Called them on a Friday at 4pm to do a tire change over on 2 trailer tires. Called a couple other shops and was told it would be days. Dan's got me in right away. Exceptional service. Will always use them from now on.

Went to Mr. Live to fix a leaking tire, they couldn’t find what was wrong with it. Went to the team here and they found the issues, fixed it all and got the car back on the road in 20 minutes.
Very friendly team, every single member was happy and talkative. They have a couple dogs which for me was the cherry on top. Giant babies who just wanted some love, absolute angels and nothing to be afraid of.
Will be coming back for winter tired and any other problems I get!

How do I begin, I had decided to go from changing tires ever 6 months to All weathers. These men are the masters of tires let me tell you, I had purchased rims (OH yes, the wrong size!) and ended up making more work for them, which I totally felt bad about, they are the best and kept helping me to fix my issue. Excellent customer service top down! Friendly, efficient and all around great guys who value your time. The team here were able to install a complete set of tires within the course of my lunch break instead of having to wait around all day like some other shops. Will be back!

Went through 4 different shops with a flat, finally settled on Dan's to purchase a whole new set of tires. Brought the car in and they fixed the flat instead of selling me new tires. (I had 1000$ bucks in hand and know nothing about cars, they could have made an EASY sale.)

Oct 25th -2022 went there again for a tire rotation in and out in 10 min great price, these guys are the best in town imo - put 4 new tires on my car in 17 min, correct in 17 min, unlike other dealer ships who want your car for the day

I was about to drive back to Edmonton when I noticed that one of my tires was losing air. Came to the shop right when they opened, and they were able to squeeze me in. I was in and out within 15 minutes! Overall great shop, service, and atmosphere!

Dans tire is my go to shop to get something done quick and cheap. I always take my vehicles here for cheap winters, and quick little fixes. They are awesome! A little different then going to kal tire or something but not to worry dans is great.

The staff are friendly, efficient, and quick. I cant imagine going anywhere else for tire purchases and change-overs.
*update june 2022* swapped out all 4 tires (one set of rims) in under 15 min. Including wrapping & stowing my winters in the trunk.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my brand new skid steer tire that I bought from Kal tire. Kal tire put in an inner tube in a tubeless tire.not only that but the wrong size tube. After the second attempted flat repair at Kal Tire I decided to take it to the professionals at Dan's Tire on the third flat. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Thank you Dan and crew! 10 stars!

These guys are the best in the business. Supporting local business is the way to go. Been to them a couple times now and will always go back! Very friendly service and a welcoming place. I got a flat tire and had to bring it in for repair. It wasn’t salvageable but they were very informative - got a used one put on for me and I was on the road again! That was the fastest tire change, took them maybe 15 min, and affordable. I've been to places request the first appointment of the day and I'm sitting there for an hour in a half. Would recommend this place.

Old fashioned service is hard to come by these days. Luckily it still exists at Dans tire! Dan is honest, fast, reliable and very fairly priced. There’s usually a friendly dog to greet you, as well! Great people, great business!

After moving to Kelowna from the Lower Mainland I was advised I needed winter tires and Dan’s Tires was highly recommended. I was greeted by friendliness, respect, and honesty. Dan’s tires is a family business, always busy and the telephone is ringing constantly. Still they always have a smile on their face and eager to help the next customers. Dan and his brothers Earl and Cecil are wonderful and very much appreciated for always helping me and fantastic customer service. They really deserve a 15 star rating.

I give these guys eleven stars. There can’t be enough good said about Dan’s Tire Service. They serve the ‘powerful’ and the ‘underdog’ with the same amount of service, respect and kindness. These men will go out of their way to find and direct you to things you need and they don’t have. I now have four rims for my summer tires. $25.00 each. Do I love that—YES! Just today, they took me immediately because my tire was losing air. These men with hearts of gold are simply fantastically amazing!

Fast attention to my "flat" tire which we found had not punctured through the tire. No charge for taking the tire off the car to make sure it was safe. Great old-fashioned service here. Thanks!

If you want great service and professional work this is the place. They replaced 2 tires, rotated the other 2 and gave me a spare which was very difficult to put under the bed of my old Ford 150 pick up! I'll never go to another tire store. Dan's is the very BEST in Kelowna!

