Family breakfast food was good.portions good size hash browns were great. Lots off staff never waiting. Was that nice friendly busy noisy not deafening. Nice clean bathrooms.

Great food and service on even on the worst snow day of the year. Restaurant was much busier than expected for weather conditions but food came out quick

We love that there are so many options to choose from the menu, and the ones we have tried were actually very savoury and delicious! Aman, our waitress, was very patient with us because we took forever to decide which ones to order, debating whether to stick with our faves or try something new. In the end, we tried something we hadn't in the past, and it didn't disappoint!

Great service everything. Staff learn about their regulars and build lasting relationships. Excellent place for weekly meals.

We went on a Sunday mid-morning and it was busy. There were 5 of us. Everyone ordered after waiting quite a while. It took a long time for our food to arrive which was delivered to the table beside us. Once they realized that they gave the other table, the servers removed the two dishes from in front of them and put them on our table-very unappealing and unsanitary. Two of us had meals that were very cold. We sent them back and had them redone. Given our long wait times, we were surprised when we were ushered out of the restaurant. The food once it was redone, was tasty. Price point is good.

Denny’s restaurant is a vegetarian-friendly restaurant. The beyond meat burger and veggie omelette are highly recommended for vegetarians.

Very slow service & every meal that was ordered (8 meals in total) was sent back except one, regrettably.

Gross. Always gross. My food came 20 minutes after everyone else’s at my table… overcooked, bad service.

Well, customer service is challenging at this location, which I didn't experienced at the Dennys in Surrey.

Service was amazing. Sandep (our waiter) gave great service and was kind enough to give us extra napkins and ketchup when needed. He had good energy and he was also smiling.

Got a super slam for myself and my son got a byo slam. Food was hot, delicious and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the washroom though, lots of space and it was nearly spotless, very impressed.

Worst experience, my wife and I were dining at this location and I found a hair in my meal. I showed the waitress my food with the hair in it and I asked the manager on shift to come and look at my dinner with the hair in it and he would not come and look at it. The manager just tells the waitress to offer us a desert to share for free. Horrible experience and no effort to make this right.

We have not been to Denny’s in a long time but had a great Saturday morning experience. Parul was very nice and accommodating!

Everything was so bland. Sour dough tastes like white bread. Toast barely toasted. The server was nice enough though.

Our server Parul was soooo awesome! She’s super friendly and very helpful. She checked on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic Service and Food Quality received today by my Family group of 5 Adults and my 2 Grandson toddlers. Our Server Harneet was nothing short of AMAZING! She is a Major Asset to the Denny’s Team. Right from the start she is serving coffee and even refilling before our group is even ready to order, We ordered seven meals and one meal to go, (Harneet had professionally estimated when to order and delivered the to go Breakfast entree just as we were finishing up) Harneet served every order flawlessly and constantly monitored our table for anything we may have needed. A quick word about the teamwork in this fine Denny’s Restaurant, perhaps Harneet had passed on to a teammate that I had requested HP sauce for our table or one of her excellent teammates overheard my request in any event a teammate delivered the HP Sauce assisting Harneet, this type of Teamwork makes a Customer of this Denny’s feel great as it’s obvious the Customer is important to the Team. I am saddened to see some petty complaints and I want to help balance the scales a bit. I cannot imagine any better service, food quality or hospitality delivered by Denny’s to our Family’s Group today, Thanks very kindly Merry Christmas and Happy 2022

Denny's is a great place to go. We have always enjoyed going there since our new location opened. The food and the staff are both awesome! My family and I can wholeheartedly tell you that if you want a good place for you and your family to enjoy a nice meal out then head on down to our new Denny's location on Fraser Hwy. You be pleased with the overall experience and not feel like it broke the bank to enjoy it.

We dont have very big appitites so we shared the Ultimite Omelette!
It was so tasty! The bacon was crispy, bell peppers, and mushrooms with cheese it was perfect!

Denny's isn't normally our first choice but after a nature walk with the family a late lunch seamed like a good idea, our waiter Shubam (I hope that's how you spell it) was extremely attentive and the food was hot fresh and delicious. The staff in general here seam really friendly here. High fives for a good job all round!

