I feel lucky to have found this dental clinic! I had multiple appointments for fillings, and each one was exceptionally professional and gentle.

I am grateful to Dr. Nasir and his assistant for their great work! The fillings look great and very natural. The doctor provided me with all the details throughout my treatment journey.

The front staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions! I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this office to everyone!

I am writing this feedback on behalf of my father, who recently underwent extensive implant treatment performed by Dr. Ayoughi. My father, who is in his early 70s, had previously undergone numerous implant treatments, but unfortunately, many of them proved unsuccessful. With a background in working at a dental office for many years during my past career, I was determined to ensure that my father received treatment from the best in the field. Dr. Ayoughi came highly recommended by numerous dental professionals, so I brought my father to see him. The treatment plan proposed by Dr. Ayoughi was quite complex, involving the removal of failed implants, bone grafting, sinus lift, multiple implant placement and implant crowns/bridges.

During the surgery, Dr. Ayoughi invited me into the surgical room for observation. Drawing upon my experience of working with many dentists in my previous career, I was genuinely impressed not only by his surgical skills but also by the top-quality materials he used for every implant patient.

If you are solely seeking the lowest-priced implants, this office may not be the right fit for you. However, if you are willing to invest extra for superior materials and the most advanced technology, provided by a surgically experienced professional, Dr. Ayoughi is the perfect choice for you.

Had a concerning infected tooth that was extracted with implant done all in one go. Dr Ayoughi very experienced with implants and definitely one of the best!

My appointment started at the scheduled time. I got x-rays of my teeth.and my teeth were cleaned and checked for cavities in less than one hour. The people working in the dental office were friendly and courteous.

Had to get braces fixed for my daughter while visiting from Calgary. They took us right away and helped.

Horrible experience. As a patient with periodontitis, I mentioned so many times that the cleaning process need to be gentle, but it turned out to be painful and massive bleeding. The Hygienist kept saying the my dental condition is “terrible” which made me feel bad, though I have never heard that from other dentists. Ends up paying way more than other dental clinics. Would not recommend this place to any person.

I visited the center twice. The welcome is overwhelming and more than that is the services one gets from their Dentists & assistants. I was treated by Dr. Ighani. I knew he was an experienced professional just when I didn't feel pain when treated. Now when I see the outcome, the look and the feeling, I really would like this opportunity to recommend Dr. Ighani & the center for the amazing job. Thank You!

I went there for examination and cleaning. They were not good at explaining all the facts and even the prices. They disclosed the prices after taking all the X-rays. This place is overcharging the customers. For the extraction of my one tooth they were asking for $2k and I got that done for $145 only from another place.

Had a great experience this week with False creek. Hadn’t been to a dentist in some time so had a cleaning, X-rays and a couple fillings done in 2 separate appointments. Every staff member was delightful to talk to, they were very informative about each procedure, and clearly explained the state of my teeth. This all made the process extremely comfortable. I’d highly recommend for future considerations.

Absolutely horrific level of pain, unlike anything I've ever experienced at any other dentist, and I've had several invasive procedures done in my life. In the past, anytime I have felt pain at the dentist (which was rare), they would stop what they were doing and offer me another injection. Not this time! I was hyperventilating, tears were streaming down my face, my hands were clutching the armrests involuntarily, and in case she missed all these signs, I kept TELLING her verbally that what she was doing hurt. But what did she do? She just said stuff like, "It shouldn't hurt that much, " (well then you are doing something wrong, ma'am, because it does), "This next part won't hurt, " and "I'm almost done". But I kept stupidly believing her when she said these things, so I kept foolishly giving her more chances, only to gasp in pain every time she drilled. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded by any health professional in my life. I would have stood up and walked out if I could have, but I just wanted to get it overwith.

This whole experience has ruined the dentist for me, after being totally fine for 45 years. At my new dentist last week, they noticed that I was flinching and kept asking if I felt pain. I didn't, but I'm so traumatized from this place that I can't help but flinch now from the expectation of pain.

The 2 stars are because they did do a decent job on my procedure. But it wasn't worth it. Never again.

The Dentist took time to expain work to be done, go over x-rays, lay out options and made recommendations for priorities that were helpful in making decisions. Receptionist's explanation of insurance coverage was clear and understandible. The Dentists, Hygienists and other staff are caring and meticulous. All-in-all a positive experience.

SUBSEQUENT: Hygiene plus one replacement filling and one new one. From the hygienist to the dentist to the reception staff - great friendly service as usual. They are great at explaining what they are doing. This is an office I don't dread going back to.

This was my first visit to Dentist@False Creek. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an upbeat reception from Ben. After receiving an x-ray I met with Dr Ayoughi. He was very satisfying and comfortable to discuss the procedures and the different options available to me including a clip-on which can be transferred to a permanent fixture. I had left knowing that I would receive the highest Professionalism! Dwight.

HORRIBLE STAFF AT FRONT DESK, AWSOME DENTIST. I went there to get a filing and the Dr.did an awesome job. However the front desk forgot to charge me for $26 outstanding balance and when my roommate went in for some work they forced her for my outstanding balance. I called in during that time and said I am coming in for a filing next week and told them its not proper business conduct to charge somebody else my balance. The front desk lady said she can charge whoever she wants for my bill and hung up the phone. Her name is Kathy. I will find which other place my dentist works out of and go there from now on. Any thoughts please?

Excellent service from front desk staff. They explained everything, helped with billing, doctors were amazing. Hygienist was very thorough and nice. Everyone friendly and helpful. Outstanding experience every single time.