Went in on a Saturday with no appointment or without calling, they had exactly what I needed and installed my new tires right then and there. I was only at the shop for about half an hour and got a great price, I would highly recommend this place based on their service, there's a reason they have such a high rating! I will be returning.

Not sure what to say other than this is a family atmosphere where everyone is welcome. It’s not your typical Kal Tire or Fountain tire for which cam be good too but this is truly a business that will go out of their way to make sure you get the best for what you need and can afford.
No upselling here or ever. Just a bunch of hard working people doing the best they cam for their customers.

I would never go anywhere else given the option an nor should you.

Best tire shop in kelowna. You're in on time and out in not time. A solid, full crew, team of tire slayers smashes every job and if you're looking for an answer from guys and girls that know, go no further. And reasonably priced, lower than most, still, better than the rest! Period.

I love Dan's, and we've religiously gone there whenever we have needed tires mounted etc that we couldn't do ourselves despite being from Vernon. It's always been worth the trip. However, in late March we got new tires and of course went to Dan's to have them mounted onto our summer rims and onto our car. We had them retorqued and everything as we should have, but less than a week later our car started making this horrid sound from the front tire area when we were going low speeds and turning the wheel. It got worse at an alarming rate, and upon doing some research online it seemed either the lugs were loose, the tire wasn't on properly, or the cv boot/joint was having a major issue, all of which didn't seem right, so my husband tried the simple things first and took the tires off intending to rotate them and tighten to see if the noise was still going on, when he noticed that whoever put the front right passenger tire on hadn't actually made sure the rim was flush against the car as it should have been, and they'd actually put the friggin rim on at an angle, and it was now grinding and ruining our tires, rim, and lord knows what else. He fixed it, however now we have to replace our cv joint and boot, and the tires due to the severe wear this ridiculously simple oversight caused, from a professional tire establishment to boot. So, while Dan gave us a break on the tax and only charged eighty straight across since we paid cash, in the end his staffs serious negligence has cost us hundreds and hundreds, the use of our daily driver and only vehicle for the foreseeable future, a brand new set of tires, a set of rims and who knows what else. I haven't even bothered to speak to them about it honestly, but perhaps they'll see this and make right, who knows. Prior to this however, there was never any issue and I am absolutely certain this is a one off situation that probably has never and will never happen again. These guys are more than amazing and capable, I'm not sure what happened in this instance or why it happened I should say, but don't feel they're subpar, they are the best. Accidents happen, its life.

Great guys that will help you get you on your way, so nice and friendly you can joke with, clean place for a tire shop, I recommend this place to all, I don't think you would be displeased.

Had a nail in my tire. Went to a chain place to get it patched and they said 3 hours and $49 bucks. Called these guys and they said bring it in, we will get to it in 10 minutes.
Dropped in and they were true to their word! Patched my snow tire with a plug and a proper patch from the inside (took the tire off the rim) sorted me and it was way less expensive than the chain tire place. Honest guys, great work and nice puppies to keep me company while I waited.
Highly recommended. I would go back again without a doubt!

Dan and his crew are hard workers. They're friendly, fast and have great deals. I came in for snow tires for my kid. Dan had a set of used winters, but when I told him that my son was going up North, he said "you dont want your kid in the ditch" and recommended either another shop that had a better set, or four new tires. We went with new tires. After the installation, he asked us to put a few miles on, and come back for a re-torque.

I always call around first just to check prices on what I'm after, but these guys are always either the best price or so close the decision to come back is an easy one, and they're not pushing up-sales or other nonsense like the big guys.

At 10 pm aug 12. I hit a pot hole on westside road. Not a place to get a flat, literally passenger front and beside the mountain I guess bless me wasnt cliff side. Anywho, wilson landing fire rescue happened to finishing training so I got lucky and they changed to donut. I drove on dont thinking rim and everything was hooped. With back to school this year dor 2 kids I drove amd didnt think for 17 days.

I went to Dan's. He said rim savable and put tire for 40. I said ok hold it for me I am single mom and cant afford right now, but know now. He said no, no. This us life and I will help. Come back tomorrow and I will fix and pay when you can. I am so glad for him.
