I’ve been in the store in-person and ordered for delivery to the U. S. — it’s always a fantastic experience and all the staff here do everything to help you get exactly what you’re looking for. Super glad they allow walk-ins now too!

Loved Deadly for years. First time to the new retail location. Great experience as always. Lovely staff were super helpful. Found some fun things, spent too much. All in all, a success.

The selection at this store is fantastic for gothic clothes and the staff are very helpful, non-judgemental. Some of the items are a little pricey but the quality is great)

Showed up not knowing you need to make reservations, we’re let in immediately anyways. Lots of punk/emo/alternative fashion options. Everything is on the higher end cost wise though, so just keep that in mind

My boyfriend and i went here last minute to find a gothic prom dress without scheduling a time to come in, right before closing.the worker was very kind and let us in after checking with someone else first.we found a beautiful dress that i loved so much, it was perfect.they only had one size xl so i ordered it online off the original brands website.it was perfect and so unique for prom! I would’ve never found that dress if i didnt come here, thank you! Also a great selection of everything!

Their variety and wide selection of Latex, leather and PVC clothing and fetish accessories is just amazing and top notch quality! If handled properly, they’ll last for a long time. I’m very happy that they’re inclusive and they carry sizes up to 5XL in clothing and big sized shoes which is great!

I totally recommend this business, every worker I ever ever encountered there was very friendly and kind.

Love this store but selection of day to day goth clothes is lacking in comparison to latex and other things of that type and selection of streetwear has gone down since last time I went

You have to make an appointment just a heads up! But if you show up on a slow weekday its not really an issue.they have a really great selection of alternative goth clothing in a wide range of sizes! Staff are super helpful and friendly too and make sure you feel comfortable:) i got a nice lip service dress from here that makes me feel like a princess!

Absolutely beautiful pieces & excellent customer service makes for a shopping experience like no other. We traveled from Seattle in large part to visit this store. Be aware that appointments are required, due to the very hands on help.

They have a fabulous selection, so many different styles and accessories, I felt like a kid in a candy shop. They have a few plus sized options, many more options for those who are not plus sized.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back.

I'm a plus size individual and I constantly have issues finding clothes that fit. When I first shopped here I was definitely nervous and doubtful I would find anything. To my surprise they had sizes I usually have trouble finding. They were super supportive and body positive. Yes, there were things that I wanted that they didn't have in my size but that's because other amazing plus size individuals already bought them and when supporting small local businesses it's important to remind yourself they can't restock all sizes as fast.
