Have called to say my prescription is ready only to find out it wasn't completely full and asking me to come back the next day for the rest of it. Very inconvenient and I should have been told on the phone that I can get a partial prescription or choose to wait for the full prescription. This happened multiple times.

Also they send out unsolicited calls asking if I need a prescription filled. Kind staff but annoying processes

I recently visited Dawson Pharmacy for my travel vaccination and had an outstanding experience. Megha is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. I don’t feel anything from the shots; it’s painless. Megha is quick, fast, and efficient. She is very helpful, providing me with options and following up after the consultation.

Definitely, I will go back to this pharmacy for other purposes, and I would recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family for sure.

Overall, Dawson Pharmacy exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-notch pharmacy with exceptional service.

Megha recently did a vaccine clinic that was optional for our staff. We found her to be very knowledgeable and caring in her approach to giving vaccines!

Amazing service! Had to book a travel clinic appointment for first time and was not sure where to go / what to pay and my travel dates are soon. From the moment I called, Megha took charge and gave me all the info I needed to make decisions. During my appointment, she focused on me and took her time to give me all the details so I could make my own decisions on my travel protection. Such a good experience. Thank you!

Excellent pharmacy and staff! Megha Patel was accomodating and fit me in on the same day I called for a travel vaccination consultation. She ran through all the recommended vaccines for where I was travelling to and got them done then and there. I appreciate her help and feel much more safe for my travels now!

Would highly recommend coming here if you need any kind of travel vaccination. Fair price and easy to book appointment. Other places charge an arm and leg and are always booked up. This is the place to go to!

I did not know this place existed until it came up as an option for COVID vaccinations. We've been there as a family at least twice now during the weekday and both times they were efficient and on time. It's not chaotic as it was at another chain pharmacy I tried to get a flu shot last year.

They only downside I can think of is parking? I am not aware if there is on-site parking, and all the street parking has been taken up by the construction work crews building the new residential towers across the street. Because of this, plan ahead as you may have to hunt for a space.

As someone who hates needles and the whole process of getting jabbed, I appreciate it immensely when the staff are efficient, kind and doing their best to make it a smooth process. This pharmacy fits that bill perfectly! They are wonderful and obviously working very hard. Thanks for your help and excellent service, it was a huge relief for me!

They were on time and efficient. They were polite, patient and thoughtful towards my elderly parents.

Booked for flu vaccine. Then I got a call to come on the next day as a walk in service. Now I am here waiting almost an hour, and still not clear when I'll get my vaccine.

[update] I asked another staff, and after that I got my vaccination in few minutes.
Later that night, the pharmacy manager called and we had a honest chat about my experience. I really respect that the manager cares so much and the fact she followed up. I hope all business manager care this much. Just for that I am changing the rate to 5.

They are awesome well organized team. I would recommend them for both flu and COVID19 shots. They are very timely and empathic staff. Great overall service.

Quickest pharmacy service I have ever been to in all of lower mainland. I came here to get my vaccines (COVID and flu), and all you needed to do was give your care card, sit down, pull your sleeve up, be stabbed for a second, and you were done. Wait times were really good as it was only 5 minutes between each appointment. Please show up on time because they don’t miss a single person!

Went in for my Booster shot today, Staff is very courteous, kind and efficient. Got my Covid 19 Immunization record in less than 5 minutes. Awesome team.

Military precision and on-time Covid-19 booster bivalent with next day appointment. Bit hard to park due to construction which they have no control over.

Immunize BC suggested Dawson Pharmacy as a clinic offering all of the mRNA vaccines. To say that I was pleased with their service would be a masterpiece of understatement - they were fast, efficient and very friendly. I also appreciated that they took the time to update me on the evolution of COVID -19 and the recently approved "bivalent" vaccine from Health Canada. Two enthusiastic thumbs!

Great place to get vaccinations. Allowed my grandmother to do a walk in covid vaccination boost for the fall, while my grandfather made an appointment. Helpful staff, and gave us freebee Covid testing home kits. Thanks!

A few friends raved about Dawson Pharmacy and suggested I go here to get my vaccines for an upcoming trip. Having left vaccinations til last minute, the owner and pharmacist, Megha, was so kind to accommodate my boyfriend and I at her clinic after hours so that we could get our travel vaccines in time for our trip.

Megha was very thorough and went over all the potential health risks for our destination, as well as the likelihood and severity of contracting it. She made sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision about the vaccines we would and wouldn't get.

I've never had any expectations for a pharmacy, but I was blown away by the service I received today. I would recommend Dawson Pharmacy for any of your pharmaceutical needs, and especially for travel vaccinations!

Note about parking: there is paid parking right outside the storefront, but you can park in the retail/visitor's parking on Totem Court for free.

Booked my Covid booster shot online and Dawson Pharmacy had times available within the hour. Went and they called me in right on time. Wonderful service, friendly staff and in and out with no delays.

After being given a PHN to qualify for registration and make an appointment for my 3rd booster shot (I’m from United States visiting family) it was a breeze going for my appointment today. Service was excellent. Went there with my conf. # from the government for my booster for Covid19 but when they check my confirmation it was cancelled and I was booked to another date and place which I didn’t know they screwed my appointment. The pharmacist was very very nice to make me another appointment from their end so I don’t have to go home empty handed. Very nice people polite and very professional. If I have to be send back again to this place I will be very happy to come back.

Came here this Monday morning for my COVID-19 booster. The pharmacist working was so friendly and efficient. She was able to keep on schedule. I had feared that there would be a long wait, but it is so organized here! You are able to choose between Moderna and Pfizer. The pharmacy technician was also super quick in printing out the vaccination record, vaccine aftercare sheet and providing a pamphlet of the pharmacy services and products. Very impressed with how they organized everything. Keep up the great work!

Came here to got my flu shot and prescription. All the staff here is very kind and friendly. The pharmacist is super professional; she explained to me about my prescription very detailed and answered all my questions. Very happy to have this pharmacy just downstairs from my building!
