Dawson Co-op Gas Bar

To begin with, I should explain that I am "technologically challenged", but I'm working on it. I believe it was the night of November 3rd, 2022, when I showed up at the Dawson Creek Co-op Gas Bar. "Billy" and another young gentleman were working that night. My BMO debit card had been rejected at the Petro-Can pump, so I naturally assumed I had gone through my funds with all the extra expenses in my delayed move north, so I then tried my BMO credit card which was also rejected. I tried calling BMO, but my phone wouldn't work. I went to the Co-op and explained, and asked to attempt to prepay with my BMO credit card, which was again rejected with the card reader saying the pin number (which I actually had written down) was too short. A very helpful lady from RBC suggested some other transaction options, which worked. Through it all, Billy and the other gentleman had ample opportunity to be condescending. Instead, they were both very gracious, professional, and helpful, and I am extremely grateful! If these people had not helped me, it is quite possible, that my kitty and I would have been stranded in Dawson Creek in November. I am now a huge fan of Co-op!

Love Co-ops. The young man that was working the full serve in temperature below zero, was helpful and personable. Helped me check the oil and got me involved with holding his phone to cast light on the engine. He was great. Didn't want me to get my hands dirty. Very sweet. The bathroom was clean and fully stalked. Always friendly and helpful staff.

A little tricky getting a 30 foot RV in and out but doable. Some of the nicest restrooms around!

Always friendly staff helpful, they keep washroom, and store clean, they trade off running pumps and running tills so there is never much wait time also pumps get cleaned, even the diesel ones get wiped down they stay busy, good access from main RDS
