Our strata was dealing with a complicated and frustrating deck repair. We contacted three different companies to obtain quotes; we chose DeckPros despite not having the lowest price because of what we saw in online reviews and the professionalism in the estimate and quote.

Throughout the job Crystal, Dale, Keenan, and team did a great job keeping us apprised of new "surprises", checking-in on any new potential scopes of work needed to fix the deck. We ended up having other trades come in to do some unrelated remedial work and the DeckPros team was highly accommodating.

In general we found that the quality of the work done by DeckPros, professionalism, transparency, and honest accounting/billing were well worth the extra price. Thank you to the team for a wonderful job and we would highly recommend DeckPros to anyone!

We had 2 projects that needed attention: A vinyl deck surface needed to be stripped, some old rotting plywood replaced, and new vinyl applied. We also had to replace a wooden landing with stairs and railings. We couldn’t be happier with having chosen Deck Pros.
For the vinyl deck, the crew had to work by going through the house. They protected the carpeting on the floors & stairs, were careful moving materials through the house, and when they finished the work, they cleaned up completely afterward. The finished vinyl looks perfect.
The carpenters for the wooden landing replaced the old one with a more solid, better built one than the one the house came with. The aluminum railing crew installed them perfectly, and amazingly quickly.
Communication throughout the work was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Deck Pros, and we will use them again if we need any other project done.

We have a 20 yr old patio that seemed to have some soft spots. Deck pros replaced our vinyl deck. I appreciated their responsiveness and no pressure approach. They walked me through the various options and I felt they were honest at outlining what was needed and what was not needed. We are only a few weeks in but so far so good.

The whole team here really are pros! A truly excellent experience from the initial contact right through to completion. The project started on time and was completed as scheduled, even with some additional repairs due to hidden rot. The finished quality of the deck is fantastic. 10 out of 10.

The only problem was one of the railing posts was installed wrong. They responded to my concern immediately and had the problem fixed within a couple of days. Hard to find such amazing service in the construction industry.
