Darby photos took my daughter's school pictures. Not only did they turn out amazing but they went above and beyond to get me pictures of her and her sibling. Very happy with all of our photos. Would definitely reccomend.

EDIT to add: It was a lock of hair jutting out from the side of her head, not a “few stray hairs. ” Minimizing my concerns in your response feels like marketing rather than sincerity. As I already responded in my email, our attempt to get a better photo was the retake, which should be taken with extra care knowing most of the students are doing it because they were not satisfied with their initial photo. The first thing I asked was why she kept the sweatshirt around her waist for the retake, to which she responded it all happened in such a rush that she did not realize it was there. I tried to find a way to contact you through the ordering site to reach out personally, but could not find the contact, which is why I posted a review. I do appreciate the attempt to touch base, and will change my rating accordingly.
School photos - first time her hair was sticking up, but there was no mirror and the photographer didn’t tell her. For the retake she was rushed out, had a sweater tied around her waist, but she didn’t know where to put it and was so rushed she just kept it on. Bought the bare minimum because I had similar problems last year and did not purchase, but they want to have a “school photo. ” As a photographer, it’s important to ensure your client looks their best.

Incredible service, highly recommend. We used Darby photos this year for the first time for our Football League and were very impressed with the service, quality and communication. They took care of everything, it was super simple for everyone and they did a fantastic job with the kids. We have individual pictures and group team pictures and they way they got the teams to quickly assembly was remarkable. Highly recommend Darby for your photo needs!
