Messed up my IME number.

Clinic closed for 3 weeks and not picking up the phone.

Trying to contact by email and LinkedIn.

My application has been delayed by two months already.

Do not waste your time. Terrible. Does not respond to pharmacy requests for medication. Does not answer phone or return calls. Absolute racket.

Honestly, what the heck is going on with this clinic? I was (?) a patient of Dr. Imperial and was very pleased with her work, but when trying to make an appointment I was abruptly informed she now worked at Kensington Clinic. I contacted Kensington and they say she doesn't work there anymore either. Really strange and no one could give me any information. Though I liked Dr. Imperial, I agree with the other reviews about the reception staff. I've been in there about 4 times and each time the receptionists are taking person calls on their phones, gossiping, completely ignoring the clientele, or just flat-out being rude.

I found the whole experience from beginning to end was great! They have the right people in the right positions do the best they can.
I found the from the front desk to the DR everything went seamless.
They will try to make everything as simple as possible

Called to book an IME, was on the phone for 20 minutes just to hear a robot say their voicemail is full and I should call at a later time. Stop wasting people's time

Impossible to get thru to someone. They say they have lunch to 1: 15 but so many times I call after that and never an answer I have to call tons of times before I get thru. Also doctor will give you expensive medicine to make money off prescription so beware of that. I got a very expensive medicine given to me later on to find out thru my own research that there’s a 10$ one which gave me the exact same effect.so don’t let them push expensive medicine on you do your own research.

I have to share my experience, because my son and me had been terribly treated in this clinic. I made an appointment to see Dr. Wu last week because my son need his vaccination shots. The appointment was sheduled on Oct. 6, but the young girl who helped me entered an wrong date by mistake. She wrote the date on a card to remind me of the appointment. When I came to clinic. The receptionist, I believe is Mina who has always been rude and arrogant told me to come on the date on her system. I told her I had the card with the appointment date which were given to me by the clinic. She told me without thinking that I wrote the date on the card by myself. I was shocked and can barely spoke. I was too angery to talk I said I need to talk to the manager. She told me she was the manager, and kept speaking loudly to me, because I told her it took me fifty minutes to get to the clinic asked to see the doctor if possible. My son was very scared and could hadly talk because of anger and could hardly hold my tears. I asked her for many times not to be so loud because of my 6 years old son was scared. But she kept talking loudly to me and I didn't even know what she was talking. When I took my son out of the clinic, my son began to cry. He had never been in a occasion when a woman was so loud and rude to his mom and his mom was about to cry. Now I am home and I am writing this review with trembling hands and tears in my eyes. I had been to the clinic for there years. Had not even one good experience with the receptionist. She is obviously previleged in the clinic. She seldomly answers the phone, seldomly call back when I left message. Always looking arrogant and impatient. Never greets patient. I had to deal with it because I need to see doctor Wu. But I can not take it when she behaved like that when my son was present.

Thank you for all your nice comments, I really appreciate it, and for those who love to attack the messenger, please take your complaint to the director, staff need to follow clinic policy, they don't own the clinic.

I had been going to this clinic for 3 ish years. I always got help for my mental health concerns and they were very kind about it although they did refuse some diagnostics because they thought it would make my anxiety worse.
When it came to health issues at first things went really well and was sent for testing which was amazing. When nothing was found I was again told it was anxiety and was spoken to like I was hysterical and making things up. I ended up switching clinics because I was in so much pain that I needed an answer. I've since been diagnosed with more than 1 chronic illness that never would have been found if I stayed at this clinic. I dont have many negative things to say about the clinic in general and for small things.but if you suspect you have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or ehlers danlos syndrome or any other chronic illnesses I would recommend going elsewhere.

Mina the receptionist is incredible rude. I always dread coming here as I have to deal with her. She needs to learn how to at least acknowledge patients and not treat them like an inconvenience. When you walk into the clinic she will literally stare at you without greeting you at all. Overtime this clinic has also turned more and more into a skin beauty clinic more than a medical clinic.

