They might be very friendly to get your money but doing the job and doing the job right is another matter. Let’s start by saying they installed a pool liner and cover our drain so we couldn’t drain our pool from the drain and where called about a wrinkle in the liner from the start and then the liner coming out of track. Now one who calls the place on four plus occasions and also even stop by the store and ask to have call back to no call. All I can say is they are never going to see any business from us again and anyone we know. Service/repair is lacking and they don’t care about their customers at all. A simple call and a visit and access and could probably fix in a short time. But no this has been going on for over a year and they can expect me in again until they fix their poor workmanship.

After months of frustration trying to get our hot tub issues resolved I finally reached out to Dan who immediately rearranged his schedule to see if he could help us.

In less than an hour Dan identified the problem, changed the faulty part and had us back in operation.

I'm a bit late in writing this review, however it is better late than never. Last year my H20 spa had a serious problem. Classic was too busy to come out to my place, but they help us figure it out over the phone. They didn't take advantage of the situation and try to sell us expensive parts or a new tub. They problem solved with us and saved us a tone of money. Thank YOU!

Dan is very helpful, went out of way to help one of my client to fix their pool and educate them how to take care of the pool.

When I think of Deckside the word honest always comes to mind. Dan and his crew provide excellent quality of work at a reasonable price plus always on time or communicate if there is a problem. Can't say enough good things about them!

I just want to say i have dealt with many buisnesses and when it comes to bending over backwards Dan and Christine will make it happen if they can they are informative and on the ball as far as product and knowledge.i would not consider anyone else for my pool and spa needs. Thanks guys
