Mark did an amazing job on my car, it was badly marked and scratched and he completely removed all traces of them. He took his time and did a fantastic job, my car looks as good as new! I will definitely recommend Marks service to my friends.

I came from Whistler to get my car detailed. First of all, Mark, the owner was super responsive, he was super helpful and understanding about my long travel and they agreed to meet me super close to the highway so I didn't have to travel too much farther into the city. They were on time, super kind, polite and did an UNBELIEVABLE job with my car! I don't get my car cleaned all winter because we are snowboarding all winter anyway so it gets super dirty, but I was desperate and couldn't find any availability anywhere (closer to me) for at least a couple of weeks: (Mark gave me an appointment for the day after I called and his guys made my car look like it was straight out of the dealership. Honestly, I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Deluxe Detailing if you are looking to get your car detailed! They were amazing. 5 stars! More if I could give more! Cleaned up the interior and exterior extremely well on a used truck I just bought to looking and feeling like a new truck! Cleaned the air with chlorine dioxide treatment and got the vehicle smelling fresh and clean again! Very happy! 10/10 with the mobile service, was able to come to my work and seamlessly get it done in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Mark and his team. They were very professional with excellent communication throughout. I requested a quote for paint touch ups and detailing. He came in person to review the job giving non bias advice. They did a fantastic job and literally made the car look like new inside and out. My first mobile car detailing - Mark and his team did a great job cleaning my dirty car! It was like brand new again! He was super accommodating when I had booked and had to change my apt. It was easy and straightforward to accommodate the street issue in the area we live. It allowed me no more excuses for not having time or energy to deal with simply cleaning my car and refreshing it for winter!

Jackson and Tyler (apologize if I spell you name wrong) worked in detailing my interior for 2 hours, gave the outside a thorough was and I must say very impress with the services, outcome of the car, their van was well equipped, all in all 10/10.

I am so choked with this guy/company. I made an initial appointment for a date and time and they were so happy to accommodate. Made me feel like I had their time and attention. Then ghosted me.

On the morning of the appointment i tried to contact them and he said sorry I didn't see the reply and booked someone else. Ok- stuff happens. They said 4 pm. I said great! 4pm works. Then they said no again. Wasted my whole day.

All in all great experience. Car looked amazing once it was complete. Never had to leave the house, and price was great for interior and exterior detailing. Will use Deluxe Detailing again in the future.

Mark and his crew were amazing. Lots of contact the whole way through. They gave me a heads up of what was expected before hand, and a heads up they were 25 minutes away. The whole job took about 3 hours and my car looks like brand new.

Almost no water was even around the car, it was like no one even washed it, but magically my car sparkled and will blind oncoming traffic in a sunny day!

They had no issues cleaning my car that is parked on the street.

They showed up earlier than my scheduled appointment, did a fantastic job super quick. And all for a great cost (cheapest bundle in Vancouver)

It's the second time I use DD and, like the first time, all was amazing. From the first quote request, to having details, communication, confirming 24 hrs in advance and the work done everything perfect.
Good service like that is very hard to find nowadays! After the interior detailing and carpet and seat shampooed the car looks brand new and it's 12 years old!

I was amazed at the level of service and professionalism from Mark and his guys. I booked this before we were heading away for a few days and Mark fit us in. The guys showed up on time and they worked their butts off and my truck has never looked so clean.
The boys came to my house and had a fully self contained van with all the stuff they needed. Pressure washer, vacuum, steam cleaner and all the cleaners needed.
I have used other retailers before, but these guys take the cake!

The differentiator with Mark's business, beyond the professionalism, is that his truck is entirely self-sufficient. Unlike other detailing services I've used in the past, he doesn't need external power or water hookup which makes it extremely convenient to hire him.

I had a less than perfect new paint job. But rather than going back to the painter for satisfaction, I decided to call Deluxe detailing. It was the right call. Mark and his team were great! I was referred to them by a friend and the had a last minute cancellation so they were able to fit me in quite quickly. They did an interior detail and a carpet shampoo (I needed to get some blood off some of the rugs) and they did a great job. The interior detail comes with a regular exterior wash. The exterior was was okay, as they did miss quite a few spots (you could see the dusty spots), but generally it was pretty good. Overall, I am very impressed by the professionalism, the friendliness, and the job well done. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I had my car posted for sale for over a week and wasn't getting a lot of movement. (The pictures showed the dust!) I called Mark and he was able to accommodate me in a reasonable time. He came out and did a fantastic job both inside and out and even took some pictures for me (I was out of town) and emailed them to me.
Billing was easy as it was all done online from invoice to payment.
I posted Mark's pictures on my for sale ad and the car sold two days later after multiple inquiries.

Mark did an excellent job with detailing my car. Very convenient service with him coming to my building. He also added in an additional service for free to remove deep coffee stains on the roof of the interior. The cost was also pretty reasonable compared to other brick/mortar detailing shops. Mark's work on my car was nothing short of a miracle. I didn't know if the seat fabric would ever come clean after everything it went through, but it did! He was also able to get the fingerprints from my kids off the headliner!

Had the Chlorine Dioxide treatment to remove cigarette smell from my used car I had just bought. Read a lot about ozone and didn't know much about this, but was super impressed! Healthier/safer treatment and completely removed the smell which was very strong!

Mark did an amazing job on my vehicle. It is back to factory cleanliness- just like driving it off of the lot.

Wow, what a job, I am so happy I found these guys. They are completely dialed in with a very equipped van. Not only are they totally self sufficient, they bring their own spotless water! I have an 2005 bmw and they literally brought the paint back to WOW! I would highly recommend these guys! I was going to do this myself and for the cost of literally the grinder, they did the entire job. You simply cannot do this cheaper yourself if you are looking to buy the hardware as well. Not to mention, they do this for a living and you have to buy all the correct compounds. If you have a car you cherish as I do, DO IT! I promise you won't regret it!

This service is so convenient - they are mobile and come to you, wherever you are! They were punctual and super courteous. I had a small window of time available and they were able to thoroughly clean my car perfectly inside, wash the outside, and apply a windshield treatment that I LOVE as now rain just flies of my windshield making visibility so much better. I am a repeat customer for sure.
