisfying when i heard from friends.i was wrong! Very very tasty.banana milk is great desert drink after too.i high reccommend if youre meat lover you must try. Worth the price! I was so hungry and satisfied i not even take pictures.

I was refused to wait in the restaurant until my buddy comes and i politely asked the server for clarification/explanation but their rationale behind it does not make sense at all. As for the food, i find it to be average at the very most. I would not suggest anyone to try this restaurant.

Been here a few times, my husband loves the food the only thing I hate about this place is that they give you the bill and the machine and you're still eating. That ticked me off, happened couple of times. I get how they theres a time limit you dine in but let the customer finished their food. Our time wasnt up yet, the other people that sat before us was done eating and they didnt bother giving their bill. And also $14.00 for a 4 yr old to eat? At least charge a certain amount for kids under 6, I dont see kids under that age eat alot