Dr.shahdad was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. The whole medical team is very friendly, the clinic is super clean and they follow all the Covid-19 protocols.the location has planty of street parking as well.

Everytime I go. Everyone is so nice. My hygienist Lynne is the best. So good at her job and helped me through the appointment.

Best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life. My teeth are normally very sensitive and the dental hygienist did an amazing job, no pain whatsoever. I get the feeling everyone there is very experienced, from the person who did the xray to the hygienist to the dentist, service was too notch. They also include parking too underground and I didnt have to wait long for my appointment.

Dentist at False Creek completely let me down. They talked my into a root canal on tooth that I wanted extracted. I then suffered through three sessions of agony to be told they didn't have the expertise to do it. I was in agony the weekend after the last bout and I contacted Ben at their office. He promised to call me back, which he never did. I sent him an email and I got a reply from another man-Ben was using his account. I was warned off Dentist at False Creek and particularly Ben, who acts like a used car salesman. When I contacted a more ethical dentist, they tried to refuse to send my x-ray. I spent a bunch of money and got nothing but pain. I should report them to the College of Dental Surgeons.

I was very pleased with all the work that was done today. No sharp corners to cut my tongue and a great fix for my chipped tooth.

I have had a very pleasant and positive experience at DFC. Ben and Cynthia are always helpful and very patient answering my questions and I have never felt rushed or brushed off. The billing is always very clear and everything is communicated well in advance if and when there are any issues with my insurance benefits and/or coverage limits.

I also *absolutely love* the ability to conveniently and quickly confirm my dental appointments via the text message notification. Another outstanding modern feature is the ability to fill out and submit the COVID questionnaire online before my appointment which is always followed up by a verbal questionnaire upon my arrival at the office and prior to me entering the dental treatment area. The office clearly follows the Provincial Health Authority's COVID related guidelines and orders as it was evident to me during all my visits to DFC.

Moving on to the dental chair team: I had my cleaning done by Lynn and she was such a professional and her calm and friendly demeanour made my long overdue cleaning a breeze. There are two Elis that have assisted Dr. Ayoughi during my procedures and both are very professional, polite, friendly and very good at their job.

And I saved the best for last which is my dentist Dr. Ayoughi. What I really value in anyone doing their job, is their passion about their work/profession and this is what stood out for me from early on in my experience with Dr. Ayoughi. This very important characteristic along with Dr. Ayoughi's friendly, calm and professional personality continuously makes me feel very confident about being in very good hands when going through all my dental procedures. And the proof is in the pudding. All the work Dr. Ayoughi has recommended and performed has returned me to a much healthier oral health for which I am very grateful! I dread dentist visits. I have crazy sensitive teeth. Add a pandemic to that, and it’s a nightmare. But I found the staff here very gentle and understanding. Dr. Kadivar was thorough and did an excellent job with my dental work. Marisa and Lynn were also outstanding. The reception staff are also great! This is the place to go to, Folks.

Best dentist I have been to, great service and pleasant people from front desk to cleaning to dentist check up. Nice clean office space, and you can get appointments on the weekends. I used to have to wait months at my previous dentist to get a weekend appointment. Also really nice they text you in advance of your appointment to remind you and you can confirm your appointment with a simple reply to the text message. Great overall.

Now for the care: Lynn, the dental hygienist was the best! I have a lot of experience because I has bad gums - her care, expertise and touch was amazing.
Dr Nima Salimipor (called Dr Nima) came in and went over the plan of care for my teeth - was so so wonderful- It was like I had know him for years, explaining everything with Gentle clarity and ease. So sweet. This is now my go to dentist office.

Dr. Lynn is the best! Did you know that you don’t have yo feel like you’re being water boarded while getting your teeth cleaned? It’s true.
Apparent you can have it done without the water thing and just have them use a scraper and a splash of water every few minutes.
By far the best way. Why does no one tell you this option is available?
Well Dr. Lynn did and now I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Great Place. The dentist is remarkable and the assistance is great. The staff at the front makes sure you are all up to date with your work and they make sure you medical plan covers what you are entitled to. If you aren't sure, they make sure you are aware of things and if you need to make a payment, they work with you and not pressure you. They truly care about your oral health.

Highly recommend this dentists office due to the well trained staff, modern equipment and clean/relaxed office.

Great team! They are very professional and treat patients with such kindness. Over the years I've been seen by all three dentists, Dr. Salimipour, Dr. Barati, and Dr. Ayoughi, and they are each wonderful. There is never any pressure to have unnecessary procedures done. Lynn the hygienist is awesome too, and I always look forward to my cleanings. The office is very comfortable for patients and conveniently located.

I went due to my coworker's recommendation, and I'm so glad I went! The front desk staff is nice, and Lynn the hygienist is so friendly and answered all of my (probably silly) questions.
I followed up with an appointment with Dr. Barati. I initially had it booked 3 weeks from then, but they texted me when there was an earlier opening on a weekend (the only time I can go) - which is great! I got to see her earlier thanks to that.
The appointment was the least stressful and scary one in my life. I've always been mildly terrified of the dentist, but she explained thoroughly and checked up on me throughout the procedure to make sure I'm doing okay. Definitely will be staying here!

I always have a good experience with Dr Nima (and the hygienists). He's great at communicating to you what's going on and what treatment he recommends and why. I'm more than happy to make the trek out to Olympic Village from Port Moody for the service and experience at Dentist @ False Creek.

Lynn (Hygienist) is such a caring, kind and lovely human being who has patience and understanding for big babies like me!

I saw Dr. Barati and it was the first female dentist I've had in my life, it was such a great experience. She is honest, easy to talk to and shares personal experiences which help to make you feel comfortable.
