Mary-Lou did a wonderful job to take care of us. She was very polite and was quick with our food. She was a pleasure to have as a waitress.

Mary-Lou J was an excellent server. She provided us with prompt and friendly service. Always happy when she serves us as she always takes good care of us.

Mary-lou is amazing. Always eager to help and service with a smile. Super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. Breath of fresh air to have someone so friendly. Thank you Mary-lou you are a SUPERSTAR.

The food tasted very off which isn’t usual for here. The server just picked the type of Hashbrowns and eggs that came with my slam, rather than asking me which I’d like so I got 2 sides I didn’t like. We told the server about the food and he did nothing, and when we didnt tip, he took the receipt and just threw it at my husband. Will never go here again.

Our server Louise E was very kind to me and my fiancé. She was very intuitive on when to come to table and made our experience very enjoyable. The food on this day also was cooked perfect we give our experience 10/10 today.

I have been here quite a few times and this place is really nice. Aman has been really nice and generous in terms of serving and giving good recommendations to eat.

Always a good meal with family. Shout out to Aman our server who made sure we had everything we needed.

Always fast and friendly service. The waitress was absolutely fantastic! She was always topping up drinks, asking if we needed anything. Taking time to ask us about our day while it was obvious she was extremely busy, it made us feel very special and we will absolutely be back. The food was good, like truck stop food almost but filling and satisfying. I have celiac disease and she made sure to ensure the kitchen staff was aware and my specific needs were met. This is actually my sons favorite place to eat and will always make this his first choice if given an option.

55+ GRLD Haddock platter: the fish was dry, tough and didn't really appear as a legitimate age for harvest. It was overcooked and so were the? Veggies. However the service was awesome even though we didn't stay long enough due to scheduling conflicts with an upcoming team meeting at 1pm.
Hopefully next time it will be much better. All the best, awesome servers!

The staff are friendly and the food is always consistent. Sean, Mary Lou and the others really try to make the dining experience enjoyable. If you are a regular, they remember your favorite table! Definitely would recommend.

I would like to commend the manager, Sean, at the Williams Lake Denny's. He showed great work effort and and ethics by bussing tables, serving food and covering wherever needed during a busy lunch rush. He is a great example of a "good boss" as my grandson said. Thank you Sean, your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Food and service was fantastic! Valerie was our server and she was fantastic, so happy with her service and way she handles her job. I find mary lou, Pauline and Val work best together and makes the building shine! Way to go Val! Thanks a bunch

Sarah provided great customer service, checking in with me periodically to make sure I was happy with my meal. The quality was ok. What you’d expect from Denny’s. Good value. Good overall experience. I’d return.

Best Burger - the Slamburger, just needs a slice of pineapple
Same with the Fit Fare Skillet and possibly the Choconana pancakes with strawberry topping instead of fresh - just a thought

Also, Denny's used to have a peach cheesecake at one time, which was perfect for one pregnant young lady. Can you imagine if they or Red Robin maybe, offered a pineapple cheesecake? !
Same with the Crepe place in Downtown Vancouver, I'm sorry, I've forgotten the name. Crepe Palace? Palace of Crepes?
Ebi-tan, (something Sushi that starts with an S that used to be available in Kamloops near the old casino location) and Shabusen are also good places to eat. Starting to ramble, must be tired.

Very happy with our service, kitchen made an error to our order and our sever was great. Went outta her way and talked to the kitchen and the manger and even made a change to our bill couldn’t ask for better service

We’ve become regulars at Williams Lake Denny’s ever since they reopened during the pandemic. They’re cleaning and serving protocols were the best in town. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Pauline and Mary Lou are fabulous servers, always friendly, efficient and unflappable. It is lovely to walk into a restaurant and be greeted by name by Amarjit, the manager. The food is always excellent. We’ll done! My husband, Dave, and friend Beth concur!

Ordered some basic deep fryer food this evening for take out. Took a bit longer than expected which is ok. They missed a few of our dips and gravies that we paid for and didn’t receive. Also gave us different sides than what we ordered. One meal was sitting for a while since the other took a bit longer so fries were stale and cold. Paid $18 for one of the meals and didn’t get the quantity or quality one would expect for such a price. Usually Denny’s is consistent and I am happy with the food and service but tonight was just a disappointment all around.

Yesterday for dinner I ordered the chicken fried steak to go, I was also given a hand written note for me to leave positive feedback, well I am leaving feedback but it’s not positive. I’ve ordered the chicken fried steak before from other locations and by far this was the worst, the sauce on the steak was non existent and what was there was more of a liquid than a sauce as it was really thinned out, to top it off the mash potatoes and veggies were cold, as I traveled all day I was too exhausted to complain as it wouldn’t of accomplished much so I had a few bites and ended up eating my snacks that I brought with me.

Mary-Lou is a fantastic server and I should know, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many many years. She is so personable and welcoming - makes you feel like you’re having a meal at a your beat friend’s house.

The breakfasts are great here as well. Fast and delicious

From the moment we arrived the service was very friendly. Special thanks to Mary Lou & Dallas for there exceptional professionalism. We were very impressed with there attitudes. Great service and good food. We will be back.
