Great fencced in dog park! My dog loved the agility training park. Will be returning!

I adopted my Big boy Jackson. Who was a Chihuahua. He was very skiddsh. They let me take him home the day I went to see him. It was the best experience for both Jackson, and I. I would for the most part keep them updated on our relationship. He made friends both human and furry. When I had to let him go humanly. I wrote an email to these very lovely people. They sent me back a wonderful message in an email. When I am ready for another fur baby, I will probably return to this shelter.
I know that people get very upset about their experiences.however, remember we are dealing with the staff who really have a pet's best interest at heart. Please be patient.with the staff. Please also remember to have your pet chipped easier to find out where they live

We have adopted 3 cats from DCAS. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would go through he process with them again. It was a very good experience.

I had a wonderful experience back in august adopting my boy figaro when I was unable to find any adult cats in vancouver- high demand.one might say it was because I was finally first to call in.but let's call it fate instead.all of the staff who assisted me in the process were marvellous and their expertise guided me during those first nervous days. I felt I had everything I needed for this talkative kitty, medical records are important! I would have no reservations about reaching out if I ever had any concerns or issues, these girls do work ️

Friend of my mother's just adopted Mia and the staff were very informative and let her have time for them to get to know each other. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly super polite, helpful and all around awesome staff. Best experience at any SPCA or animal shelter I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Every staff member I have met take excellent care of all the animals there. They get lots of love and lots of space when they are brought in. I did not see one animal that was kept in a small cage they all had whole rooms to run around in. Hands down the best animal shelter in the Lower mainland. If I could I would give them a 100x ***** review
