Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops

Very nice hotel, we had our wedding here, the food is alright tho, not my first choice. Everything else is above and beyond.

My experience of Delta is amazing rooms are very comfy and spacious. Staff of this hotel is very friendly and soft spoken specially Hem and Sasha who always looked after our needs with smile on their faces.
I will definitely stay here in my next visit to kamloops.

This past weekend my family was staying in Delta. The service and room were amazing. Especially the front desk persons Sasha and Hem gave my parents the best service. They were really happy with their stay in town. Thank you to all the team for making their stay in town the best.

Very clean and nice hotel in the middle of downtown Kamloops. Underground parking is extra charge and limited spaces. We paid but it was full for the night which was very inconvenient.

My wife and I and our adult daughter visited some friends in Kamloops recently. We stayed at the Delta Marriott downtown in a lovely suite that had two separate areas. The hotel manager Stefan is very helpful and personable, as were all of the staff. Their Restaurant 'Cordo' is excellent, and had no trouble serving my daughter, who has awful allergies, a brilliant meal. And the best lamb I've ever had. Shoutout to our server Nathan, who is an absolute gem. We also used the Fitness Centre for our yoga every day, and my wife who weight-trains assured me that their exercise equipment is very good. The pool is pleasant and sunny with a panoramic view. The hotel is only a minute's walk to general shopping, and a short walk to downtown brought us to so many wonderful stores and restaurants. We had a very positive experience at this hotel. Thank you to all of the staff. We highly recommend the Delta Marriott in Kamloops.

What a renovation! This hotel is a completely renovated hotel that looks brand new. The staff were all 10/10, and or stay was all round so great. Very central location.

I ️ staying at the Kamloops Delta as their rooms are gorgeous (especially the family suite). Service is impeccable. And their restaurant ALWAYS delicious (lamb lollipops please!) OH and don't get me started on the gin flights too fun! 10/10

Room Service food was exceptionally good

It's been a few years since I last stayed here and I can say, this time around, my stay was very comfortable!
Starting with a call from Stefan the day before confirming my arrival and asking me of any special requests.
I ended up arriving early the next day and he DID in fact have my room ready for early check-in. (Thank you!).
The service from all the staff was warm and friendly - definitely kicking up the hospitality index "up a notch".
Just a very minor (nit picking now) rant.the button delay when operating the TV remote is annoying (3-5 seconds). - is it worth a star penalty? - no. But if you are aiming for the top, it's "all about the details". Otherwise a wonderful stay - looking forward to future stays!

It's right next to the Art gallery, library, and a great little cafe. Lots of fun shops nearby. The showers have hot and cold flashes, and the tv wouldn't turn on. But the pool and hot tub are nice.

Stayed here for work and will come back again. Stefan Yang at the front desk provided top notch service. He went above and beyond to make may stay great.

We recently attended the Wedding Show as a vendor and not only were we blown away by the venue (so beautiful and elegantly put together) but the staff were so kind and helpful making our day so enjoyable. Highly recommend the Delta for all of your wedding needs!

This Delta hotel is centrally located close to shops, restaurants and bars. Walking around is easy and convenient. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room I had was very nice and the bed was comfy! The restaurant downstairs, Cordo, serves some great food so be sure to stop in for dinner!

Very nicely renovated hotel in good location. But the staff made the true difference here. We were very warmly welcomed and helped by Harsh and Loki. Also the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly. Great stay here.

I recently participated as a vendor in the Deltas first Wedding Show (Enchanted Artisan Cookies)! Hundreds of people came to check out all the amazing Kamloops businesses! It was such a huge success! Carilee, Joy and and all the staff put together a wonderful event! I would highly recommend the Delta as a venue for your wedding!

It was a great experience to stay at Delta. Amazing staff, the room was renovated and great. They did everything to accommodate my extended time in Kamloops. Thank you all and the adorable Thelma at front desk who was so kind with my requests.

Upon arriving, we were pleased to find that our room was upgraded. We stayed 2 nights, booked 2 rooms. We chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance to the Sandman Centre arena. Our room was decently clean and the bed was oh so comfortable and perfect. We received excellent customer service from Harsh at the front desk. The morning we were leaving to head back down to the lower mainland, Harsh gave our family bottles of water for the drive. I would definitely stay here in again in the off season, but most likely not in the summer months because of the price. I had forgotten 2 chargers in our room and they had couriered them to me in 2 days! Overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay, thanks to Harsh. The only con I can think of was paying $15/day for on site parking.

My partner and l, originally booked another hotel down the street. After arriving we noticed the hotel was rundown and old, we looked for alternative accommodation and the Delta hotel was right down the street.

The receptionist "Loki" was more than amazing. Going out of his way to make up for the negative start to our trip. You really don't see that level of service these days.

I love staying at the Delta hotel in Kamloops. The staff is amazing, particularly Loki and Stefan go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are updated and always clean, and the pool, hot tub, and gym are top notch.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Kamloops with access to great dinning and a short walk from Riverside park, my favorite place to go for a walk, listen to music in the park (summer), and play pickleball at their top notch courts.

I highly recommend staying at the Delta if you are making a trip to Kamloops.

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights. Employees were so friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities, hot tub & pool out side are well maintained. Room was large and comfortable. Will stay again!

Great quality, in aspect of service, hardware maintaining, elite pantry. Despite short stuff in holiday season, I can see all employees trying to provide good service to customers. I saw Stefen both the night we arrive (7.30pm) and the second day morning (11am), (wondering if he slept that night and) this tells me how respect he treat his job. One thing that impressed me is the two robes provided in the room by default. I have never seen a same class hotel that provided two robes on default, this is really good work. Within a small town like this and without a lot competitors, Delta Kamloops really did a great job by providing the uncompromising service quality. This is super great and please keep up the great work. Hope to see you all in again.

Amazing front desk service! Stayed in the family suite and it was great. Delicious food and the outdoor hot tub/pool was a wonderful bonus!
