I normally get my laser hair removal from the begging of this year I absolutely love this place and the result m achieving from the treatment laser treatment her not only removes hair but also neutralizes my skin tone and pigmentation.
Yesterday I went to get a facial here and I am beyond impressed, the products were over stimulating for me but they use techniques to calm my skin end result my skin was supper silky… now I am a very sensitive skin and scared of getting treatments but they know how to sooth you skin when it feels like burning but ur skin is not burning it’s just eating up dead skin cells. Today my skin feels soooooo refreshed and healthy

Terrible service. When attempting to book my first appointment through Instagram, as I had won a giveaway, I asked if there was a time available for 5: 30, and they replied with "Hi, no problem. That spot is booked. " So I arrived on that day only to be told by the receptionist that the Instagram message meant that the 5: 30 slot was booked for someone else. (Okay, but why wouldn't the Instagram responder offer another time?) I understand that mix ups like this happen sometimes, so I apologized but received no apology on their part.

Furthermore, I had won another giveaway shortly after this one. Because laser sessions are booked 6 weeks apart, I waited until my first set of giveaway sessions were over before mentioning that I had won another giveaway. I assumed that the company would be keeping track, as they should. So after my first giveaway sessions were over, I tried to book another appointment with the receptionist right after, explaining I had won a 2nd giveaway. She refused to book another appointment right there and said that I had to message them on Instagram in order to book it. (Again, okay, but I'm right there already in the office?)

So finally, I go home and message them. They reply and say "Hi; sorry the giveaway prizes are valid only for one month. " NOWHERE on their website, or on the giveaway rules was this mentioned. I've attached a screenshot of their reply. They were dismissive and not at all accommodating or transparent. With the recent news the charges laid against one of their employees, I'm not surprised that they need this many giveaways to bring in business.

They burnt me here and i have never wanted to go back, the male tech also tried to do my brazilian laser hair removal when i specifically only asked for the woman.

They are one of the best, dynamic, caring, modern facility, and professional people with a great manner.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal done by Dr. Ali at Dermabella clinic for a while now and I’ve been extremely happy with the results so far. I’ve seen a significant reduction in my hair and the speed at which it grows. I also feel it’s important to mention that since I’m getting my brazilian done as well that I’ve always felt extremely safe. Ali is very inviting and kind and the office, although small, is very cute and has a relaxing spa like feel. I highly recommend Dermabella for treatments as they offer packages for many services and produce great results. I’m sure I’ll be getting many more myself.

Waited a little bit to write a review as I got a discount from entering an Instagram giveaway and was slightly skeptical. It was also my first time getting any laser at all and I had a great experience. I've completed about 4-5 sessions for my underarms and bikini area and I'm pretty much completely hairless! A few hairs grows over the course of a month but I barely ever have to shave or pluck anymore.:)

Laser hair removal was painless and effective! The clinic is extremely clean and tidy and I felt comfortable at every session. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for great customer service and amazing results.

I was skeptical at the beginning and after every session I couldn’t wait a week later to see the results. I was told I just needed to wait up to 6-8 session to don’t see almost any hair grow again on my underarms and that’s what effectively happened. I “solved” about 95% of my underarm hair and the e few left are almost transparent/white no more dark at all, almost invisible. It cost me a bit all of these session of course but I can consider me completely satisfied. Professional stuff and very short/quick sessions.

They take the time to answer your questions and I never felt pressured to purchase additional services. The clinic is clean and safe with all covid-19 protocols in place.

Had laser hair removal done for full legs, she did not do all of the areas, spent around 20-25 minutes in total on my legs, generally it takes 40-hour for full legs especially with the cynosure Elite. Did not see any results. Very disappointed

Very professional and clean. I love the fact that there is no gel used or needed on the skin and the laser does not touch the body. The laser treatments have reduced body hair. Highly recommended. Just be sure to ask for either a male or female technician if you have a preference.

I bought a package for hair removal and it has been great, in all the 6 sessions I felt always welcomed, the staff is really nice and professional and the treatment is so quick. The clinic is clean and relaxing. I have really noticed that after 6 sessions I have almost no hair coming out anymore. I will buy a few more sessions for maintenance but overall I’m very happy with the results.

I had cosmetic acupuncture from the Derma Bella Clinic and I was very happy with the immediate results! My face looked more plump and I was complimented about my glow.

Very disappointed. The doctor literally lifted my eyes with his hand to show me what I will see after the procedure after 6-8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks and got zero result. The quality of the threads are way below the standard. I really regret spending $1000 here, please avoid this place.

I came to this clinic for bikini laser hair removal and was very happy with the results. The doctor was very professional and explained everything ahead of time. The machine they used did not require the use of gel and it has a cooling feature while the laser is on. The procedure was quick and I saw results in my early sessions already. I’ve gotten the nose thread treatments at this clinic. In comparison to other places, the doctors here are extremely professional. The pricing is also great for the service that you in turn, receive. During my second treatment, my doctor used an extra thread for me to achieve the height that I wanted. He told me that I didn’t need to worry about payment as I was a loyal client.
