Very satisfied with the service, friendly staff and very relaxing place for breakfast and food was great!

Server Raine was absolutely amazing. She was witty and funny, and did a fantastic job as well. The food was fast and fresh, no complaints at all!

We often go to Denny’s because the food is good. Laksman and the rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful

Service extremely slow.drink orders slow.food good.but toast way over done & English muffin came out unbuttered.not recommend unless u have lots of time.
Came in again Sunday Sept 2023 be last time
2 people ordered fish & chips very under whelming.no tartar sauce was told after meal serviced.said they ran out on Sat. Won't have ordered.was $15 each.easy to make.that's no excuse.

Food is reasonably priced for the quality. Our server made us feel welcome and she (Lisa) was very attentive and friendly. She explained options in a nice way.

This is my experience when I visited Denny's two weeks ago:
The food was good but the night I visited the washrooms were not clean, I think such things need more attention these days. Server was friendly.

We had to wait more than an hour for our food and the food was terrible. Our waitress was good tho that s why the star.

Excellent service attentive to dietary concerns welcoming and accommodating to all inquires and just an all around joyous time. Special shout out to our server Rosie who not only gave great service but treated us to a family time dinner at home with smiles and cheer all around!

I am traveling for work and with some places being closed it was nice to be welcomed by Liz: The food was very good and the restaurant was clean and well organized, Liz was very friendly and efficient. Liz also made sure customers were happy and had everything they needed. Liz made my evening very present.

Waited over 10 miniutes for server to come after being seated. When she did come she asked me why my ID was on table. I told her that it was out because they asked for at door. She presisted asking my why I left it on the table. Finally I told her it was non of her business. Then she demanded in a very stern voice why I would leave my ID on table. Finally I asked for another server because we just wanted to eat. She told me there was no servers to help us. We had to leave.

The usual, consistent, Denny's food, with all our special requests filled perfectly. Great staff, and a manager who obviously cares about his staff and his customers. Looking forward to a return visit!

Both of our eggs were under cooked. I had an egg Benedict and had to scrape the slime off. My mother had 2 eggs over easy.still slimy. Not appealing at all

Update: when contacted by the manager of this location I was told to email him, however my email address was immediately blocked from sending any messages to him. Great customer service guys!

I was a little disappointed in the portion of the meal, even having ordered a side of sausage. If I'm going to spend $100 with tip for 3 people I could go elsewhere and had better quality food and a bigger portion.

Unbelieveable. Watching the staff moving through a fully packed restaurant and still joking and having fun with the people. I dont think anyone felt left out. Food was great but the atmosphere is what really did it for us.
The manager was everywhere at the same time laughing and joking with the customers and staff even wearing a back brace and limping, you can really see them working together.
All I can say is WOW.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff. They treated my 92 year old uncle like a king. A million thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

Great breakfast and our server was you could tell been there forever and was great and super helpful! A go to place for food always

Unfortunately the service was extremely slow and to top it off the food was cold when it finally arrived. The waitress said food delivery orders get priority and are moved to the front of the line. I feel like by now they should have a good estimate on the amount of those orders that come in and should be adjusting staff levels accordingly. Why not have a dedicated waitress to just manage those orders if it is that busy?

Service was very slow our waiter was preoccupied and tried to serve too many tables at once they needed more staff but the food was good

Took forever to get seated and put our order in but honestly, the kindness and service from the staff made up for it. So hard to get enough staff these days so having to wait is expected but like I said, top notch staff. Hope your employer knows how good they’ve got it with guys.

Jim, the General Manager, provides the best customer service to customers. Penticton Kia team will definitely be ordering breakfast from Dennis again.

Went with some friends and family, they accommodate us. Sat us together by combining tables. My young kids loved the choice of kids menu items. Very happy with the service and food.

Great service considering as busy as it was, our meals were excellent, my husband commented that the buttermilk pancakes were Great!

I absolutely love the breakfast menu selections at Denny's. I often order from the "senior" over 55 breakfast menu and find them consistently delicious, filling and delivered hot regardless of how busy they are. The servers are pleasant, friendly, polite and efficient. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. It's always a treat to dine at Denny's in Penticton.

