Been to many physio therapists, feels Delta rise physiotherapy is the first time I seen one. Had a shoulder injury not gone away since 2019. Few just showed me exercises and that was it.
Dr Shevesh is another level. Clean new office with state of the art equipment, not just sitting there but they get used one me is all new to me. Time he took never seen any other practitioner done before. Can give him many more stars than five. Highly recommend if you have long term or new ailments.

Delta Rise Physiotherapy is amazing. Shivesh is hands on and does everything he can to get you back to yourself quickly. He really cares about his patients. I have been to other physiotherapists and haven’t felt much difference in my recovery. I drive 45 minutes to go and see Shivesh because I get the results that I hope for. The office is nice and clean, they have all the updated equipment and everyone that works there is so kind, friendly and helpful. I’m so lucky to have found him. Thank you

Shivesh is a therapist who understands his patients and their pain. He does have a gentle yet magical touch.

The amenities available at Delta Rise were a highlight of my trip to my cousin staying at Delta Rise. The fitness center, outdoor pool, communal garden, and social lounges offered a wide range of activities and relaxation options. It's clear that this complex is designed to enhance the overall experience of residents and guests.

Lived here for a few years. Pet friendly building! These are hard to find nowadays, but still you have some residents deathly afraid of dogs.in a pet friendly building.to the point where they literally scamper away and start screaming when they see one, even if the dog is on a short leash. Overall, nice building considering its location! 3 elevators in the building, but 1 is almost always broken for one reason or another, and they often smells like marijuana. Really nice garden space on 3rd floor, with a community garden and everything! Small gym for the amount of people in this highrise, but still better than nothing. Small parking spaces for some residents, make sure to check your stall # before deciding to live here!