Worst service I have encountered. Our server not only barely acknowledged us, but took over 15 mins to bring us cutlery and sides. Food was burnt and tasted horrible. Even after complaining about it, they never did anything to rectify the situation. We waited over 15 mins for him to bring us syrup and by the time he did the pancakes were cold and disgusting. I would definitely not recommend coming here. A follow up to the response I received, telling someone you will bring them an item AFTER they have finished their meal is unacceptable. And as for waiving it off the bill, it was included in the meal price and it was NOT waived. Instead of acknowledging the mistake made you are choosing to try to belittle my review, how professional (note the sarcasm). Reheating pancakes in a microwave because they got cold while we waited for the syrup also not a plus.

Its Denny's.service was good very little wait time even when they were busy, food is Denny's food.basic

Food was very good. Great breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Service was a little slow but it was also busy and I think shorthanded. Still a great visit.

We’ve been several times to the Fleetwood location and every time we have had issues. We order appetizers and make sure it’s clear that we want them before our meal and yet three times now they forget to bring them. Every time I’ve ordered a dinner item it never once has come with the bread it’s supposed to. Last time we were there the waitress disappeared and I literally had to walk to the back to find her as not only did she forget the bread but also the cranberry sauce for my turkey. Then by the time she brought the cranberry sauce I had finished the rest of my dinner and the turkey was cold! There were only 2 other tables with people in them as it was later in the evening so it’s not like they were busy. Definitely the worst Denny’s we’ve been to.

Great and Excellent service. Yesterday my server "Puneet" was so helpful in getting the food.she went out of the way to provide exceptional service. The time I went before & the girl didn’t bring the food on time and even at other locations, things were pathetic. You don’t even need to ask Puneet for ketchup or extra items. I really only want Puneet when I come back to serve me and my family! She is a A+ server with soft spoken skills and we need to understand that it is a food industry and if you want the good food, you need to have some patience. I gave time and she gave me wonderful experience. Thanks

This is my first time to the Denny's at Fleetwood, though it was quiet tonite the service was very good and the servers were friendly and attentive and i was surprised when the server asked how our food was and was very open to any feedback - I thought to myself WOW this is a good sign. I ordered the haddock meal with two sides (squash and brocolli) and ceaser salad and garlic toast - the food was spiced well and i enjoyed the flavors - the fish was a tad dry and could be warmer - however I will be back to try other items on the menu as the menu pricing is very reasonable too. My friend said she will be bringing her husband back for breakfast.

Edit: I went back because I was meeting friends, but my experience didn't change my rating. Excellent service. My server went out of her way to try to make my meal right, and the manager tried his best. I thought a burger would be a safe choice, but I couldn't eat more than a bite. Probably a corporate problem. Cheap, fatty beef prepared on a flat griddle. Good fries, though.

Place was busy. But they had a lot of staff so that was great.waitress brought our table mates their soup but no spoon, had to ask twice before the finally brought them. Our meal was over before they came around and asked about refills. I ordered the Cali Club and only received a regular club. Food was all scrumptious though so that was great.

3rd visit here, great food open late booths all appear to have power and usb outlets with decent amperage for fast charging. Well worth a visit.

Great experience! Arsema served us. Really good service. Food was fresh and loved the environment. Retaurant was clean and well organised. Helped by the staff in a really efficient way. Would love to come in future as well. Thankyou!

First visit since they replaced the old ABC Country Restaurant. Decided to visit while my car was being serviced nearby at Surrey Honda. The Restaurant was steady with customers as I had my meal, but no waits. They had 4 waitresses plus busboy and manager on deck, and service was quick and friendly. Will visit again!

Me and my husband enjoyed our visit to Dennys this afternoon our waitress asmita gave us great service. It was busy but still we got amazing service from her, just few seconds after we sat she bought us our drinks and even our food came out pretty soon in rush hats off to kitchen for that

Came in on a Saturday late evening, wasn't too busy. Glad they're open till midnight as there's not much in the area anymore open that late, very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. And food was good, no complaints. If you're looking for a later evening dinn in the area, this is your place. This is one of the much nicer Denny's I've been. Worth the visit.

Have been here twice for dine in and online order pick up. There are plexiglass in between booth tables but not regular tables, though they do space out groups who sit at regular tables. The second dine in visit, while our server was very friendly, she wasn't very attentive. She also brought us our waters in a mug that still had lipstick residue on it (could clearly see the lip mark!) Online ordering and picking up was fairly easy. I had an issue with adding a promo online but I called the restaurant and the staff were very nice and helped me out. I think I would use online ordering more than dine in for now.

