I had a number of electrical issues that needed addressing and Dan fixed them all. I was beyond thrilled with his work ethics and professionalism. He explained everything that he needed to do and met my needs. As a single woman I’m sick of being ripped off, Dan certainly didn’t do this. He is a very kind and caring man. He went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you so much

My house was out of power. Called Dan on a Sunday night and he showed up timely next day. Everybody can realize what a mess is not to have power at home if not resolved quickly.
In 5 minutes Dan confirmed the problem wasn't in my house but it was not receiving any power from the grid at all. At that point there was not much for him to do other than cashing his visit and run away but that was not the case. Dan investigated the issue, helped me contacting BC Hydro and got deep into the root cause. I am not going to explain what the power failure was about because it will expose people who had installed the new power meter many years ago, my point here instead is to highlight Dan's attitude to put his client's hat on and provide all the support needed to get the issue resolved. Dan taught me inside out what the issue was about and gave me the knowledge I needed to pursue the repair on the grid side of my panel. I much appreciate his professionalism as I do appreciate his gentleness and will to serve. I highly recommend Dan with no hesitation.

I spoke with Dan today with a Electrical failure regarding a Portable AC Unit failing to work and having issues with my panel box and Breaker system I highly recommend Dan and his company for their experience in fixing any repair and being very professional with all their service provided

This guy is excellent. I had and electrical problem that Dan fixed over the phone! I explained my problem, he had a few ideas about what it could be, but wanted me to do a few simple things before making a service call. Followed his advice and the problem was solved for no cost! Dan found a dead circuit that, unknown to us, had loose wires in it. This dead circuit was like finding a needle in a haystack as it was hidden in a plug, buried in the storage room. This dead circuit caused a power outage in part of the basement. When I first called Dan, he worked patiently with me trying to fix the problem over the phone. When the problem could not be fixed, to my surprise, Dan was willing to come out to my home immediately even though it was already past 6pm and on a holiday! If you are looking for someone with great integrity and mind-blowing electrical knowledge, you need to call Dan and his team…PS…even by Parrot like Dan and his team.

Dan installed a 200 Amp breaker box in our home 11 years ago. As the work was completed by the previous owners Dan did not pursue the final on his work. The city put a notation on our tax records so when we tried to sell the home this came back from the city the day before we sign the papers. We had only 10 days before we have to move. I contacted Dan who danced around the issue. I sent him the documents he never got back to me. I contacted him the following day only for him to tell me he couldn’t open the attachment. I sent him photos of the documents. He than told me he couldn’t do anything until the end of June. We have a significant holdback by the buyers because of this work never being completed. Please be diligent when using this contractor that all his work has been completed and follow up with the city.

Dan was able to quickly troubleshoot and replace failing circuit breakers in my condo. He clearly explained the pricing for the job, and what work and parts were required based on the troubleshooting giving me certainty about the final bill.

We were so impressed with Dan. We figure we have found our electrician for life. He did major electrical work around our house including all the wiring for a new suite, main house upgrades and outside additional plugs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He went above and beyond our expectations.

I recommend Dan for any electrician work he is very honest and very good at what he does it doesnt matter how big of a job it is.
