Dr. Nillo was very attentive and helpful! I was really concerned about my tooth pain and needed some help while in Vancouver. I was recommended to this office by my dentist in Las Vegas. In the office, she took and showed me a 3D scan of my teeth, pointing out where and what my cavity looked like. We were able to do the filling the same day, and my sensitivity went away!

I had not been to a dentist in years, almost a phobia from past experiences. I was also feeling very insecure to go in there because I knew my overall hygiene was sub-par, but I wanted to start taking my oral health more seriously. Rossi booked me in, extremely friendly.she took my benefits card, which I know so little about and very quickly told me what I qualify for and how much is covered. Their scheduling is very flexable and Rossi is great running the show. My Hygienist Aliza immediately made me feel comfortable and not insecure about my mouth. She really knows what she is doing. Super friendly, answers any questions you have, and I left feeling so much better. I just went for my second visit. Rossi and Aliza both remembered details from our small chat - super rare these days that anyone even listens.

They are more business people than dentists. They'll come up with cavities that don't exist to drill your teeth and drain your wallet.

This review is solely written on the service of the dentist. The staff at Dawson Dental is wonderful, from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the hygienists. I do believe my service was done by an employed dentist, not by the owner of the office. My experience was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I was told I needed a root canal on a tooth. I am not going to go into an overshare review but long story short, the dentist did not freeze my mouth properly and I was screaming, crying and in agony the entire time. I had tears running down my face. He could not finish the procedure. I went to see a dentist (at another office obviously) afterwards and they assured me that this does not happen and they will freeze me properly. The anxiety I had going into a second root canal was insane, all because of this horrible dentist! Thankfully Brentwood Dental (Dr. Kim) froze me properly and I did not feel a thing! I would advise anyone against this place, or at least that dentist. Horrible experience.

Love this dental office and I'm petrified of dentists. I am a forever member. They are extremely friendly, gentle and positive with me. I have ZERO complaints. LOVE THEM:)

Just had my wisdom teeth removal here and by far it's been the best dental experience I've ever received. Everyone is super friendly, calming, and professional. From the reception to the procedure, it was outstanding service.
