Advisor Bella did an amazing job. I got an emergency with my car because the oil light came on she took action right away and get the car by afternoon.

I have been going to Destination Toyota Burnaby for years for routine services. The service was always good and that was the reason why I went all the way there from Surrey even though there is a Toyota service very close to where I live in Surrey.

However I did routine maintenance today at Destination Toyota Burnaby and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They parked my car very very close to the flower bed bounding wall. The bounding wall is very low and It was impossible to see it from the rear-view mirror. I started engine and only slightly turned my steering wheel and the car hit on the bounding wall. Shouldn’t there be a sign to warn people there is a bounding wall? Shouldn’t they park my car properly in the parking lot? This is the first time my car got damaged since I bought it brand new two years ago. I talked to the staff about it and they said I should claim my insurance to pay for the repairs. So disappointed!

Nov 23,2023: I came through Express Lane #3 for installing a brand new 12V captively-sold battery for my RAV4H. Mani was courteous, polite & professional. The job was concluded within some 70 mins of leaving behind my car. Good job done & happy.

Spectacular customer service throughout the buying process. Our sales representative Andy, was very professional and responsive during the waiting period. When we picked up our vehicle, the transaction was hassle-free.

Update: recently returned for a service appointment to install a dash cam and update the software on the multimedia unit. The service provided by the team was phenomenal. We were offered the Uber service and chose to spend the time at Metrotown, while the installation was completed. Definitely looking forward to a long term relationship with Destination Toyota.

This experience has been the same every time ive used their service dept.
My last service bill was somewhat high but walked away with a smile, as usual.

Worst service experience. A few days ago I went this location for drive through oil and filter service camry hybrid 2009. They said they did the service and all the oil levels are tune up to maximum level. Unfortunately, I didn't checked at that time becauseI trust toyota service. After few days I opened up my car hood and I realized they didn't tune up the other oils. They just did oil and filter service. No windshield tune up, no hybrid coolant tune up, no brake fluid tune up. I recommend people check your fluid levels before leaving any dearship after service done. Thanks

This review is for the ICBC collision shop and repair. I went for a consult, and the ICBC advisor told me what parts I needed and scheduled me in for an appointment 2 weeks later. Their latest time of the day is still challenging for me to get there from work, so I really worked hard to be organized that day and had to cut a meeting short in order to get there. I arrived, checked in, dropped off my car at reception and the receptionist informed me the process would take about 1-1.5 hours. I decided to go for a walk; about 7 minutes into my walk, I was called by the adjuster saying there was a problem with the parts and my car couldn’t be repaired today. I figured maybe the parts didn’t fit, or the wrong ones were ordered. Instead, when I returned, I was told that the parts hadn’t even come in yet. I was extremely frustrated- not sure how I wasn’t called at any point that day to communicate this to reschedule my appointment, or even at reception when I checked in. It could have saved me a lot of stress in my day and I could have finished my meeting. To me, it says that their customer’s time is not valuable and that they do not care. He told me the parts wouldn’t be in until November, however, 2 days later I received a call saying they were in. Very odd. I really hope I will not need an ICBC repair again in the future, though if I do I will not be bringing my business here. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Visited the dealership today as I made an appointment to test drive the highlander hybrid. I arrived and they told me the car was there but they couldn’t find a key. Then after waiting 20 minutes they said the car was out for a test drive. After waiting 50 minutes I asked for the sales manager’s card so I could give feedback as I had to leave. The receptionist went over and spoke to someone, came back and told me that they didn’t have the manager’s card but to wait and the manager would come out and speak to me. I left as I couldn’t wait any longer and had to pick up my kids. Poor customer service and wasted an hour of my time. Lost my business.

Martin was my go-to sales person and he's hands down the best sales person I've ever encountered He was friendly and knowledgable, whenever I had questions he answered them very quickly.
Daniel, who is in charge of ordering and allocating the RAV4 Primes, kept me up to date on the process of my new vehicle so that I never felt like I was being forgotten.
Marcus, another sales manager, was so nice and let me even check out his Prime and gave me all the details about it before I purchased my own.
Vanessa, in financing, had such a personable demeanour and explained the purchasing process so thoroughly.
Phoebe was so helpful in going over the new features of my vehicle. There are so many little details and I was definitely overwhelmed. She was patient and kind when answering all my questions.
Everyone at this location is so pleasant and really goes above and beyond to make it an effortless purchasing experience.
I am so happy with my RAV4 Prime purchase. I highly recommend this location if you're looking into buying a Toyota.

Terrible customer service. Vehicle was not able to be checked in at appointment time. This is the whole point of having an appointment. Truck was in for an oil change, Small issue came up and manager said he can reduce the price. Came back to pay and no discount whatsoever. Spoke with manager again and he didn’t care because I’d paid and left already. Brought my truck here multiple times and do NOT recommend.

I’ve always loved dealing with the people at this location. They have treated me well and were always honest. I have dealt with Cheri more recently and she is very pleasant and friendly. Since I lived in the area for years, I decided to look for a Toyota when I was looking for my next vehicle. Unfortunately, after I moved I realized my great experience is limited to this location only.

Just brought my Lexus in for a brake check and replacement. Destination Toyota service department was excellent in communicating to me about the job that needed to be done. They were able to order and rush the parts that’s needed to be delivered on the same day so I didn’t need to bring the car back a second time.
I’m very pleased with their speedy and fantastic service. Job well done!

Went in with my buddy, Donald doesn't know the differences between each trim levels, had find that out on the Toyota website ourselves. We brought our business else where, and ended up with a much better deal. Save yourself the headache, go to other dealers!

I had a great experience with my sales consultant Tim. He showed me a few different RAV4 vehicles. And was very helpful with all my questions. Loved the fact I could text him at any time and he always replies in a timely Manor
The girls in finance were wonderful since I called 3-4 additional times wiith questions and spoke to a different person each time. All my questions were answered right away.
The manger Chris was also great in helping me with my black out badges. And showing me where to go to purchase my extra accessories etc.

Trying to hunt for a new car urgently during the weekend, the car salesman Maino is the best car sale rep after visiting 9 different dealership. He is very patient, open up for option and nice in person, hop on to talk and ask questions with him will worth your time.
