Denny's

Emma was my server this evening on January 16 2024 she came by my table frequently, the food I had ordered was severed very quickly. Very happy with her serving.

Emma was a great server! She gave me a great recommendation for the strawberry crepe. Every dish that was brought out had an unexpected twist, not all good, but generally tasty.

Amazing service, our sever Olivia was great. Manager Jay was so friendly and caring. Great food, reasonably pried.

Adequate for a quick meal. Friendly service. The staff are the best asset Denny's has

Little slow, could use a few more servers, food was good, Pervista was our server and she was excellent, 5 stars for her, 4 stars for the restaurant because it was slow, but that’s not the servers fault they are stretched thin

We are from Germany and love to eat at Denny's. In this branch we were served very friendly, the food was delicious and we enjoyed every moment.

Didn't seem like there were enough servers for the number of tables in the morning. Food was normal Denny's fare.

Maryann G had the best service out of all the Dennys in Canada. 6 star service. Super friendly and fast/efficient. Very impressive.

Over easy eggs were overcooked.

Our server Anushka was horrible. The worst service I ever gotten from this Denny’s. She was incredibly rude and ignored our table for the majority of our visit. We didn't get any refills, she didn’t even check to see if our food was good and she had a major attitude. Someone like her shouldn’t be in the service industry.

Stopped in with my husband while travelling through kamloops, was not dissapointed.food delicous and our server Anushkua was lovely, thank you again!

The service was great! Brought my girlfriend here for birthday breakfast. Maryann really made it a great morning for us with her cheerful service and welcoming attitude!

The service yesterday was awful. We made our drink order and no straws were brought to us with nobody anywhere to talk to. 20 minutes later somebody finally came and asked what we wanted to eat. Then the food came out but instead of bringing our meals, they were spread out over 10 minutes on small plates. Brutally bad service. The other people around us were also complaining.

Friendly staff and clean environment. I wouldn't go again for their steaks which seemed a little stale but skillets were decent.
Funny they should boast 24-hour service on the big sign and then post a different schedule on the front door.

The staff and the food was good. We ate there morning, noon and night for a week due flooding in the community I live in due to not being able to go home.

Great food. We had some substitutions and everyone was awesome and looked after us. Our server, Carol, was super friendly and helpful.

The middle age female waitress here is very rude and ignoring me all the time. Even yelling at me.

Worst place to order food. English is not an option. Cheap on everything and you don't get what you order.never again!

Dennys would be a 5 star exept for the fact that their sausages aren't that good anymore.they used to be so good and juicy packed with so much flavour and cooked with love and pride, but now they have the slopy, lumpy, plain and unflavored sausages.still a great place to take your family for a quick bite to eat and enjoy a nice meal, except for the sausages.

First dinner out with our son and in over a year.

Breakfast was very good. They accommodated our larger group without issues and food came out quickly.

Had senior's turkey dinner, my wife had the senior's grilled chicken dinner and we shared the caramel apple crisp.
Our server was very efficient, friendly and thoughtful. My wife overheard her ask the cook to put a meal in a cooler dish as it was going to a table for a child.
Overall excellent place to have a reasonably priced meal.
My turkey dinner was as good as a home-cooked meal.

Pretty standard Denny’s as far as the menu goes. They do have pretty quick food but the service can sometimes be slow for coffee refills.

Terrible service, worst I have ever had at any Dennys. Over an hour and a half wait for food on a typical day, not busy at all. Had to complain to get our first drink after being seated for 20+ minutes, server hasn't been by once I will NEVER be back! I can't even give it a one star review!

My husband and I go for breakfast a few times a month at the Tranquille location. We always have excellent service and a special shoutout to servers Georgia and Tej who always give exceptional customer service!

Messed up on mt fathers day dinner asked for a medium rare steak and got a well done steak and then the manager just laughs when they dont realize that their cooks will cost them more money then what they can make they also messed up on almost everyone elses order here

I love, love, going to Denny's with my grandson, the staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious and served hot.

Excellent service and my all time favorite Hot chocolate. Don't forget we can ask for refills for Hot Chocolate.

Takeout service was completely useless. Placed a scheduled order hours in advance, and when I arrived for it the order hadn’t even been started. Wasted 30 minutes coming and going twice, being told by staff that it would be ready shortly when it wasn’t. Staff were dismissive and incompetent, not answering me properly until one kind waitress finally did. An unnecessarily frustrating experience due to unhelpful servers. Unapologetic about the failure of their system.

I have been going to the downtown Denny's for years with my family and it has been amazing until the this year with new staff and new change. The changes are for the worst with new manger Jigar (not sure if I spelt his name right). He was no help to severs who where extremely busy instead he sat down at a table with the other manger Heather I believe her name was and flirted, it was incredibly inappropriate to do so at a place of profession. During this visit he also raised his voice at a sever in front of customers, not sure for what reason but no manger should treat an employee like that. It was disgusting and vile behaviour that should be dealt with head office. It's sad to see a place like Denny, which has been my weakly routine slip through the cracks.

It's denny's, they're all exactly the same. Not better than a mom 'n pop diner but still pretty good.

Best late night food, I always get their loaded nachos. Always an entertaining place and atmosphere to be in!

My waitress kept forgetting about us and they messed up our order and tried to charge us for it while I was there with family. The food tasted great though and most of my experiences are positive and when we went it was pretty late in the day so they were probably just tired. Food always tasted good though and you can tell how hard everyone is working.

Go to place whether for breakfast or a late bite after a hockey game. Same great food and staff I remember all the 40+ years of dining at Denny's.

Just ordered a 65$ order from skip the dishes and they didn’t even give the skip driver half of our items. Then had the audacity to tell us to reorder what we got and pay again!

Was very busy once we got inside. Was seated right away. Table was clean and drinks were served. Our Order was taken and the cook made an error and the waitress said she was getting a new one made. Food was hot and good.

Sarah is just the most amazing server I've ever had. Shes whipping back and forth getting everything I need. Super nice managers and awesome staff. No where I'd rather eat. Favorite time to come is in the evenings when Jeremy's in the kitchen. Best food in town!

Loved the food here and the staff was nice too. Food came quickly. I gave it 3 stars because my waitress made an issue about substituting ham for Turkey Bacon since I don't eat pork. I've gone to many different Denny's in the past and this has never been an issue. Because of that, I don't think I would come back to this location!

Definitely an experience for me while visiting Canada. Food portions are huge but the quality isn't great. That said, staff are friendly and if you're super hungry you cant go too wrong here - I've never seen so many options on a menu. Plus, bottomless coffee.

We got there at 5: 30pm it was quite and asked if we wanted patio or inside. We sat inside I found it to be a bit to chilly. We got a booth near the washroom. When I went to sit down I noticed seat had some things on the seat near the wall. I noticed some kid had took a pencil canyon to the wall. The interior had a ltaly theme it it.
