Dental & Implant Clinic

Went there for the first time today and they did a thorough scan and exam of my teeth. The nurse was really nice. The place is clean and there's even a TV on the ceiling for you to watch. My hygienist Helen was pleasant, gentle, and did a great job with cleaning my teeth. I'm going back for fillings and I expect another pleasant visit.

The cancellation fee is very high and I don’t like that dental, that dental make appointment for me but did not ask my thoughts

Had alot of work done and a cleaning. The cleaning was very professional, friendly and thorough. I had 2 crowns, a wisdom tooth pulled and a few cavities done here. Dr. Carol was incredible as he made sure I wasn't in pain and did an amazing job at each appointment. Reception was very friendly and accepting of me as a new patient. Highly recommend them if your looking for a new dentist!

I had a very bad experience with one of the secretary of Dental and Implant Clinic located at lansdowne mall at Richmond, BC. I receive a rude call from a secretary named Socorro in this location, she is very rude and after being client of this clinic for long time. I felt disrespected and approached inappropriate by this secretary. Despite of good dentist and hygienist of this clinic, i will not recommend this clinic as their Secretary named Socorro is very unprofessional when dealing with their clients. I wish the owner will teach her how to handle customer with respect and how to learn proper customer service. I gave them one star instead of none as I am not allowed to post this. Appointment should verify by the client in order to confirm the spot date. This person doesn't understand the word verify or confirmed appointment. If its a confirmed appointment, instead of asking to verify they should say, " We are expecting you to come at the clinic at this date and time, " but, if you phone and asking the client to verify, that means it is not confirm and it is absolutely unacceptable to ask the client for a penalty of $100 for not a confirm appointment. It is not tolerable to receive a rude call from their secretary named Socorro after being a client for this clinic for long time. I am not referring this clinic to anyone. Unless, they will train their worker how to respect their customer
