Daylan helped us buy our first home. What made our home search a bit complex was that we were buying it when we were based out of the US. However, Daylan was a great resource throughout the home buying process from shortlisting, viewings, offer negotiation, mortgage and move-in.

What I appreciate the most about Daylan is his presence of mind and thoughtfulness. There were so many subtle must-haves that we just missed to mention during our initial sync. However, as we starting viewing properties, Daylan was quick to pickup on our inclinations and questions. Daylan is very nice and professional. When I was looking for a condo to purchase in the summer of 2019, he asked me my preferences and also gave some suggestions, while created full list of condos that could fit the criteria. We went through many condos in person and he was very patient even when we had to change our criteria for the number of bedrooms. He is also very very responsive and once I had to discuss an issue with him at 11: 30pm and he was still happy to take my call.
