I worked in the auto industry in the past so when it comes to detailing and PPF I have very specific requirements. I found them off the internet and was impressed with my chat on the phone with Nathan. He explained everything and sent me a link to book. Dropping off was a breeze and Nathan showed us his works space and explained all the work he was going to perform on my Tesla in great detail which was much appreciated. Nathan and Donovan are artists and my car their canvas, the end result is a masterpiece. My Model S is better than showroom condition. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to perfection.

I just bought a brand-new car and took it to them for Nano Solutions Ceramic Coating (Alpha package lifetime warranty), and Nano Solutions Interior. To make a long story short, I'm very happy with the job they did. Since it's a lifetime warranty, that means that they will take care of any future problem with their work, but there's yearly maintenance cost of about $100, and if not the lifetime warranty will be seduced to 5 years warranty. The car must be taken to them for an annual inspection 30 days before the anniversary of last inspection to maintain the lifetime warranty.

They are highly professionally. I would recommend them to my friends or any other people. I look forward to continue taking my car to them to maintain the brand-new car look.

Nathan & his crew - I only met Donovan - are beasts! They explained everything to me, tailored a package to fit my needs and the final product was absolutely STUNNING!

I had a few nicks on my the paint they fixed without a trace and my care is super shiny and slick and super easy to clean! I definitely recommend them. The tools were they use are calibrated for my Tesla to produce the best results. By far the best car wrapping and detailing shop in Greater Vancouver Area! I was so excited I took tons of photos!

I had my new Porsche protected by Nathan and his Team. The service was excellent and Nathan's flexibility and response/communication were excellent. He had the vehicle picked up right from the dealership and performed PPF and ceramic coating as well as interior protection. The work was first class and Nathan was quick to respond to any minor deficiencies. I have since recommended Nathan and Detailed Solution to numerous people based on my positive experience!

I originally came across Detailed Solutions (DS) due to needing some assistance getting scratches off my windshield. It's typically not their specialty nor did Nathan had much experience working with glass; however, that didn't stop him from offering to try by giving it a few rounds of polishing (but failed). However, his helpful demeanor and gentle approach gave me a good impression that subsequently earned them my business for coating my brand new 2020 Honda HR-V Touring Model. After considering my needs (never had they try to upsell more), the Alpha Coating + Full Interior package was agreed upon. After a full 5 days (it was only expected to take 3 but additional wet sanding was required due to tree sap on my hood), the exterior coating results were indeed *excellent* but the interior detailing failed short of my expectations. Why? There were very noticeable blemishes on certain areas of my leather along with plastic / trim sheen inconsistencies (some spots even totally missed) throughout the inside. It was a mixed bag of results, to say the least. I reached out to Nathan a few days later, showed him pics of the various deficiencies and was promptly booked in to address those concerns while combining that visit with my post-coating "maintenance wash". Upon that visit, Donovan (Nathan wasn't available) worked on those interior residual issues and was glad overall results looked improved afterwards. Was I then totally satisfied? Well, considering how picky I am, the only way to make it 100% perfect was if I had finished it off by myself. Upon pondering a few days, I called up Nathan again to see if I could come in one last time for final touch up's and he had no problems in doing so. On the final touch up day, Nathan was very patient and professional to hear me out and going above & beyond to really leave me fully satisfied at the end. Well, I can honestly say he finally reached that goal! He even didn't hesitate to help me polish off a scratch that wasn't caused by any of their fault. If it wasn't Nathan's relentless approach to excel in customer service, (despite the shortcomings of the initial interior coating mishaps), this review would've been rated only 3 stars. Great work, DS! Hoping to be a loyal customer for the next 20+ years.

