I had an appointment today at this clinic. The staff was very professional and respectful. They called me the day before the appointment and the day of the appointment they called me to confirm the appointment. And my big thanks to the doctor (Sarel Jaff) he was very very professional.

I had an exceptional experience at the clinic. They took me in the very next day and took care of my wisdom teeth so quick that I could not believe. Excellent staff, dentist and service and very affordable prices.

Everyone always writes reviews about being a patient, I work here and all my family members come here because of their professional services, infection control and new equipment, and the dentist never compromising anything when it comes to care of the patients. Both dentist are confident and knowledgeable. Dr. Ben and Dr. Sarel and all staff members will always welcome you in a professional manner, and any questions that you may have. Dr. Ben does Invisalign with a advanced propel system, which blows my mind, if you are looking for a fast way to correct your smile book a complimentary consult.

We recently moved to Surrey and are lucky enough to have such awesome clinic in our neighborhood. My 3 kids are rightnow getting dental treatment from Dr Sarel Mohammed and we are thankful to his kind, honest and professional diagnostic and treatment. Further, as per our understanding he is highly competent and surely one of the best dentists in the town.

I came into Derna clinic for a cleaning - and when bigger issues with my teeth were discovered Dr. Ben and his staff took the time to go over my options and provided me with the best possible care. Highly recommend Dr. Ben and his staff to anyone. They get you in right away when you have an appointment, stay in constant communication through your process and really show a deep care for their clients. Highly satisfied.

I had a very bad pain and I went through couple of dental clinic but instead of helping me it got worse which cause me bad infection finally I went to this clinic and came back like a new person with no pain literally.great staff great customer service.very gentle with the procedures.very happy with everything!

My visit with Dr. Ben has been one of my best experiences with a dentist. I was very self conscious about my smile because of my grey fillings - when I brought this up with Dr. Ben during one of my cleanings - he put in a new filling and now my smile is white and bright. Dr Ben, Dr. Sarrel, and the staff at Derna Dental Clinic are truly amazing! If you are looking for an amazing dental team, Derna Dental clinic is the best! Dr Ben has done two implants for me and been my general dentist for years. Faye whom works alongside Dr. Ben is not just knowledge but has a wonderful chairside manner who even held my hand when I was tired and fearful. Ruby (my new hygienist) was so very thorough with a cleaning, that there is no need for a periodontal hygeniest any longer.
And did I forget to mention the office staff.so sweet, respectful and thorough with the billing process and appointments

Had a family member in here for emergency tooth pain. 300 bucks for them to do basically nothing.what a joke!
I thought dentistry was to do good.not be money making crooks for doing nothing!

Dr. Ben, Faye and the whole Derna team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a root canal scheduled for the following week; but my tooth pain had all of a sudden become intolerable. I made a call to see if there was any flexibility in seeing me sooner because of the pain. Dr. Ben went out of this way to see me that day and completed the full procedure. Dr. Ben is caring, competent and extremely professional. My entire family goes to Dr. Ben, highly recommend to switch your family over to Derna Dental too!

Dr. Ben and his staff are very honest and professional. They explain any treatment very clear and only provide services that are needed. One of my family members had invisalign treatment done with Dr Ben and was very satisfied with the results, Dr Ben explains every detail that will be invloved in your treatment and gives you a clear picture of your before and after expectations, he will only finish the case if his own high expectations are met so you can tell how hard working and professional he could be! Never going back again. Does a terrible job of invisalign after spending $6000, then refuses to fixes his mistakes. Short tempered dentist. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible!

Dr Ben has been my family dentist for as long as I can remember. Three generations in fact, my father, myself and my son and wife. They are always professional and timely with their service.
