I think they were fishing for lawsuit. Be careful, they will provoke you to loose your patience, and call the police. They will try to sue. No joke.

WOW! Un real! Checking my load, TOUCHING MY CLOTHES! Pulling out my items. Saying 2 towels and one sheet is too much.
JUST GREED wanting you to use 2 machines for 2 towels.

Completely unprofessional will never return. Dirty and over priced as well. Big thumbs down!
