I like how Denny's offers lots of menu options. So much to choose from even if you come back everyday. The people are awesome too. I got Daisy as a server and she is great!

Food was great, fast and affordable. I was served by Karen who made sure I had everything needed and continually topped up my drink:)
Super busy but there was no rushing me to leave once finished, I sat and read for a while once I finished my food.

Juvie was a brilliant server - so friendly and helpful. Great food, would highly recommend!

Denny's is one of the best food chains I've ever been to. Fair prices, tasty food and nice portions.

Great place for breakfast. Menu is extensive, lots of options for kids and staff are great. Our server Daisy was very friendly, attentive and went out of her way to acccomodate my son's requests. Will come back again for sure.

Dennys is good standby when nothing else is open. The food is consistent from one location to the next.palletable.not much in the way of flavour.give us some garlic or celery salt.maybe even try using some steakspice please.but the service is hit and miss.it sucked this morning. I worked at Dennys in Calgary about 30 years or so ago in the kitchen.but that place was busy.

My first time going to Dennys restaurant and i was surprised by the services given to us by staff (Jules) and stunning manager (Leo). Highly recommended place for outstanding service.

We haven't been to Denny's for awhile so wanted to try the Kingsway location. We were very impressed with the variety of items including low cal (egg white omelets, multi grain pancakes, fruit bowl) and great prices. The service was excellent, the food great and coffee hot. We talked to Steven the manager and he was extremely hospitable. We would definitely go to this location again, felt safe there (plexi glass) and great food and value.

Food was ok.the waitress was really mean.if you visit this location make sure your waitress isnt daisy.i dont know about the other waitresses.

Nice and cozy place to hang out with friends. Feels safe as well coz they made sure to check vaccine proof. Manager was really nice and recommended the best food options. Coming again on this weekend

It was clean and nice Resturant I would definitely come back again the service was nice and fast and Karen’s service was great! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Went to get my birthday grand slam! Had french toast slam instead and mozzarella sticks. So Yummy! I recommend.

Not too organized. Single line up for takeouts and dine in customers. They didn't have any bennys that day and didn't explain why. It was a disappointment as Classic benny was my favorite breakfast there.

I was REALLY upset with my experience. Me and my husband always go to Denny’s, Burnaby, literally every weekend, then we received an email to go for dinner (the promotion was dinner only) and we usually go for breakfast or lunch. We went to use the discount we got by email since we are in the rewards program. First thing the server took forever to show up, then before we even finished talking about the promotion he already snaped at us that it was only for delivery and then we went and showed him the email. And then he said it was valid only in the us but we are in the rewards of Canada and this was not written anywhere. Then he just took my husbands phone without even asking to to ask the manager and came back with a negative answer. In the and I asked to call the manager that did not treat us well either and after a long time explaining and convincing him we had to send the email to him so he would consider the discount. The food was not good and the treatment was the worst! We are so disappointed! Really!

Our server Doris is amazing, she's quick and friendly. I believe it was her manager Tony who was great accommodating with our toddler's request adding some sprinkles in her wipe cream. It made her day! I do recommend denny's to families, lots of options for adults and well priced food for kids.

Full plate breakfast at 4pm. Eggs Sausage, bacon, pancakes, + a crepe on the side. Everything's great. Service very nice + prompt. Recommended

After my weekly blood work completed, a quickly prepared and quite delicious pancake breakfast, filled the fasting void! Courteous staff, and clean facilities, well done!

We came on last week, seemed very busy but Excellent service and food came out quickly too. Eva was very friendly and accomodative.

Ordered delivery from here twice and both times they arrived wrong and cold. I complained and was told twice by a guy from head office that I would get a voucher in the mail but I never did. Way better pancakes 2.5 years ago, now they taste funny. The cantaloupe is really bad too.way overripe and soft

Haven’t been here for awhile but was happy to be back! Doris S you are a saint and loved you hospitality. Everyone was mindful on covid protocols and not once was I not loving the atmosphere in the room. Food was A+

The food took more than 30minutes to get ready. Even when I asked him to check because we were in a rush, he just went and looked and didnt even bother to speed up. Had a bad experience here

Great service, great environment and they do sanitize everything very well after every customer.

