Great experience. Worked with Harjinder on a custom tuxedo and he's excellent - very knowledgeable and easy-going. He understood what I was after, provided really sound advice and clearly knows what's going to look good in the finished product.

Delivery and alterations were wicked fast (less than a month beginning to end) and the tux looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable service and very professional people. I got ripe off from black and lee. They never told me. I was getting married in two days.they stepped up and delivered 6 tuxedo. And wedding was save. They delivered 10.stars service

Polite customer service and helpful. Note that their rental service does not fit the waist of the jacket to you so if you're an unusual size you might not look very nice.

First time getting a custom suit and the experience was great. Harjinder was the person who helped me and he did a great job. Very knowledgeable and easy going making the whole process very comfortable.

When the suit came in there were some alterations needed in the pants. It was done then and there so I was able to take it home that day.

We received excellent service for my groomsmen rental suits, as well as matching a tie/pocket square combination for my suit. Hajinder was very informative, provided stellar feedback, and ultimately helped me to have a great tie/pocket square combination for my own suit. We were very happy with our experience with Debonair!

Kind of upset about how I requested peaked lapels, however they can't do anything about my blazer being a notch lapel since it's already made. I guess just triple check your whole suit customization before sending it off otherwise you can't really do anything to fix it.
Fit was great for my pants, however the blazer needed multiple fixes since it was too tight. And when they fixed it one last time, it felt a bit tight still since there's still creases when I wear it, however the person said it was perfect fit. Seems like they just want you to leave without a perfect suit so it's not their problem anymore

My son's suit was very linty when I picked it up, but the person I spoke to ignored my concern. When I mentioned it to a different person when dropping it off, she apologized. However, I had to get the suit steamed again, and their business hours were inconvenient. Overall, I do not recommend renting from this place.

I had a great time at Debonair. Harjinder did a fantastic job, and although the shop was very busy, he managed to get round everyone (other customers) equally while giving us the time we needed. He was very knowledgeable and picked out some great styles that suited me and worked very well with the occasion I was buying for. There was a great range to choose from and I'll be back again, hopefully next time for one of their custom suits!

You’d swear Harjinder and Tamra own the place they treat it with such care. Got us everything we needed for all of my groomsmen on time and accurately!

Fiancé got a suit here for a friends wedding and the under dress shirt he got with it fit terrible and was way too big. As he picked it up a couple days before the event he had no other options and felt very insecure all night. The collar was massive on him and he ended up sweating buckets because he was too insecure to take his suit off because the shirt was SO ill fitting. Such a shame because we wanted to get his suit for our wedding here but now he’s not comfortable due to the experience he had and the lack of plus size options.

Got a 2-piece suit + shirt. Very nice clothes, but mixed experience with the service. The initial consultation (Branden) was extensive and extremely helpful. The tailor who did the alterations (Ahmad) was very friendly and fast with the turnarounds, but I wouldn't call it ultra high precision work. One hem kept coming loose, they 'fixed' it once, then told me the second time to just step into the pants more carefully - what? !

To be fair, I also made their job harder by cutting more weight than they had advised. I think they were fed up with seeing me by the end (hi Rafi!). Fair enough - one extra alteration was on me - but the others weren't, I wasn't making the long drive to New West just for fun, and the hem never did get fixed. Turns out I *could* step into the pants very carefully.

Harjinder did an awesome job. Very accommodating and polite. Will definitely be back for future suits.

My groomsmen and I were given the best service to find our suits, take our measurements and given the proper information on returns. We were given an indication of when we would be able to pick up the suits. My experience in the store with the staffs at all times was pleasant, professional and top-notch.

The bags to carry them were quite comfortable if you got one with the handles to fold. The suits themselves looked sharp for myself as the groom and the groomsmen. Overall, best suit shop I went to for a wedding. And the rental price was very reasonable, thank goodness.

When my husband ordered the groom and groomsmen suits, he specifically asked if alterations were included in the price and was told that they were. When he went back to pick them up, they charged him. He explained that he was told during the fitting that alterations were included, only to be met with a "I'm sorry about that". The suits were nice at least.
