I had two procedures done with Mikalla recently, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. First of all, the clinic is pristine (just the way I like it). Mikalla is extremely professional and has a gentle touch. She listens to what her patients want and she delivers 100%. My experience at the clinic was perfection - I highly recommend it (and Mikalla!). I will return!

Pathetic pathetic customer service. I have a huge problem with their receptionist. I forgot about my appointment as my daughter was sick and it deviated my mind. They called me after my appointment time got over instead of reminding me after few minutes of starting my appointment time. When I asked why you didn’t call me earlier after my appointment time started and I didn’t show, they told me as if u could have hop in the car and immediately could have come. Who are you to decide whether I could have come or not. It would have been my problem then if I couldn’t make it even after your intimation. They also told me Angela didn’t want her to call.guess what.it’s a very easy way to fraud money from customers stating no show.right.
You guys have cancelled my husbands appointment so many times at the very last moment and we never complained. Even though we had to make so many adjustments in our routine just because of this.
I am extremely disappointed.you have lost two customers forever.will never ever return back.