This is a new addition to Dennys hi food is as usual Good Denny's quality but one thing that stands out is that whoever ú waitresses knows good people.because í eaten there I've been delighted with the staff

The place was nice and clean. I was disappointed with my order. Angela was very understanding and changed my food, thank you Angela for amazing customer service.

We were in for dinner tonight around 7pm. We sat at the table to the left of the door. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL! They were so friendly and engaging and always available and ensuring our cups were full and we had everything we needed. This location takes customer service very seriously. The food was beyond delicious. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection, we all loved our dinners but my salmon was exceptionally amazing! I am a very picky salmon eater lol and they blew my mind with how great it was cooked and seasoned.
I highly recommend this location.it is 100% the best Dennys in the lower mainland!

Not a fancy place for dinner, iceberg salad was not fresh and had to be replaced. Burger itself acceptable but frice not really. Cheap dinner combos for seniors 55+ and additional 15% off on Thursdays. Food is pre cooked, pre packed cheap and not very tasty. For two peoples lunch for $37. I can get better deals in town.

Attempted to eat at this location today. The only people in the waiting area. An entire section of seating and we were told we could not sit there but had to sit in two designated chairs. I expressed my concerns to sitting in the two chairs that were 1 foot from a customer table with children standing with no masks and how I felt unsafe being directly below these children while I wait. I was told that the area I was in, that was distanced, was for food delivery, like skip, only. We were not allowed to wait there and move if a skip driver showed up. When I expressed my concerns I was told I could then wait outside.in the cold. Thanks. But I'm not interested in being treated that way. Won't be eating here. Their attempt at safety isn't making the customer feel safe. So we left. The location was already concerning as the inside seemed crowded. If they want people to sit in these chairs, don't sit a family at the table next to them. Not impressed.

Probably one of the better Denny locations in the lower Mainland. Food was greasy but obviously expected as it is Denny's. Service was friendly and attentive. Two burgers, an appetizer and drinks came to $75 with tip.

They seem really good with COVID protocols here. If they're busy you can have them text you when a table's ready so you don't have to wait inside. Hand sanitizer is available and they have directional stickers on the floor. There's plexiglass between the booths. Menus are laminated and sanitized, and there was also a QR code at the table. Utensils are given in paper packets. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and they seemed clean-no idea about the toilets though. Servers are nice, they laughed at my dad's bad jokes and we didn't have any issues with them. The food itself is what you expect from Denny's.

Even though this location is New and Was not busy when we went we felt like the service was not up to the Denny's standards

We came to eat here today for the first time, and i must say i was very impressed. I came with my family and food was delicious and service was outstanding.
The atmosphere was good and i could feel that people were enjoying there work. Restaurant was packed but no one was working under pressure and i could see smile on everyone’s face.

This was, by far, the nicest Denny's I have ever been in. I didn't even know that they opened up new ones anymore! I went in for my free birthday meal and had an exceptional waitstaff and service. Would totally go again!

Last night with my family we came for a late dinner, the waitress Cris is so committed to a great service and very friendly. The restaurant was busy but we were attended right away. Always a great place from fresh food, Covid protocol and the staff. WELL DONE!

The whole staff was extremely friendly from start to finish, amazing food in the morning of Christmas Day ️ thank you for making this experience memorable and unforgettable and specially safety during this pandemic time was also appreciable. I was a bit hesitant about stopping in here, because I've had nothing but bad experiences at Denny's in Langley and Coquitlam. But the manager of this location was really knowledgable and patience. Amazing customer experience:)

Was ok, staff was nice food tasted good, was a bit slow, and the portions felt a bit smaller than other Dennys. You can not use your points or collect points here. Was very covid safe.

What a bright fresh new restaurant with a familiar name. A good variety on the menu and the specials are excellent bargains. Our server Olivia was very efficient and friendly. We will definitely return.

I would like to share my experience regarding my first visit, i have been to many other Denny's location but this was my first visit to fleetwood location since me and my family have moved. I would like appreciate girl who took my order over the phone, she mentioned her name as Aasmita, if i m spelling it rightly, she was professional and versatile over helping me in placing my order correctly and also the food was appropriate with nothing missing. My order was for around hundred something and i ordered alot of different stuff with modifications and she was calm and did all the modifications. I was really impressed with the service and the location is also very convenient for people in fleetwood area. Its highly recommended from my side to have a visit there.