Horrible at picking up the phone.
I've been seeing Dr. Fasihih for a few years now, reception is quite awful here.
Messages aren't returned, phone line is either tied up or the ppl will let it ring and go to voicemail, I've even experienced them picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. It's honestly easier to get in to a walk-in clinic than to book an appointment to see this doctor. Not worth the hassle.

I have been suffering from unknown cause cystic acnes about 3 years and have been trying so many products and facial treatments. My cystic acnes were so stubborn. I was recommended to see Dr. Fasihy and received some treatments. I was first introduced to universkin products, I started with customized day and night serums for 2 months, my cystic acnes have gone down by 60-70% within 1 month. Then I received OPUS plasma treatment which is helping with my acne scars. I have done 3 treatments already, I could see dramatically change just by second treatment. My face got smoother, lighter dark spots, lesser and shallower scars. Personally, OPUS plasma seems similar to microneedlling but healing time is way way faster than microneedling. I can definitely see the result once skin starts to peel (3rd day after treatment). It has been 4 months of skin products +OPUS plasma skin resurfacing. Currently, my cystic acnes are gone with small scars and I am working on it, super happy with the result. Also, the staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgeble.:)

I need to see my doctor. I called many times and left voice mail twice in two weeks. No one call me back. I really want to know what is wrong with the clinic.

We travel 50kms to visit them. Doctors are great and courteous. They knows what they are doing and helpful. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Fasihi's for many years.just had a small cosmetic procedure.completely painless!
Dr.said it was the product. I insist it was the hands!

Dawson medical is probably the best Medical Office I’ve been to. Very friendly. Mina, the office manager is awesome. Glad to be going here for my medical needs.

Such a rude and arrogant receptionist. Tried calling twice but no answer. Went to the clinic and the brown receptionist asked if I tried calling. I told her yes.she told me to leave a voice message then. Clinic was empty, phone was ringing loud and she couldn't answer.then she is telling me that walk-ins are not allowed and I should move outside.there is notice outside that says "walk-ins are welcome".
After all this, she told me that only family patients are allowed.okay, then just put it outside the door and on the voicemail. Don't expect people to call and leave a voicemail in case of emergency. She didn't even bother asking about the emergency.

Dr. Fasihy is a great doctor, he is thorough and he educates. He doesn't just treat what you come in for, he explains and teaches. He has a great sense of humour, and is professional and fun.

I accidentally cut my thumb while using a mandoline. I went to this clinic without an appointment and the receptionist welcome me politely. Filled out the patient data and waited for around 5-10 minutes. The doctor is really nice. However, you can't get stitches from this clinic. Thankfully my wound is not that severe so I don't need to get stitches.

I went to this clinic for the first time. I drove 30 min to get to the clinic. I arrived there 30 min before closing. I was told no Dr.available but they had appointments available for tomorrow. I said that's ok I'll just go to a clinic closer to my house. Then I went back to my truck as I was unlocking my door I see the Asian Dr coming out with his briefcase and the receptionist turning the sign over to closed. Just completely shameful and unprofessional on there part. I'd never to go back to them EVER!

I was misdiagnosed and went to the specialist for something else. The specialist believes I have a slipped rib not the orginal reason why I came in to see the specialist. The specialist does not handle slip ribs and said it's out if his expertise, so he passed the message to dawson medical to request a ct scan since dr fasihey is my doctor. I haven't herd from them for over 3 weeks. I called in 5 days ago and they confirmed they received the message couple weeks and no one told me. They told me they will get back to me if I should come in to get a requisition or just go to the hospital and they will set everything up.still havent reached out to me.

This has forced me to look for someone else and more reliable and responsive. I am no longer coming back here.

They are totally unprofessional. I had went to them on Friday and they told me that my sample will be delivered to the laboratory on Monday. But today it’s been more than a week and they are not responding to me when I call them regarding my results.

I Had a very terrible experience with doctor S Fasihy. He is very incompetent doctor. I bring my 5 year old daughter which I mentioned that she has fever, flu and cough since 5 days and he wasn't comfortable to precribe the medicine for my daughter. He told me that continue with Tylenol syrup which i was giving her since 5 days and fever wasn't going away. So with my lot of insist he gave me medicine for her and it's been a 3 days that medicine is not working on my daughter. He is a super greedy doctor, all he was care about numbers of patients he was dealing with cause he will charge money from government. I have to take my daughter to another clinic. I moved from Alberta to BC and I am very disappointed with BC medical system and doctors incompetency here.