As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. " Well, Nathan has defied that statement in my latest dealings with Detailed Solutions. I had a minor vehicle accident few weeks ago and had to get ceramic recoated as part of the repair process. Not only did Nathan recoated the impacted panels with excellent results, he ensured all the careless overspray, paint sanding marks, scuffs, scratches and blemishes was taken care of beforehand in pursuit of getting that perfect glossy finish. As demanding and nit-picky like myself, he was very understanding and being patient for listening to all my concerns while addressing the issues head on. This time around though, it was all about redeeming himself from the past and he surely did not disappoint with AMAZING end results! Well done, Nathan! Thanks for going that extra mile and your relentless dedication to make your customers happy — you’ve finally won that final last star that you so deserve.bravo!

It was my first time having ceramic coating done to a car and I was pleased with the result. Made the car look better than when I picked it up from the dealer weeks prior. Great communication from Nathan every step of the way, and the service was done in a timely manner. We had a little bit of a hiccup with the rental vehicle but Nathan made it right in the end so it's all good. The shop is very clean and organized, product brochures are well done, the merch is top notch; Nathan cares about the business and it shows in every aspect of it.

I recently.purchased a Tesla Model Y and wanted to get paint protection film and a ceramic coat done for it. I called around and ended up going with Detailed Solutions. Over the phone they were by far the most knowledgeable and professional. In person, Nathan and his team were even better! They took the time to explain to me in detail what the process was and checked in with me every step of the way. Nathan was great when it came to ceramic coating my car.he did paint correction to get swirl marks out then many many coats of ceramic to get it glossy and slick. Amazing attention to detail.

Nathan and his staff are very friendly and efficient. Nathan explained the process thoroughly. I was afraid the paint on my new vehicle had been ruined by stains from falling leaves. They we able to remove the stains and put the Nano finish on. It's like velvet now and the rain rolls right off the finish. I would highly recommend using this service. The pricing is very competitive and the service is excellent!

Took my 2011 Cayman S for nano-coating and a makeover. The car had uneven colors due to old protective films that had been sitting there for a long time. The carbon fiber parts were also damaged, and it also had a broken windshield.

Nathan was able to address all of my concerns, laying down all available options for each issue. Although it took a while to have everything done, Nathan showed great communications. All the problems were resolved, and now my car looks like new again.

I purchased the Alpha Package with lifetime warranty, so I look forward to keeping it new. Thank you Nathan and the team for the great services.

I recently had my car ceramic coated at detailed solutions. The service and knowledge Nathan provided was first rate and very professional. I plan on bringing my motorcycle in now at some point because they did such an amazing job on the car! I highly recommend these guys!

Excellent customer service with quality workmanship. I had my 2021 Toyota Highlander Opulent Amber color. The vehicle looks 100% better than when I picked it up from the dealership. Nathan went out of his way to make the look like a million bucks.

I've know Nathan since he was in Edmonton. I met him in 2016 over there, and we have both since relocated to BC. Other than being my detail professional and advisor, he has become a friend. He always takes his time with me, and has my full trust with all aspects of detailing. I'm very picky about the appearance of my car - as he is - so I'm very happy to have found a guy like him. As picky and demanding as I can be, he has never been short with me, and has never lost his patience. I'm not the easiest guy to deal with, but I love how I can talk to him as a friend about what I want. It takes a picky/perfectionist type a guy to be able to deal with me, and Nathan is just as picky as me (we laugh and joke about it whenever we talk). If you are looking for a cheap shop that wants to make a quick buck and have you out in an hour, look elsewhere. However, if you value quality, and, most importantly, proper application, deal with Nathan. Period. Nathan, I'm glad you're here (like I always say), and thanks again for everything. I called Nathan for a quote on my car and was very nervous to get ceramic coating. Nathan drove to my house and checked them out then sent me a quote a few days later. I decided to let him have my car and see what would happen. He really means quality over quantity. He had my car for about a month in total, but during that time he took off an old damaged wrap, had some paint repaired and had the wheels sandblasted and powder coated. Honestly most of the time Nathan had the car it was sitting letting the paint cure so he could do the ceramic coating. He was extremely patient (I was not). I am extremely satisfied with the end result

They definitely care about quality, I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Not a detail was missed and left my car looking better than new. Nathan genuinely cares about each of his customers.
