I went in for a consultation for tattoo eyebrow removal with Chantelle. She made me feel welcome. And comfortable and very confident in knowing what she does best. The atmosphere at Deco De Mode is wonderful the staff is friendly and kind. And I look forward to going in a few weeks to get my eyebrows done. I will definitely be going back for future work. I visited Deco De Mode for the very first time on recommendation of my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by the bright, clean well appointed space, and I appreciated the professional and helpful staff. The young lady who took care of me, Alona Batir, was very pleasant, friendly and experienced, and she made sure I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure. A great place to go to!

I'm newish to Sidney and looking for a good nail tech whom you can have a chat with and they take pride in their work, I found that in Anna. She's kind, smart and good at her job.

11years this month since I started going to Deco De Mode & Anastassia. Anastassia’s attention to detail resulting in high quality, long lasting results is what brings me back time and time again, she’s simply the best at her trade!

Do not book online! "It had a glitch and is out of their control" You are better off to call and talk to somebody in person.

I went for a bachelorette party to get pedi. When we arrived they were not prepared even though we booked this event months out. The girls doing our toes barley talked to us and didn’t say anything to the bride about her wedding or congratulating her. They barley spoke a word of English and then started talking in another language laughing at each other. It came off as extremely rude. Considering 90% of our party is in the beauty industry we were not impressed with the service we were given. Their photos online all have champagne for parties but we didn’t get any or weren’t offered, they gave two color choices instead of giving us swatch colors. Then we were way over charged for what we received and was quoted way less. It overall was just extremely upsetting & not a good way to start my friend’s bachelorette weekend.

I saw Danielle for an eyebrow wax and tint and an eyelash tint and lift two days ago. Danielle was lovely and did a wonderful job. As I’d never had an eyelash lift (permed eyelashes!) before she went through the process with me beforehand and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was all quick and painless - everything together took an hour. The results are amazing! I highly recommend Danielle and Deco De Mode.

Decided to get micro blading after losing all my hair due to cancer, in remission but brows are not returning. Anastasia made me feel so comfortable and easy to talk to. Whole visit was amazing and eyebrows look incredible. She is very talented!

Juned was awesome. He asked if I wanted to come in the day before. I came in early for my appointment by 3 hours day of instead. He made my blonde grown out balayage black and sleek and beautiful. It took 4 hours but it’s amazing. Such a drastic change that a lot of other salons would not perform. Love this salon I highly recommend anyone there. Juned is my go to (he did my eyebrows too)

I had a set of classic eyelashes put on today. It was a lovely experience. The music was good, the service was gentle and the result is my amazing new eyelashes!

Recently used this salon for a gel fill manicure and was so pleased with both the service itself and my nail tech, Norri. She takes the time to ensure your nails are perfect in every way including cuticles and a fabulous gel polish. She is fun to talk to as well and I enjoyed my time there and was so pleased with the result. Would highly recommend this salon and Norri in particular and would definitely return here the next time I am in the area.

I am out of town and always make a point of going to Deco De Mode for a pedicure. Their service providers are so friendly and welcoming and they do such a great job. The pedicure chairs are also very comfortable. I am recommending highly.

Got my first round of semi-permanent tattooed freckles from Danielle and the experience was amazing. She was so kind and I have never felt so comfortable during something cosmetic before. I’ve always been scared even just getting my haircut so this is saying something.

Perfect Gel manicure application, the nail tech was extremely helpful in assisting to choose the perfect color and meticulous in application. The salon is spotless and serene.

Clean friendly and inviting environment, the laser was very fast and painless! Kat is lovely and very good at what she does, if you are uncertain about if laser is for you, she will answer all of your questions!

I've been to Deco De Mode for a wax twice now and both times had a great experience. I will definitely be returning. The hard wax they use is awesome and the staff are super friendly. So happy to be hairless.

I honestly can say the woman that did my make up was amazing, she did a beautiful job. However, when I booked my appointment online it stated the make up application was $80.00 (a little steep but fine), when I went to pay I was charged over $100.00 not thinking about it and needing to rush to my event I later looked at the receipt and saw that they charged me $85.00 for the make up again this is fine but they charged me an extra $15.00 on top of that for a "product". I called and explained the situation to the women up front and she said she would talk to her manager, she got back to me and said it was a "glitch" in their system and I shouldn't be charged for that I could choose to either A.get a refund or B. Use the money towards another service, I don't live in Victoria so I decided on the refund. I went to the store today to get the money back and the woman at the front tried to argue with me saying that this was a cost for them using their own make-up? So I guess when you go here you are paying $85.00 for someone to apply your own make up on your face.make sure you clarify with the store before you book you may have to pack up your make up bag. I was pretty disheartened having to make the trip back to get the $15.00 and then be argued with at the counter about this cost. Won't be returning which is unfortunate because their make up artist did a great job.