This place was so good the service was amazing. Our server sharon was the best she tried to make us feel like celebrity. The food was really got and hot we went there for breakfast because we were in a rush we thought it would just taste like fast food but it felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. I loved this place so much! The tables were kept very clean. My mom spilled her coffee everywhere and they said that they would clean it up this just made us feel satisfied with our experience. I recommend this place to people with small kids because they do have a kids menu. This is my new go to breakfast spot!

Denny's is underrated=

Fast service, great food, cheap prices! And most importantly VERY consistent. Been here more then 7 times around north America and they always please me. Thanks for the staff that helped me out. If i'm ever in Penticton again, ill be going here for a bite!

The foods great. The service is also great. So glad we could eat there at least once before the know it alls lock us down again.

Rebecca our waitress was so great! She found a way to keep us entertained, gave us extra toppings and always found a new way to make us laugh!

Tried to order room service as I'm staying at the sandman nextdoor I called 10 times as I was hung up on every time I tried to call as I walked downstairs and talked to the manager who said she is to busy to answer phones and just hangs up on customers instead of talking to them to tell them they are busy.she didn't apologize she didn't offer a discount on the food. Very very unprofessional won't eat there ever again

Service was terrible and the bathrooms were atrocious. Feces everywhere and needle bins over flowing. This was early in the am so they are not cleaned often.

Denny’s was great. Went here for morning breakfast on our anniversary. The food was awesome and it came out nice and hot. The waitress was friendly and kept our drinks topped up without having to ask. The pancakes were the best pancakes I ever had in a long time. Would definitely go back

Decent breakfast. I had the build your own Grand Slam. Bacon, eggs, toast and I figured I'd pay the extra $. 99 for the seasonal fruit salad. I'm in the Okanagan after all. Super disappointing. Was mostly grapes and a cut up banana with 2 slices of apple and a couple pieces of cantaloupe. So definitely don't recommend anyone waste their money on the fruit salad, unless grapes and banana are your faves.

Penticton Denny's restaurant has continued to decline over the last year. It has gotten so badly maintained especially in cleanliness that after today will never return. My husband went into washroom was so disgusted at how filthy it was went to a service station to find a cleaner option. Not busy.no excuse

Just basic but good food. Our server went out of his way to give us great service. He was almost running to make sure we were served.

Denny's is always good for a good bite. Sometimes I prefer it to other "nicer" restaurants. Sometimes I get disappointed and this weekend we visited Denny's twice and out of the two times the food was lacking on taste. I ordered scrambled eggs and was disappointed by the lack of taste. And the hash browns were overcooked. The pancakes did not disappoint. However like most restaurants be prepared to wait as the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.

Had a medical emergency and was rushed to hospital because of the neglect shown from employees to offer a glass of juice. (Type 1 Diabete)

Fire alarm went off just as we ordered and we left after hearing that it happened the day before and took 30 mins to get back in, we left and went somewhere else for dinner as we were hungry

Went there with my friend after work. The server was really nice and convinced me to eat a full platter, even though I thought I wasn't hungry. The service was quick and the food was delicious.

The gm Jim was in giving Liz a helping hand with everything. Was really nice to see her get a little bit of help, other then seeing the supervisor doing nothing to help. She's like a road runner that never stops. Does a wonderful job and makes everyone smile.

Was just at the penticton location just over an hour ago. Sat there for 15 mins watched 2 other tables come in after us they both got served before us. We got no drink orders nothing so our family left and came all the way to the Kelowna one since we got ignored completely. Very very very disappointed with the penticton one.

Slow. Not enough staff. Food was hot and good, but they have jacked up the prices again. Getting to be too much for prepackaged food. They are trying.

I had a terrific breakfast at Denny’s Penticton with my granddaughter, while visiting from Vancouver. The food has hot and delicious, the service was amazing and the attention to cleanliness was impeccable. It’s been a while since I had visited here but will certainly return on my next trip to beautiful Penticton!
