Excellent service from Deanna and her team. She helped us sell our place in less than two weeks. Highly recommend her service.

I have been waiting for 6 months to write to this review so I don't write it out of anger, but out of hoping that no other family go through the same horrible experience my partner and i did with Deana.
My partner found a house that we were both extremely interested in. She contacted Deana with the hopes of getting some information on the home. Deana seemed like the perfect fit for us. She said all the right things and assured us she was on our side". We were excited to work with her on purchasing on dream home.
We made arrangements to meet with Deana to view a home. Deana met us and we feel in love with the home.
We set up another walk through of the home and Deana did not show up and the builder had to let us in. Apparently she was too sick to meet us.
No phone call, no text message. No contact at all.
We spoke with the builder and learned more about the home as Deana had absolutely no information on the home she was trying to sell us.
My partner and I had a trip planned for Mexico the following week. I contacted Dena and expressed that we are interested in the home but are leaving for Mexico in a few days. Deana said she would
WE negotiated while in Mexico and agreed to conditions.
Upon returning to home we set up another walk though of the home to which Deana did not show again. The builder met us and did a walk through with us.
Once we had closed on the house Deana turned into a completely different person. We could not get in touch with her, she would not return or calls or text. Once she knew she was going to get paid her demeanor towards my partner and I changed to a complete stranger. It was absolutely disgusting.
Once we did get in touch with her she would not meet us to give her our $25000 deposit, but had us take our deposit to her house because she was getting ready to go out for a "girls night'.
I will fast forward to the day we are suppose to take possession of our dream home. Guess what? !? Yup! Deana is once again to 'sick" to meet us the day we toke possession of our dream home. We meet the builder that basically tossed the keys to us and said here ya go. My partner was absolutely crushed. What should have been a day of hugs and pictures and happiness. Was not. Deana robbed of us of one of the most important days of our lives with total disregard for our feelings.
All she cares about is getting her big pay days. She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS. Please do yourself a favor and look for another real estate agent. Deana Fawcett is just HORRIBLE!

It is easy to make excuses and use your children as to the reason why you treated my partner and I like you did. I am a father myself and there has never been a reason in my life that I have treated others like you did us and then tried to use my children as the reason for this behavior.
The facts are the facts. You showed us NO compassion, NO understanding and the ONLY thing you cared about is making the ridiculous amount of commission for doing maybe an hours worth or work. It has been 1 year since we've purchased our home and you have not even reached out to either of us inquiring on how our new home is.
This speaks volumes about you as a person and you as a professional. You are NOT a professional, you are a HACK. I will continue to share my story with anyone I can

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Deana. I was so happy with the whole sale/purchase of my home. Her knowledge of the real estate market paired with her passion to serve is unmatched. I would highly recommend Deana to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate on Vancouver Island.

Deana has helped us buy and sell real estate a number of time now. We sold our home quickly and for almost full price. We are now in our dream home and couldn’t be happier. We nightly recommend Deana and will definitely use her again when we start buying rental properties!

I just wanted to write a quick review on one of the top real estate agents in Victoria. I have known Deana Fawcett for many years and I cannot say enough positive things about her professionalism and dedication to this business. She has the ability to find you whatever it is your looking for in a home. Her passion for what she does leaves you with an amazing experience when buying or selling, you will be extremely impressed. If anyone is looking for a kind, loyal, caring real estate agent for your next venture in life this is your girl.

Deana was reccomended to us by a friend and we could not have made a better choice in realtor. She truely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide the best client focused service. She is always there to provide support and advice. She was and continues to be available if needed even post sale/purchase to answer any questions. We would highly reccommend her if you are buying or selling a property. Doesn't matter if you are looking as a first time buyer or are a seasoned real estate pro Deana treats you like you are her number one client.

We moved from Ontario 5 years ago and purchased a condo (over FaceTime) on the Island. That’s when we met this gem of an individual. Deana went above and beyond to not only make our first purchase here seamless but also helped us set up our new life on the WestCoast. We have continued to make several purchases through Deana and have the upmost confidence in her knowledge and insight into the market. She’s been a rock to us and has played a vital role in keeping us sane in what has been some very stressful moments. We would definitely not be where we are today without her help!
