Its been 2 years now I visit this salon.
The staff here are extremely professional and kind. Sandy (she recently did soothing facial for me) and Harpreet both are great and provide amazing services to their clients.
All other staff is also amazing.

I tried this salon for the first time to get waxing done and Sandeep gave me such an amazing service. She is super kind and from that day I decided that I’ll be always going to get my waxing done from her. She did a great job with my waxing and she was extremely nice.

The place was empty and one worker was on the phone and one playing with the phone while 2 others were busy talking. I had to wait until they noticed me and she told me to leave and go next door, then she asked what do you need as if she didn’t care so I said forget it I can’t deal with you and I left- don’t go here! You can’t be that desperate.

Our visits to Desire beauty salon have always been awesome. Very neat and clean and up to date salon with big bright windows for daylight and outside view so one doesn’t get bored. Sandy my hair dresser is a wonderful girl. Always courteous, polite friendly and well experienced. One big thing is they are always very accommodating. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a nice beauty salon.

Awful. I went here for a haircut with my little girl. The lady wanted to wash my hair, although I said I didn't want to. But she kept insisting. After the cut, she used the heater on max that I had a severe headache all night. It worsened my hair fall too. After my kid's haircut, she was too rough using the curler and my little girl felt it so uncomfortable. I've taken my kid to many places for a haircut here but they've always been very gentle.
I will never recommend this place. It was my first and last visit here.

I have tried many different salons for eyebrow threading and this salon is honestly the best. No matter who you get they do a really good job to make ur eyebrows complement you!

Do not recommend! Botched my eyebrows. She made them uneven, very thin and cut one side way shorter than the other!

I have gone to desire beauty for years and i had a fabulous experience everytime I typically see Aman or preet. Both do an amazing job with color, cut and style. I highly recommend them both. The salon is clean, modren and bright. I always feel welcome at salon desire beauty salon 10/10

Love this salon and staff.i am going there from last 3 years.i love their make up service and all other services like waxing, threading and best laser service.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I got the worst service here. I came in to get my eyebrows done and now my eyebrows have a messed up shape and are thin. The lady who did my eyebrows did not care at all when doing them it took her literally 2 mins to do them. Never coming back here and do not recommend at all.

I got waxed and my face threaded here. This lady (owner?) knows how to wax. Super impressed at her technique and the friendly service. The waxing room wasn’t super clean but considering the reasonable prices and good service, this is a great find.

I got my haircut & styled here today. The lady that did my hair is so awesome. She did such a marvelous job. The salon is super nice & vibrant inside. Thanks!

I have been a customer with Desire Hair & Beauty since it opened its doors. They do a great job with cutting and coloring hair and all other services that they provide. Great and friendly service from all the personnel at this salon. I highly recommend Desire Hair & Beauty Lounge.

Can't give zero or I wud have. Thus is by far the worst the worst place I have been to for Lazer hair removal. She got rid of me not even within five minutes and ruined my entire hairline.

I went here first because of the location and I keep going back because of the great staff and good price. And I have used all the spa services from threading, waxing, facials and always leave happy.all the ladies show with smiles and make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. Even when I moved further away I still call desire for my services.

The staff here are amazing! I was so thrilled with my foils and haircut! I would 100% recommend. Very professional and kind personalities and they know exactly what they are doing without a doubt! Wonderful atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work?

shaped differently. Took a risk with trying this salon, won’t happen again.

Always go to the owner for my haircut she does a great job on guys and girls. Been my go to for almost 7 or 8 years. Highly recommend this place for waxing threading hair cut hair coloring and so on.

Went in for my eyebrows and the lady finished in two minutes and missed so many hairs. I had to point out all the spots she missed 3 times. Then at the end she pointed out that I needed my roots done. Wow, thank you!

$16.80 just for eyebrows and forehead. Didn’t even bother to put moisturiser after threading. Looting people. Never going back there.

I have been going to Desire since they opened. They do a fantastic job at eyebrows threading and waxing. I have also got my sons hair cut there a few times and that was a great experience as well. Always friendly, never wait long, great service and I always love my brows!

I have been going to Desire Beauty for several years. Jessie takes time and care to do a precision hair-cut! My hair feels so healthy and the style lasts as it grows.

Went there for threading. Very bad experience. Didn't even remove the under skin growth and trimmed the hair unevenly. When I asked her to make it even she made that eyebrow thinner than other and said that because you asked me to do this, otherwise it was ok. She didn't realize that I asked her to trimmed the hair evenly.

Jessie does beautiful hair. I had to refresh my highlights and her advice was to start over which meant full dark color and then today add highlights Turned out amazing! Thanks again

Writing this hoping it will be constructive feedback for Desire. I love Aman but just can't go to desire anymore. Eyebrows good. Hair BAD. My kids cuts have been so consistently poor that I now cut their hair myself (and it actually looks better). For my own hair which I do infrequently - I had root touch up done about 6 months ago and left with hot roots. Could have saved $60 and likely looked better had I used a box from the grocery store. Actually did end up using a box dye to "fix" the professional colour botch about a week after the appointment because the red roots were just too much. Had my hair cut recently and in all of 10 minutes she said "done". Cut my hair while she was on her cell phone which is the norm from my experience. I measured the difference and it is actually 2.25 inches shorter on the front right than the left so I have to pull my hair from the back to compensate for the difference. Money down the drain. The most frustrating part is society has even groomed us to tip on service we are unhappy with!

I just went there for nails and eyebrow threading. Eyebrow was fine but I might have well have gotten my nephew to do my nails. Spent 50 dollars for nothing

I just had my eyebrows done there today, and the lady there didn't do a very good job that I had to fix it when I got home. The lady was very much preoccupied with her phone and is not focused on what she was doing with my eyebrows. This is the 2nd time I went here and I wasn't as satisfied as I have last time. The other lady who did mine the first time did it waaaayyy better than the lady now.

I got my colour done from here.it turn so good.they did cut and style too for me.it looks amazing!

I do my hair in Desire for over a year now. Hairstylists have excellent skills, they are creative. I am always happy with the outcome and to master long and curly hairdo it's not an easy task. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They always make my day bright!

The best place to get eyebrows done hands down. Great shape, quick, nice people. They also do a good job dying brows.

Butchered my hair. I also got it styled after and it’s like she didn’t know how to curl hair, it looked like i was wearing a Afro wing, I had wings as hair all around my head. It’s been two months and I’m still trying to grow out this awful cut even after someone else at another salon tried to fix it