This is falsely advertised as a walk in clinic. You would wait less time in the E. R. They have more registered patients than they can handle.

Asian receptionist also shows lower than average mental capacity. Required a Dr. Note I forgot to pick up prior (30 second request).

Told me it would be 15-20 mins. Kept incrementing it and now has been 2.5 hrs. Now mentions appointments go first and they are fully booked and can't see me today since they are closing.

I am so shocked that a doctor who can't even diagnose a patient with a proper diagnosis. I visited the clinic with my mother with an assumption that she has shingles. I even explained the symptoms that she has been having for the past few days, but Dr. Fasihy? (I don't even want to call him a doctor) said she was just suffering from a great stress and her weakened immune system. However, my mom's symptoms got worse by the night of the day we visited the clinic, so I had to take her to the emergency. The doctor at the emergency diagnosed her with shingles and prescribed her with the anti-viral medication. Apparently, she must take the medication within 72 hours when she notice a small redness on her skin. Dr. Fasihy said it was not a big deal and only prescribed my mom with an ear drop because she told him that she had a pain in her ear. I hope no one goes to this clinic unless this is the only clinic left on earth to go to!
In addition, a receptionist who works in Saturday mornings was super rude. She would always frown whenever I was asking her a question and she would be on her phone while answering my question. I had to leave a message for the manager, but when I called back two days later, there wasn't any note left (I even wrote on a paper for the receptionist to hand it over to the manager). If people don't want to work, they shouldn't be working and shouldn't make the patients feel disrespected. Fyi, her name is Suvina (I assume that she might have given a wrong name to me).

Had an extremely horrible experience with Dr Fasihy, the director of the clinic. We had a dispute over something small. But the way he handled the dispute was super unprofessional. His attitude was rude and dismissive. His tone of voice was nothing like a doctor, and tried to shoo me away by telling me to leave. I was shocked by his rudeness. I felt like he was talking like one of the housewives from the orange county. Class-less and low.
I'm sort of glad to have such encounter with Dr Fasihy, I sure wont trust to let someone with such attitude and work ethics to "look after" me, no matter how good his medical skills and knowledge it might be, he's definitely lacking the "heart" to be a good doctor.

My wife and I unfortunately had a terrible experience with one of doctors in this clinic. After a day or two of collecting ourselves we called the clinic and requested a call back from the owner of the clinic hoping to express our concerns with him. After two weeks of waiting for a response I stopped into the clinic to request a response in person. I was able to over hear the owner tell receptionist to basically brush me off. I expressed my concern again and was acknowledged by the owner where he very clearly stated that he was by no means responsible for any of the doctors who worked in his clinic. That they were only subcontractors and he had no responsibility for anything they say or do in his establishment.

This came as a shock as i feel as the owner he should care enough for all patients who enter his clinic

My wife and I will be filing a complaint with the College of Physician and will never attend this medical clinic again

Absolutely shocked by my appointment with Dr. Wu. I recently found out that I'm pregnant and I went to this walk in to ask the doctor a few questions.
Niki "I'm approximately 6 weeks pregnant, unexpectedly, and I've been drinking regularly up until a few days ago when I found out. "
Dr. Wu "What do you mean regularly? "
Niki "A glass or 2 of wine a night and about 12 ounces of alcohol at a party on Saturday. "
Dr. Wu "What type of alcohol? "
Niki "Tequila. "
Dr. Wu, with a shocked expression, begins sighing and typing on his computer. "I'll be right back I need to check something. " Leaves for 3 minutes then returns saying "I'd honestly prefer you were binge drinking in the 34th month rather than weeks 1-6. This is a crucial developmental stage and it's highly likely there's now damage to the fetus. How do you feel about termination? "
Niki, completely flabbergasted "If I knew for sure the fetus was at risk I. "
Dr. Wu, cutting her off, "I'll print you off the details for the Vancouver Abortion Clinic and you can make your decision with them, I know of no tests that can check for FAS. "
At this point he stands up to leave, I don't know how to respond and I'm in shock, did he really just suggest I get an abortion!? I try to ask him more questions as he has one hand on the door handle, clearly he's done with me and leaves.
I will not be returning to this clinic and I'm inclined to report this doctor. I truly hope that no other newly expecting mother crosses his line of fire. Disgusting.