Josie was extremely and professional when I went run for my service (Brazilian). Definitely a skilled technician, making a service like this quick and (fairly!) painless:)

Best waxing experience I have had

I recently decided to have my upper lip and eyebrows done by a professional. Why did I not do this sooner? Kara is so nice and always does a great job. They're very reasonable for the services they provide and highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Kat for laser the past couple months and have been extremely impressed with my result! Kat is so friendly and makes the whole experience so comfortable, I have recommended Kat to all my girlfriends and highly recommend anyone considering laser to check her out.:)

Kat has been my laser girl for about two years now and there is no one else in this world I would rather see. She always brightens my day and the best part is she makes the (slight) pain more than just tolerable lol! I noticed results after the first session, so glad I found her!

I swear by Candyce and Dani at Deco de Mode. Candyce is by far my favourite injector in Victoria (and this is coming from a downtown Toronto girl)
Candyce has an honest and knowledgable approach. She truly enhances your natural self. She was quick to come to my rescue when I had a poor experience with another injector. She dissolved my lips and we followed up with a mini lip, and I’m over the moon. Dani is my everything girl- facials, brows, micro-needle, freckles, henna and more. I’ve had almost every service under the sun at Deco and I’ve never left disappointed. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and content. Always looking forward to my next appointment with Candyce or Dani and to see the team in action.

Kaitlyn did a great job on my neglected over-sanitized hands. Plus an amazing selection of polish colours and products. Love this place!

My nails turned out beautifully but the nail file was far too sharp and it cut my pinky. Also, everyone was very busy and so I felt quite rushed and a little bit like an inconvenience, especially since I wanted three different polishes. My nail tech did a great job though and I hope she has a relaxing day off.

Great location in downtown victoria. Awesome interactive staff. Very clean and well organized. Lots of different services in one place for our wedding party. Revived a gift card for mani/pedi and it was a welcome gift! Very beautiful open space, well equipped for the Covid protocols that makes you feel safe and comfortable. Wonderful service with great results. I highly recommend and will go back!

Kat is an amazing aesthetician that is very knowledgable, kind and compassionate. We always leave feeling pampered and cared for. She also gives great recommendations on treatments that would benefit your needs. We have been happy with every service she has given us. The salon is very clean, nicely decorated and pleasant to visit. Treatment areas are private and they offer a wide variety of different treatments plus offer great deals. Frequent sales as well. We will be back time and time again!

I’ve been going to Deco De Mode since 2018, they have always done an awesome job and when it comes to facials and my brows I’d go no where else. They always have such a great environment and their team is so well trained. I’ve never had a bad experience and I always leave there feeling refreshed and happy.

I had threading of my eyebrows and upper lip. It didnt hurt, the technician was quick and professional, and I look great.

I received a wonderful pedicure from KATIE. The polish is applied so perfectly and she provided a wonderful moisturizing massage at the end. I really cannot recommend this place enough! Run don’t walk and get a pedicure 11/10

What an incredible experience! Amazing staff, beautiful facility, exceptional service and results. My expectations were exceeded today! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I stand by my opinion 100% and believe this entire shop needs a workshop on working with people of color as well as including diversity in the workplace; as well as implementing structure amongst the staff with how they treat people. There is a very obvious pretentious attitude that is met as soon as you walk through the door, I have heard many good things that made me try Deco. I have been for at least 3 different appointments now HOPING it will change but everyone seems the same. The vibe is as if im in highschool and need to “fit in”. This goes against any establishment ive entered as I am naturally a very easy going person and I have much patience. But, until coming here and trying to see if things would change, absolutely nothing has. I am so disappointed, especially when my mother and I were treated as If we had never experienced a “pampered” experience, and looked down upon and actually saw our technicians whispering amongst each other. It was less than pleasant. The owner and everyone involved in this business must re assess the entirety of it because it is very clear they are money hungry and desperate to hire anyone that may look like a good asset to them.

I am currently seeing Kat for laser hair removal, and as someone like myself who has a darker skin complexion I was a bit nervous about the results/if it would work on me. However, I'm only a few sessions in and I have already seen amazing results! The laser session is quick and easy and so worth it! I would definitely recommend Kat for laser hair removal.

This is my go-to nail salon. The staff are lovely, it’s nicely decorated, and well located near parking etc. Today was another great appointment for gel polish, and my very lovely gal who was doing my nails didn’t even mind that I wasn’t very chatty due to my Zoom fatigue. I appreciated that so much. Everything is super COVID safe, so rest assured that you are in great hands at Deco.

Have been coming 4 months now for waxing with Jackie. Always treated with respect and dignity. She keeps me chatting and always has me laughing. Love the specials and appointments are always available. Highly recommend Deco de Mode.
