What a fantastic experience working with David on the sale of my elderly aunt's condo in Langley. David made it such a seamless process for her and kept things simple so that she didn't get overwhelmed with all the technicalities that are involved. We settled on an initial asking price and the condo was listed a week later. While we know this isn't normal, we had a full priced offer on the first day it went on the MLS, which we accepted, and completed on a week ago! We couldn't have asked for a better experience than this. Phenomenal work David!