Today was my first time at the clinic, the staff was super friendly and there wasn't much of a waiting list. The doctor was very friendly and informative. I will definitely being coming back to this clinic. Thank you for all your help.

I had the worst experience in this Clinic. Dr! Chang Hyemi was so impetient, impolite and rude. She entered the room without even looking at me. No greeting. Started asking some questions but interrupted me several times when I was answering her questions. I had some ache around my neck and arms but she just touched my arms on my sweater and said everything is fine. Then she walked out of the door and that is it! I was shocked! I cannot describe how rude she was.

I was happy with my last two experiences at the clinic except this time. As always the Saturday receptionist is wonderful. I booked my appt to see the Saturday walk-in Dr for that day and I arrived on time. I already mentioned on the phone the reason for the visit is for a dr referral to see a RMT. I waited for 30mins to see Dr Hyemi Chang who apparently is a new Dr to the clinic. She messaged the receptionist from her office to tell me my RMT results will go to my family Dr. I was confused at what she was talking about as I was in there to get a Dr referral to see a Registered Massage Therapist for my back pain. After explaining this to the receptionist who then relayed the message to the Dr who was still in the office I waited another 5mins. The receptionist then tells me the Dr now has told her she will still not see me because she does not have a medical history file with me to provide me a Dr referral for RMT and that I should go see my family Dr. Clearly I was puzzled with this response. I’ve never had issues with obtaining a Dr referral from a walk-in Dr before. First off this is a walk-in clinic. If I had a family Dr I wouldn't be going to see you. For her to say she does not have a medical history with me makes no sense cause majority of the patients who visit this clinic are walk-in patients. You would think my first visit with her is building my medical history. If you want a medical history with someone then you should be working at a family practice not a walk-in clinic. On top of rejecting to see me this Dr was late for her own shift at the clinic and wind up making the walk-in wait time even longer for a lot of patients who were already sitting down in the waiting room for a while. Once again the receptionist was super lovely and I feel sorry for her that she has to work with a new Dr who clearly thinks her time is more precious than the patient's.

**Update** Went to a different walk-in clinic the same day Dr Chang refused to see me to provide me a Dr referral for RMT for my back pain and was able to get the Dr referral at this new walk-in clinic with no problems as expected.

I got a little cut from scissors on my hand and didnt think much of it. 4 days later i had a very painful infection. I went as a walk-in. Waited about 45 minutes (was told 1 hour). The doctor saw me and he was great. Really kind.he drained the pus (that hurt, but not his fault), asked the right questions and it didnt feel "rushed", took a sample of pus, prescribed me antibiotics and a topical cream.

The reason i'm making this review though, is because two days later, he called me just to check up on me. He didn't even have the results from the test yet, he just called to see if it was getting better.
Wow! Nice personal touch. You usually have to call the doctor and you only talk to the receptioist or wait days for a call back. Lame. But not here. A+ for sure.really impressed. 5/5.

A young male asian doctor here is clearly unaware of birth control health complications and asked me what's wrong with a hormonal IUD after I brought up this concern. There are multiple lawsuits going on for this device & wow, that attitude was terrible. He was like "WHO TOLD YOU IT WAS BAD? " If you don't know, don't say? Aside, the clinic is great wait time is short and every other doctor is very nice and didn't rush me at all!

The wait times are long for walk-ins, but that's only because the doctors take whatever time is necessary to do their jobs properly. If you aren't pressed for time, it's worth the wait. I had Dr. Fasihy and I've never had a better experience at any other clinic. I can't speak for the other doctors, but if you get Dr. Fasihy you're in good hands.