The visit was amazing. The staff and manager were all doing well and put the guest safety in their first place.

First the service is excellent. No hurrying you up. Let you enjoy your meal and the meal came very fast.

First time eating out with family since COVID! Food was excellent (as always)! A little bit disappointed that guests were seated so close together despite empty tables.but what I REALLY want to focus on, is the excellent staff member who valiantly saved my family from a terrifying spider. We're all arachnophobic, but the staff member was courteous enough to catch the spider for us to spare us from further embarrassment.

Came out for dinner today. Our server JAN did an incredible job and the meal was fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back again

The staff are very courteous. I attend for the birthday Grand Slam Breakfast. First time was last year, and this year was my second time. It always brings me happiness to visit here on my birthday, especially because the recent few years have been difficult. Thanks for making my birthday happier!

Ordered a steak and some other food, everything tastes delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Writing this review, to apologize before the staff working today, since I've made an order 3 minutes before closing, I understand how cruel it is of me, sorry. <3

Daisy R was amazing. Helpful with our selection of breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. Food quality was your average Denny's. Suited our need for a quick breakfast and was affordable.

It is something that survive the drastic changes of our city. It is still the way it is 30 years ago when i was young, the food, the staff, the table, the counter, the decor, the location, and the claw machine at the entrance.

While everything and everyone changes over time, I treasure things that don’t change much, i hope it will stay the way it is now when i get older and my hair turns grey.

It is not perfect, and it doesn’t has to be perfect.

I enjoyed my gluten free slam the coffee was served quickly and our server was very friendly and checked in. I did not see her soon enough to get peanut butter from her as it was not on the table so I had the jam. It was clean and came quickly.

Over priced, food is either too salty or too bland would only consider this place if its the last option, only plus side its open 24 hours.

Wasn't the worst food I've had but it was a bit disappointing. Servers seem to oblivious of waiting customers sometimes.

Who doesn't love Denny's! Great comfort food at its best. Try one of there sandwiches you won't be disappointed.

Great food and prices. The smoothie want great and the service was discombobulated, but all in all was still ok.

One if not the only location in Burnaby for this chain.
Late menu is kind of restricted, but still has variety

The worst eggs benny ever. I still cant believe the cooks sent it out. Not sure what they put on top for hollandaise sauce it looked and tasted disgusting. Waitress was great. Immediately took off bill.

The food was very good and fresh and the service very good too. My only disappointment is that because I did not have my purse with ID, they did not apply my birthday date discount. I understand the need for proof, but sometimes they should also consider exceptions.

Disappointed by the service. The server's nails were so long. I noticed them when she was serving the food. If I saw them when I was ordering I would have walked out instead. The food was nothing special too. Got cold fries and maybe 1 or 2 fries had seasoning on.

Food was on par. My gripe is because I informed my server I was visiting the washroom and returning to finish my coffee and toast, but when I got back my table had been cleared (restaurant was half empty so it wasn't for space)

We had an awful experience here. I always liked Dennys for the occasional breakfast, but our last visit was our VERY last visit. The restaurant bathroom was beyond dirty, when we told the staff, the cleaner walked in and then walked right back out.the wall behind where we were sitting was full of little black flies. The food was extra greasy.it was just not a good experience. I know what to expect when going to Denny's and cleanliness is on the top of the list.

Good service with happy staff, reasonably clean and steady quality and consistency I expect from Denny's.

This is the best place for Breakfast with family and friends. Daisy goes beyond customer service.she is truly a nice wonderful lady.

Very friendly service. Clean restaurant. I went for my free birthday grandslam. I'm glad that's still offered after all these years. Even without the promotion I still get to this location several times a year.

It was ok. Went for wife bday free breakfast. My toast was a bit burnt. Overall it was ok but I wouldnt pay full price for a meal there. There are many much better breakfast places around for the same price
