Dan is the man! I just bought my first apartment recently with Dan. First off, he definitely knows what he's doing, as a first time buyer who was completely clueless, he made the entire process as stress free as possible, guiding me the entire way through. Not only that, but he was able to find me a mortgage deal when other brokers couldn't even get me approved. He also, after the deal went through, stayed in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. All I can say is I would give him 10/10 if you are looking for a mortgage or realtor I would definitely get into contact with Dan!:)
