I left a voice message for Day Travel Agency due to a referral from one of my friends. I had a trip plan to Iran with a stay for one month in Europe. I had some difficulties deciding on the itinerary. I was wondering when to go at lowest price because I wanted my plane tickets to be within a certain budget. Pargol, who I found out later that she is the manager, was kind enough to call me back and book cheap return flights for my wife and myself from Vancouver to Paris and vice versa, and from Paris to Tehran and vice versa. She was very good about communicating when flight times changed. I would absolutely recommend this place! She made my booking experience hassle free and memorable with her world class customer service! She is amazingly professional!

%100 fantastic exprience, great service and nice persons.last week it was my first visit of this location and they took me off from really confusing situation, my mother in low is disable and they saved her life from hard travel with their service and extra care.they got tickets never i heared about that kind of service and it made our trip so easy also their prices was cheaper than online and it was so cool when i had access to my agent straightly and it was unbelivable help for me and my family.i do not buy any ticket online any more and i will recommend this agent to all my freinds and family.i really appreciate all your kind and help

Avoid them at all cost. Worst experience ever. Most of their reviews on Google are fake reviews. Had to cancel a flight ticket and got burned by their unreasonable cancellation fees (almost 1/3 of the ticket price). Been very dishonest with the client. No transparency at all. Got ripped off by an extra charge on top of the airline cancellation fees despite having no prior knowledge about that fee. They tried not to disclose cancellation fees at the time purchase.they refused to accept the fact that I should have been informed about this penalty prior to paying off the ticket price. After all, I Was also asked to send the them an email and "request the refund penalty to be charged against my account" or they will not process my refund. Did send a refund request but they refused to process my refund unless I clearly state in my email that I NEED the penalty (which I was not aware of) to be charged against my account! Never seen this before. Sound very fraudulent to me that a travel agency forces their clients to submit a REQUEST for a penalty to be imposed upon them. Been communicating with them for more than a month to process the refund. Not an ACTA member so they can easily compromise your right. Simply AVOID them.
